We truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. My wife loved the convenience and updated features. The front desk staff were very helpful with tips for getting around the city and wonderful restaurant recommendations.

Utterly friendly, most helpful and service minded staff, always with a smile on their face. Rooms are impeccable and stylish. The one hotel we keep coming back when travelling to Munich. Thank you Cortiina Team!

I have been in this Hotel several time since my Company has a preference for this hotel due to standards and position.
Always a good and nice experience, indeed among our Regional team is destination when we visit Munich.
Until last night... when I was checked in by a RUDE, stressed , impolite receptionist.
A part some lack of basic knowledge on reservation (unable to see if breakfast could be invoiced like requested in my reservation.. which at the end I did not care so much, I asked for a quiter room not close to the lift and he lost his temper), he gave me such bad answer like 'that's it if you like..otherwise you go out and come back later, I am working until 11 pm...etc).
to get out the rest of nice team this guy is the shorter one with kind of blond hair.
the rest of the team, including the wine bar is very nice and approachable.
I really hope you can adjust the reception team with employees able to work under pressure with good manners.

The hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of Munich’s old town. All the staff were attentive and the room was spacious and really well designed.

Paul at front desk was amazing . Valet parking was nice and car was brought out early in morning on time . He made recommendation for dinner and made the reservations for us !!

Cortiina Hotel became one of my favourite hotels.

What a nice welcoming: even before you park your car.
Great location for shopping and culture and Munich atmosphere. Large rooms well equipped and very clean. Comfortable big beds.
They are very dog-friendly: our two dogs get a toy, a goody and a nice bed each.
The breakfast was great…. All typical specialties that you do wish to eat here.
Well done.
