Staff described as very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with specific praise for assistance with parking and early check-in. Location is highly convenient, close to Marienplatz, public transport, local dining, and Christmas markets. Balconies in some rooms appreciated for outdoor seating. Fitness centre and sauna available on-site. WiFi performance is frequently unreliable or weak, especially on upper floors, causing frustration for business travelers and general guests. Bathrooms are often small with awkward layouts; some reviews mention cramped space and unusual shower setups without curtains or doors. Breakfast buffet criticized for limited variety, poor service, and high price relative to what is offered. Hallway carpets and some common areas appear dated or stained. Parking instructions are confusing and front desk staff not always helpful with parking guidance.

Overall, I was very happy with the staff, cleanliness, location, and condition of the rooms.
The only area I’d mention as having room for improvement is the Wi-Fi. The connection in our room on the 3rd floor was quite unreliable for a business trip. I was attending an exposition and needed to upload and post a significant amount of video content to social media, and the low Wi-Fi performance made this difficult.
Additionally, it would be appreciated if drinking water could be provided in the room daily (ideally in glass bottles, if possible).
Thank you for your kind attention.

Great service staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the Xmas market and numerous dining spots. Hallway carpets look rough but the rest of the interiors were like new. Only negative was some loud music outside until 2 am on a Saturday night. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice, quiet hotel down the block from S bahn station and walking distance to Christmas Market. Lots of local dining options. Room was clean and spacious but bathroom was small with awkward layout. Do not recommend breakfast - too expensive for the little you got and poor service.

The bathroom was a little different than what I’m used to-no shower curtain or door but it worked. Hotel was close enough within walking distance to Marienplatz (we were there for the Christmas markets) and the main train station was an easy 45 minute walk. And the pizza restaurant right next door was a godsend when other places were closed the one night (and the pizza was decent).

Only one pillow per person seems to be really tight on the purse strings. Also the hotel said we needed to contact them more than 24 hours before our arrival to arrange for front desk staff to meet us, and in reality there is a front desk, so that was unnecessarily stressful while we were traveling.
The bathroom was as cramped as could be and the toilet was jammed between a bathtub and a towel warming rack which had brown stuff sprayed all over the toilet side.

Room was clean and comfortable. It was located in a convenient area to access many sites around Munich

The hotel room was not large but was sufficient. The shower in our room was quite small. Toiletries included an all in one for hand/body/hair - so if you are particular about shampoo, they only offer an all in one.

Our room had a little balcony with a couple chairs and and a table and this was nice to be able to sit outside at the end of the day (even in October it was still nice enough to do this)

Small lobby area with stairs between lobby and the elevator so this could be a concern with those with accessibility issues.

There is parking but very confusing and the gentleman at the front desk was not very helpful in explaining what we needed to do. (the gas station attendant was fabulous and was the one that actually helped us figure it out).

There is a convenience store right at the hotel (between hotel and the parking garage) which was great.

Overall not a bad stay.

Nice place and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The tall woman at check in was amazing with how helpful she was. I had to leave early here than expected the next morning because of the marathon happening and the roads around the hotel would be blocked off. The parking didn’t open till eight so she went over there with me and used her pass keys to get me out of that ramp before it opened and the roads were blocked. Never got her name but she was an Angel!

Stayed here for one night and had no complaints. I really appreciated the early check-in, which was a nice touch. The washrooms were very clean, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Overall, a great short stay!

The carpets in the hall were stained. The room had no coffee maker, no fridge. The restaurant had no a la carte breakfast - only the buffet which was so so. Only one type of liquid soap for everything - no shampoo or conditioner. Granted, it wasn't that bad and I liked the location.
