I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and the staff. The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit chaotic.

Overall, it was good. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the large bed. Having a 2-meter bed in Germany is a real luxury! However, it's really only suitable for a small family or a couple. The sofa isn't suitable for sleeping. The location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere. We walked to Marienplatz, the City Hall, and the old town in under 15 minutes, which was fantastic. The only downside was that the room heating couldn't be adjusted. We stayed two nights and felt very cold; the duvet was also quite thin. On the second day, we called staff to check the heating, and it showed 26 degrees, but the actual temperature in the room felt closer to ten degrees Celsius.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central station, with supermarkets nearby. In the evenings, there are quite a few Middle Eastern people on the streets. The hotel room size is larger than what you'd typically find elsewhere in Europe, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, which is very clean. Complimentary bottled water isn't provided, but there are tea bags and coffee capsules.

They provide everything you need here. The location was closed by Huafbanhhof, but the breakfast is still good. The gym is a bit small and only has one treadmill.

The hotel facilities are new, and the rooms are a bit small. It's very close to the central train station, and attractions like the Royal Palace and the Deutsches Museum are within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the city. The area around the train station is busy with people and traffic, so it can be a little noisy at night.

The hotel location is not in the heart of old town Munich but it’s just 5 mins walk from the main train station, so that’s a plus. To go to the old town Munich, it’s just 1-2 stops away using Metro/Tram. The room is modern and clean. They have a small gym and sauna, enough for light exercises and to relax especially in the winter. Within the price range, the hotel is worth the charge.

Clean and modern hotel, spacious rooms. The area near rain station is not the best, many weird people, but we were prepared as it’s always like this near major railway hubs.

The front desk staff were super friendly and the room was very clean. We arrived really early in the morning, and they were still so welcoming, letting us relax in the lobby.

Staff are friendly and warm welcoming us to stay in. But one thing needs to be improve is hotel does not provide English Channel for non German travellers.

Cozy, wooden floor no carpet so it’s not dusty. Friendly staff and helpful. Not too far ( 8 mins walk) from Karlsplatz where all shops around and close to HBF nord (5 min walk) where riding tram around city is quite nice.
