An absolute nightmare! I was travelling solo and booked this hotel for 5 days, on the first flight a group of guys staying next door tried entering my room in middle of the night and then started making weird noises, I called the receptionist nothing happened they were already in, couldn’t sleep the whole night, next morning they refused to cancel my booking or give me a refund, luckily I was shifted to another floor, but the whole experience was exhausting and felt unsafe. All the street of the hotel isn’t safe. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are relatively new for European hotels and are quite comprehensive.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with rooms cleaned daily, so no worries.
Environment: Excellent location, close to the train station.

I had no complaints about this budget hotel. It was close to Munich Central Station and within walking distance of Sendlinger Tor Station, which was useful for sightseeing in the old town.

Hotel is well located, in a quiet street and close to several metro and tram stops. Very clean rooms with everything you need. Very friendly staff.

The transportation is quite convenient

It is a stone's throw away from Munich Main Station and you can reach several attractions on foot. There are free apples at the front desk! The reception is also very warm! Good value for money! Free candies are also given when you check in!

The hotel is not very close to the train station, it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk there. There are very few street lights here at night, so female friends coming here for the first time should be careful! It feels very dangerous. It's very ordinary here, nothing special to say, and it's proportional to the price.
