Pros: Massive room | Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Window and balcony onto local area below | Kitchen including benchtop space and coffee| Westkreuz station at doorstep (though this is the side with stairs; the other side with the lifts is a further 5 min walk away with street crossings) | Shops (including groceries) and restaurants downstairs too

Cons: No reception at all on weekends except Oktoberfest (though there is an emergency phone number) - should have been notified prior to check-in | Old school key | Westkreuz station not quite as well serviced after hours like Pasing station

Staff super friendly, minutes from the s-bahn, I would return there anytime. Nothing fancy but good value for money

The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Apartment was clean and everything worked. Had a corner room with a balcony and another window, was helpful to try to get a breeze through the room as weather was scorchio.
Parking under the hotel, reasonably priced.
For me the best part was the S-Bahn station right out the front.
With the doors/windows shut you dont hear the trains.

Transportation into the center of the city is two minutes away from the door. We arrived on a Saturday, when the desk was closed, so we had to figure out the procedure to get our key, but once we were in, it was a perfect stay.

Value for money stay overall, very clean and spacious rooms, with a kitchen facility. No A/C is an issue.

If someone is up to visit München or to explore the beauty of Bayern, then this is the right hotel. The hotel is in a very strategic position, with so many markets, cafés and restaurants around. It also has a deep garage. It's also directly opposite to the train station, which was a plus point, so we left our car in the deep garage and we took the train to our destinations. Which was a big relief. We didn't have to bother about the crowded streets, heavy traffic or looking for parking places, which can cost a lot. The room was fantastic. It was big two windows in two directions, three comfortable beds, two armchairs, a couch table, a dining table, a kitchen with a fridge, a kettle and so many other things. The bathroom was clean with so many clean towels, shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. The personal was also really friendly. So to sum up, I am top satisfied 😌 👍👍

My mother (87) was very surprised by the room and its location, as she always used to stay in private guesthouses. You were also impressed by the friendly service in the breakfast room. Check-in and check-out went quickly and smoothly. The hotel only has one breakfast room, but outside there is a beautiful garden restaurant with hearty dishes.
