We stayed as a couple for 4 nights with half board at Haus Alpensonne. We would have preferred to stay in the main building, as rooms were available, but you wanted an extra €80 for it. The beds were far too soft and worn out; a mattress change was definitely in order. Unfortunately, neither Sky nor DAZN were available in the bar, which was a shame, especially during the peak of the football season...

A cozy, comfortable hotel in a quiet location in Tiefenbach, 4 kilometres from Oberstdorf. Everything was perfect: the suite with a big balcony, fantastic breakfast and dinner, peaceful spa area, and above all the friendly and attentive staff who made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation.

found this place by accident and glad we did. a bit more than we wanted to pay but definitely worth it. recently refurbished to a very high standard. breakfast buffet was delicious and the owner and his staff very friendly, helpful and professional. we ate in the restaurant one night and food was very good. would definitely recommend :-)

Very nice custom salad system, large schnitzel for kids, tasty burgers, with interesting caramelized onions, better than others that I tasted. It's called a single room, but it can actually accommodate two people. The room is not small and has a balcony. The facilities and hygiene are excellent. The hotel environment is also quite good, with a good blend of ancient and modern. It's a typical German family hotel. I love it!

Nice hotel and grounds with good friendly and helpful staff and. Very pet friendly. Good parking. Good breakfast, but let down slightly by not having a full restaurant in the evening. Limited bar snacks were good, but it seems a hotel hotel of this size could support a restaurant, particularly as there is not much else around. Overall though very good.

Great overnight stay for a stop off. Had a lovely walk into the town, great location. Free breakfast, was upgraded to a balcony room which was spacious and clean. The hotel decor is beautiful, lots of plants. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the two reception staff we met to the restaurant staff. Bedding was very comfortable and the shower was huge with a seat! Will most certainly return

very nice country side hotel it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters...

A good place for vacation and golf.

Very central accommodation in the city centre - very close to the Aquaria (pool and sauna), great breakfast and great starting point for activities in the area! sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft - direkt an der Kirche und fußläufig zum Aquaria (Schwimmbad und Sauna). Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by very friendly and attentive service from the staff. The food we ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We would gladly return and recommend the restaurant to others.

If you do not have any disability much of this review is not relevant to you. We visited elderly relatives in Germany and booked here as a place where we could all meet. In the UK there are disability laws that require hotels and restaurants to make their facilities open to all eg wheelchair access. This is not the case in Germany and so most hotels are not adapted. Das Parkhotel was no exception...

This hotel is unbeatable in friendliness, no matter in which department. I was sick and even here the management called me as I would like. The JUFA hotel is very convenient for access into Nördlingen Aldstat. Evening meal was a buffet affair that had to be prebooked, with attendance best not left much after 6.00 PM start. There are good other eating-out options close by. Parking is easy on site, in a quiet and seemingly safe location. Sadly, my room key safe didn’t work, and the bathroom tiles, loo and shower could benefit from a makeover...

The hotel location is pretty good for those who rent cars. They provide free parking so it is good. The room is clean and big enough. The breakfast was great as well.

I enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Location was superb, easy to explore the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at another JUFA hotel.

It is a great place to stay. They have a good breakfast buffet. Their 4 course meal at dinner time is great. The personal here are really friendly. The one downside is that they have thick carpet in the rooms. A person with asthma will have a hard time breathing.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The Wellness Spa and pool perfectly maintained. The breakfast selection extensive and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.

We loved the place. It was clean, spacious, and centrally located, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

New, centrally located hotel. Room large enough for an Ibis. Two glasses and two bottles of water are missing, which seems like the bare minimum for a guest! Not even two glasses to put toothbrushes in!

Everything was perfect: the location, the welcome, the breakfast, the parking, and the room. The only small downside was the gym, which is too small and not well equipped. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

For a group of 10 pax, it was too late for us to book a hotel in Salzberg, it came to be the back up for us to book this hotel because it is quite fae away from Salzberg.

We used this hotel as our base to explore Salzburg and its beautiful surroundings, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is new, with a modern and up-to-date design. The facilities are also very nice—we especially appreciated the balcony and the nice views of the Alps. We didn’t have time to try the sauna, but maybe next time! One small addition that would improve the experience...

Rooms boring and had a cheap feeling for a 4 star hotel, carpet floors and plastic floor on the balcony. Nice bathroom and overall clean. Good breakfast and nice little outside natural pool. All the staffing were service minded and helpful. Gym very small. Overall a pleasant stay but maybe not what we expected from pictures and a 4 star hotel.

Really nice place, very friendly and accommodating staff, sauna, Pool (for the sauna I believe as it was fairly cold), relax rooms and massage. Great for families and close to all winter sports locations and hike paths. Great view.

Room does not have microwave, nor coffee machine, king bed was arranged as of two mattresses not one and there were always a gap between them so effectively I was using it as a twin bed.

Nothing to complain about. Big and clean room/bathroom. Good food, indoor swimming pool, jakuzzi, sauna, games room .. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, we paid for it. The only issue is that is far from the city center. So, if you are taking tours every day, this is not a convenient place to stay.

Very convenient hotel, awesome experience, small detail: the couch was very uncomfortable, so we had 1 full bed, 1 couch for 2 people, these 2 people had very bad nights, + the pillows were horrible as well, they compressed until you were sleeping with almost nothing at all

All 5 stars hotel if you visit Munich with your family. We booked one of their apartment rooms with fully equipped kitchenette which was a savor travelling with a toddler. Room was neat and clean and gave us a luxurious experience. Add to these the free parking. It is just 20 minutes drive from Munich center and in a quite neighbourhood, and close to supermarkets.

Convenient location close to S3 line station. Quiet room though no charm. Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable in our standard bedroom. Bathroom was small with very noisy door and poor isolation to the room.

Best of all was the concierge at the desk on the night of our arrival; we really appreciated his generous manner in sticking with his native tongue while still being able to graciously and deftly bridge our relative lack of mastery. Nice hotel. Nice executive level room. But higher floors had weak WiFi. Location was somewhat inconvenient. Also, meals were not available all evenings. And dinner was buffet, and one night fully booked so even room guests were turned away. In retrospect, we should’ve stayed on the other side of the river. It’s a 21 euro cab ride to the train station. You could walk it in 15 min. But dragging our luggage...

Great service, comfortable and clean room, great location. I would recommend that they put up a better frosted glass or at least a window sticker for the bathroom window. It was extremely awkward trying to use the toilet or shower when the window that left little to the imagination was where people would walk. We had a wonderful weekend in the mountains as a family of 4. Our kids loved the KidsClub, the care givers were super sweet and friendly, and offered colouring and crafts that kept our kids entertained while my husband went to the gym and I went on a quick hike. Excellent breakfast; this the breakfast is worth staying there. No problems with the car - for downtown Erlangen a big plus! Unfortunately, the AC in our room did not work properly, could not reach comfortable temperature. Just for sleeping there ok though. Loads to love about this place: nice rooms, really friendly and helpful stuff and then there are things you rarely find anywhere else: coffee machine usage for free all day, at breakfast there is a ginger-lemon shot as well as fresh mint, lemon and ginger tea. I also love the snacks in front if the elevator and the fact that the elevators are open and downstairs by default when not in use. And again...

Great place, clean rooms, good beds, location is super central, good parking options, friendly staff, nice bar. All in all, really good value for money. Just one critical point: 21 Euro for breakfast is a steep price... especially, as there are about 5 bakeries in walking distance, which offer all kinds of German baking & coffee, for a fraction of the price.

The directions to third floor rooms was rather confusing at first. You could not take the elevator to the ground floor after normal operating hours. Breakfast was great.

This place was excellent ! We had a business lunch outdoor and could please even our vegetarian colleagues with some tasty dish. It was that good that we decide to go there again in the evening. Pulled chicken burger with pineapple would be my recommandation. Don’t forget to book a table if you want be eat there for sure !
