This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Europe. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the staff let us check in early, for which I wanted to express my gratitude. In terms of transportation, it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, so the location is quite excellent.

So far, it was OK with room for improvement. The hotel was OK for 3 days. After reading some reports and comparisons beforehand, we booked the hotel with half board. The cozy room was a double room with a connecting door to the neighboring room. Actually a no-go for us. Dogs were also allowed in the hotel, but we had no information about that either.

Nice hotel, relatively isolated This hotel is nice but quite isolated however if you came to relax here its not a problem as you have 2 pools to choose from and 3 Saunas. Breakfast was good and with many choices but if they had a toaster for the bread and olive oil that would have made the Breakfast from good to excellent.

The staff was helpful and friendly, during breakfast we’ve been offered some coffee and omelette by Rusel and that was a really nice gesture of him. All of the staff I’ve encountered knew English quite well so that another +. The rooms were really nice and spacious. Overall 10/10- it was quite nice staying there and i can easily recommend this place for your stay.

If you do not have any disability much of this review is not relevant to you. We visited elderly relatives in Germany and booked here as a place where we could all meet. In the UK there are disability laws that require hotels and restaurants to make their facilities open to all eg wheelchair access. This is not the case in Germany and so most hotels are not adapted. This hotel is unbeatable in friendliness, no matter in which department. I was sick and even here the management called me as I would like. The room was tidy and clean, with sufficient heating that kept the space warm and comfortable. The property also offers free parking, which is very convenient for travelers driving. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Clean room, well insulated from noise. The bar is nice. Very close to McDonald’s, a gas station, and the bus stop to get to the city center. However, I was surprised to be charged a parking fee at check-in: €15 per night. It’s the first time I’ve seen a hotel charge extra, even for an uncovered parking lot.

It was close to the airport, right in front of the subway station, and convenient! There was a supermarket nearby. Access to the city center was also good.

A good, simple hotel right next to the Nordostbahnhof (Northeast Train Station). It has everything you need for an overnight stay. The bed was very soft; depending on whether you like that sort of thing or not, you should be aware of that. The hotel is somewhat noisy in places, and I also think over €200 for one night during the Christmas market season is very excessive.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I would like to thank them very much for giving us a family room. They were very helpful in this regard, however, the room was not cleaned for 3 days and even the trash was not removed from the room; apparently this is part of the hotel's concept. The staff were very polite and professional.

Even better than I expected! The ambiance at Neuschwanstein was incredible. Looking out the window after it snowed was absolutely beautiful. The cleanliness and service were also excellent.

Room does not have microwave, nor coffee machine, king bed was arranged as of two mattresses not one and there were always a gap between them so effectively I was using it as a twin bed.

One of the best wellness hotel in Europe we have been to. Warm pools. Rooftop spa. Enough space. Privacy. And design rooms. We have been there 2x. The only thing I wouldn’t consider they are charching 50€ per night for a babycrib. For a hotel where the room costs 300€ should be kid for free or definitely not for 50€.

Nice hotel. Nice executive level room. But higher floors had weak WiFi. Location was somewhat inconvenient. Also, meals were not available all evenings. And dinner was buffet, and one night fully booked so even room guests were turned away. In retrospect, we should’ve stayed on the other side of the river. It’s a 21 euro cab ride to the train station. You could walk it in 15 min. But dragging our luggage...

Beautiful Corner, right next to a walking area. Happy to finally find a hotel where they have for the family room 2 single beds for the kids (and not couch bed or any other not ideal solution). Great hotel right in the heart of town! One of the entrances opens right up into the pedestrian street with the church. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very quiet as the whole town is quiet after dark. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety. Access to the sauna with water beds is included as well which was nice and relaxing in the evening.
