Staffs are kind and friendly. This hotel locates at the nearest area in Altstadts from railway station. If you have large suitcase from railway station, I recommend you to stay here because you don't have to pass roads of cobblestone with suitcase.

Check in was lovely and the welcoming staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean with delightful adjustable beds. The check out staff was a little unfriendly but otherwise the stay was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend.

Great overall experience. The deluxe rooms are spacious and beautiful. The restaurant is excellent. Only negative is that the Weinstube was used as overflow for the restaurant and therefore we were denied entry when we just wanted to enjoy a bottle of wine. I have never been told that we have to eat a meal to enjoy a bottle of wine in a Weinstube.

The hotel is not far from the train station, about 10 minutes' walk. I stayed here for one night before going to Zugspitze the next day. The facilities are a bit old, but the scenery is beautiful and the service staff are very friendly. I will consider staying here again next time I have a chance.

This stylish hotel is conveniently located in front of the station. It was nice that they had a sauna on the terrace where you could even enjoy some outdoor air. If you are visiting, I would reccomend it for families. My family did not stay here , but we are their. The food was very good(big meals) and it was inspired by Austrian, italian and german. I especially liked the playground it offered for the smaller children. The parents could be sitting and chatting while not having to worry about their child.
