We had a wonderful weekend in the mountains as a family of 4. Our kids loved the KidsClub, the care givers were super sweet and friendly, and offered colouring and crafts that kept our kids entertained while my husband went to the gym and I went on a quick hike. Well, this is another excellent Best Western +. Service is as expected in Deutschland, efficient, friendly and professional. My husband and I stayed 5 nights in a terraced studio at an annex building 2 minutes from the main one. The room was spacious and had a walk-in closet which was extremely handy at the time. A boutique hotel that is located not to far from the main stations and to subway. Rooms and common areas are good. Sometimes the service has been a bit "stingy" by not refilling soap, shampoo, etc. even if it was clearly finishing. Breakfast is not bad but kind of expensive is bought separately. I liked it, but it's more like a cheap hotel. I found the heating set way too high and didn't see a thermostat to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the internet connection in my room was poor, so I used my own. An upgrade of the rooms would be nice, especially considering the €100 per night.
