The hotel is very close to the subway station. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and constantly checked in on us, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed here for Christmas and our room overlooked the Christmas market and had a lovely table and chairs next to a huge window. Everything about our stay was perfect and we can’t recommend this place highly enough

Although the hotel is dated -- you're in a historic city -- the rooms and facilities were sparkling clean! We were upgraded to a river-view room - stunning. The staff are amazing, helpful, and quick with requests

the hotel itself has such a huge and decor rich living area which we loved because we also had to spend some time there on check out day. best of all was the fact that my little pet was allowed to roam around everywhere

We were allowed to check in very early. No charge if you are a member of Best Western which is free. That was awesome after flying all night

The reception did screw up my cab to the airport, but I believe that was more of a screw up by the cab company. I did not pay for this room, but this would be worth the price for anything from 50 to 70 euros per night

I was put in this hotel by Lufthansa due to an over booked flight. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless with fresh linen all around

This hotel have a good area not faraway from train, bus station and food shop. Good service and good staff. This hotel also have elevator and fridge.

The location is ideal, as it is right next to train station. In the train station, there are also eateries and supermarkets, so it is really convenient. It's a good base if you plan to explore Freiburg for a few days.

So handy for taking trams or trains or just walking into the town. Small shower room but adequate and the shower was good. If only this hotel got rid of the horrible stained carpet in the room it would be perfect

Hotel was quiet and just next to the train station. Very convenient to get food and within walking distance to the town area for sightseeing and hiking. Did not have breakfast @ the hotel

It was nice that it was spacious. There was a carp in the lobby. I could see the park from the window of the room. It seems that there is a supermarket nearby, but we I couldn't go on Sunday when I stayed.

It takes about 20min to get to the city center. The breakfast is also fresh and good. The people there are also very friendly.

That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got

Facility, service and breakfast were exceptionally good. The only reservations I have are on the check-in and spa time. Checkin is at 1600 which is the latest in the hotels I have been, and spa too

At my arrival, the service wasn’t very good, both at the reception and the bar, and this is such a shame, because the service use to be over the top. So, this time a dissapointing stay I have to say

A totally heavenly stay at Das James, everything was more than perfect!

I have visited Das James before, and I have always loved it. This time the temperature at the pool was colder than normal, and it was way to cold to swim outside, which is part of the spa experience

When I went to the ladies sauna, I had to go and ask the staff to turn it on, and wait 20 min till it was ready

Too expensive. The japanese restaurant was very dissapointing

So impressed by the reception staff. They were polite, efficient & very helpful. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Staff were constantly keeping the food replenished and clearing tables too

Rooms are well designed with a good range of amenities. Although a little further from the city centre than some hotels the tram stop is very nearby

Close to tram station, aldi market. 15 minutes to altstat via tram. Good location, smiley hotel personel, clean room. Enough breakfast (I am turkish, my breakfast standards are a little bit high 😊)

You can also get the U21 tram directly into the Marienplatz within 20 mins, the stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel doors. Would recommend to all and would definitely stay again

We also appreciated the more compact towels, which fit well with the hotel’s sustainability approach and were still perfectly comfortable for daily use

Best location!!! The shopping streets are just within 500 meters. And So many delicious restaurants are surrounded by. The rooms are clean and very nice.

The environment of the nearby Wiesbaden Health Park is very good!

The location is good, turn right and there is a bus stop in 2 minutes, turn left and you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes. It is very close to the Wiesbaden Christmas Market

Very good hotel, with excellent conditions, kind personell with who it is possible to talk in English. Restaurant in the hotel serve good meals and always help to order supper, after late arrival.

The young staff team was very friendly and helpful and did their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The Restaurant offers a good selection of Food and Drinks and the atmosphere was quite nice

I rarely write reviews, but the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel definitely deserves a huge shout-out! On the day I checked in, there was a lovely lady from Taiwan at the front desk who was incredibly enthusiastic

I was on the 7th floor which means you get the lift from the lobby to the 6th then up some stairs or use a utility lift which wasn't so great. I was there for an event which was well

Very beautiful and comfortable place. Rooms well cleaned, bathroom in a good size, with television, fridge and heater. There is a good breakfast and a nice restaurant where you can have drinks and food

Breakfast was really good, although the bacon was a bit too crispy for my liking. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym are open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Overall, very satisfied.

It was a good hotel but with diner it is difficult. After 8 or 9 pm you cannot order anything at the hotel self. But they allow takeaway or delivery from another restaurant.
