Parking is 15 yuan a day, and it is a test of driving skills to enter and exit the underground parking lot. The environment around is very good

The hotel is relatively new, clean and tidy, with rich breakfast food. There is a big supermarket behind the hotel, and there is a big park not far from the hotel, where you can go for a stroll or jog on weekends

Had a really satisfying stay! The hotel lobby was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was great since I didn't have to drag my luggage around for long

Hotel was of good value and rooms were clean. Overall a decent hotel for the price, but baggage storage was not free (most hotels in europe do offer free storage, so that was a bummer)

Good location, good breakfast and clean room. The only bad thing was not having free luggages storage service.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Overall good stay, breakfast buffet is ok, nothing outstanding, room quiet with good insulation. Edeka and few restaurants close by

Good location of the hotel, not far from Alexanderplatz. Decent breakfasts in a fairly spacious restaurant, breakfast items change every day. The restaurant is closed for dinner on Sunday and Monday

Rooms are modern but not practical for couples. Good to have an iron in the room and the cleaner was super. Rooms are not noise insulated however and there is noise from the road and church bells

The room and the hotel facilities are spotlessly clean, the beds are the most comfortable ones we have ever slept in, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both professional and relaxed

A decent hotel near the train station with convenient transportation. The room size is acceptable, but the mattress isn't very comfortable. It's a good choice if you're not too picky about your accommodation.

Breakfast was quite good. The front desk service was inconsistent, with varying attitudes among staff. For the last two days, the shower in our bathroom was broken, and we had to move to another room.

Hotel was perfectly located for train and bus stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Piano bar was a really relaxing place after days sightseeing

This room type is very close to the elevator, so the constant opening and closing of the elevator was quite noisy. The room itself, however, was quite good.

Metro station is convenient, 5 stops to city center. Big parking available. Rooms are comfortable, and the area is very quiet. Rich breakfast.

Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels

To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door

Some rooms only accessable by stairs Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms

It was a relaxing stay in the hotel (good service, nice pool). The breakfast offered good choices. Dancing on Thursday and Saturday was great.

It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent

All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people

And I talked to the reception and they had the audacity to say that the parking spaces were "reserved". Even though I was here many times before and they said you cannot reserve a parking space before or during a stay

The food quality has gone down, the lounge has just gotten worse, over time they removed things and lowered the quality of things. The breakfast down by the lobby is okay, though it also has suffered the same

They always find ways to limit what they say is unlimited. Often broken and or things missing, they don't seem to care that everything is working and not looking like the hotel came just out of building

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

I was very satisfied with the room. The breakfast was plentiful, and the room was well-insulated. Taxis were also easily accessible. There's a supermarket nearby for easy shopping

The hotel is close to Rohrdamm underground station and the room we had was like every Holiday Inn I stayed at. What was the biggest surprise was the food at the restaurant

Arrived late, around midnight. The downstairs bar was lively, and breakfast was plentiful. The room itself was very quiet, perfect for resting.

Mercure MOA is very modern hotel but like maze. Excellent breakfast with many varieties. The ground floor is a big supermarket named Edeka, so it’s very convenient to get things. The location is close to train station

This hotel has no bell boy service and no water bottle for the stay, and rest room has no bathtub. Overall, it is very good price with modern room with excellent BF and good location

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the hygiene is always excellent.

Room is not big but layout of toilet and shower area was good. No complimentary water provided even for hiltons honors member but there is a water filter at the lobby

It's super convenient as it's right inside the airport. Great for staying here and then taking the DB train to visit clients! The hotel service was excellent, just a bit dated.

Overall, the service was good. There was a slight issue with the deposit when checking out, but it was resolved efficiently.

There’s also a REWE supermarket (in Squaire west) and Rossmann (similar to an American drugstore, though they don’t sell medications), as well as familiar options like Starbucks and Burger King nearby

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night

We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for

Extremely good location, near to lots of shopping. However, the hotel stafff was not super friendly, they will try to upsell you to upgrade to a bigger room during check in and the staff are always expecting tips.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous amenities, excellent breakfast. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Close to center of town and Christmas markets which were the reason for our visit

They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

But as I said before, the best part is the staff!!

This is supppsed to be an initiatie to be more "green" but when you are travelling with family it just feels like a way foe the hotel to make people miss the room cleaning due to the pre-booking voucher system and so the hotel saves money at the inconveniance of guests
