I especially liked that butter and jam were served in glass jars or dispensers instead of single-use packaging. The juice machine automatically refills, so everything felt fresh and well managed

There are also snacks and drinks available in the lobby, which is helpful if you arrive late. Overall, the hotel felt very thoughtful in its service, and I would highly recommend it

The swimming pool is free to use and opens from 7 AM. Towels are also provided in the pool area, which was very convenient. Breakfast was well organized and clean

However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival

First of all let me emphasize the perfect job of people like Front office manager Marko Maric & Team or Bartender Finn, they are really more than great! Congratulations to people like that! I have been a loyal regular guest at NH Hotels for many years and held Platinum status for a long time, with approximately 40–70 business-related overnight stays per year across Germany

The expectations of frequent business travelers are taken seriously and handled professionally, and especially Front Office Manager Marco Maric and his team, as well as bartender Finn, are outstanding examples of extremely courteous and professional service – true assets to the hotel

It is therefore all the more regrettable that a new policy, apparently in effect since September 1st across all NH Hotels, significantly diminishes the overall guest experience in my view: room cleaning is now only provided upon explicit request at the reception desk

Parking and drinks are expensive and no fridges in rooms. Lots to see in the surrounding area (but a car is needed), a quiet environment but the immediate area lacks character

The room is spacious, and the water pressure is excellent. The elevators are fast, and the location is convenient for transportation and shopping. The breakfast spread is fantastic.

Very good location near restaurants and bustling nightlife. The hotel itself is nothing exciting, housed in a building that looks like an office complex. But it's clean and solid.

Upscale luxury Hotel with view on the Köln Dom with an excellent breakfast with bubbles service monday to sunday!  The entire hotel is very professional and in discretion adjusted to all inquiries, expectable for a a Steigenberger Hotel! The rooms I felt a bit outdated. Lounge area and common areas are good. Breakfast was nice. rooms definitely need updating or refreshing.

Great hotel with 24 hours reception and great conference room

It takes about 20 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, which is quite convenient. The breakfast is also good.

The people were really nice and breakfast was great for €15. They only served breakfast but that was good for us. It’s a bit away from the center but quiet and about a 6 min walk from a station

We travel full time and can not recall a hotel stay being flawless, and this one was! It’s in a great location being right next to the train station, super comfortable beds and sheeting, no fragrance on the linen nor towels which is so welcoming, decaffeinated capsules for I room Nepresso machine, esthetically pleasing decor throughout and a super kind staff

The room housed four people, and surprisingly, there were two bathrooms, though both offered little privacy as they were made of transparent glass. However, this made them much more convenient to use

Our shower didn’t work so had to call reception, mechanic arrived and fixed this issue within 10 minutes, we were a bit impressed by how quick this was! Very nice. Shower itself is godlike!! The breakfast is very good

Actually, this hotel is quite good, with a very high cost performance. It has two large rooms and one small room, a double bed and a sofa bed, all large beds, so you can sleep comfortably

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

This hotel is different from the Holiday Inn across the street, but it's a budget brand in the same group. It's fine if you book with that in mind, but if you book thinking it's a Holiday Inn, you'll be disappointed

One of my favourite hotels in Germany, centrally located on the grand boulevard of Wiesbaden directly next to the museum route and Rhein-Main-Congress-Center! Service is 10/10 and the amenities equals any Hilton ! A perfect choice! Thank you for an amazing stay in my hometown!

One of the two TVs wasn't on because I didn't know how to turn it on. The other one didn't have German channels, so I wish it had Netflix or YouTube. But I brought my laptop, so it wasn't a big deal

It was about an 8-minute walk from downtown Wiesbaden, and the train station was right next door. The staff were friendly, and while the area is touristy, it was quiet and comfortable

On a downside, although we booked for four people, one of us had to sleep on the sofa. We were on the first floor, so we had to keep the curtains drawn
