Very clean and well maintained. The staff at the reception as well as in the Executive Lounge are wonderful. I found the value for money to be very good and I’m definitely staying again

excellent in most aspects for a business hotel. most front desk staff are not so friendly or enthusiastic. i waited until 1630 to get my room because it was not cleaned

Location: Pretty convenient, there's a Lufthansa bus to the airport and the subway to the city center is very close by! Service: Quite similar to what you'd find in China, really excellent!

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night

We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for

Extremely good location, near to lots of shopping. However, the hotel stafff was not super friendly, they will try to upsell you to upgrade to a bigger room during check in and the staff are always expecting tips.

Beautiful rooms, fabulous amenities, excellent breakfast. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Close to center of town and Christmas markets which were the reason for our visit

They even arranged champagne and a birthday cake for him as I had requested, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel truly memorable

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

It's a very nice hotel, very clean, nice rooms, beds are good but the biggest problem NO Air Conditioning.

This is supppsed to be an initiatie to be more "green" but when you are travelling with family it just feels like a way foe the hotel to make people miss the room cleaning due to the pre-booking voucher system and so the hotel saves money at the inconveniance of guests

2) Clean the rooms daily without the need to opt for a cleaning voucher and without having to pre-book the cleaning the day before or till 8am since it is not comfortable, hygenic or conve iant to work this way

Pretty good hotel in the middle of the city. Very good breakfast with a great selection of food. Not that big but for most of the common workouts it's worth it. There are also nicce places around to grab some food

The entire Überfahrt staff were incredible - from the man who brought our bags to the room, the woman who steamed my wedding dress, the cleaning staff, the wait staff who worked our reception, the night manager who brought us coffee while we waited for our 5AM airport transfer - everything was perfect and every interaction was wonderful

There were also so many personal touches woven throughout our stay (a congratulatory dessert, flowers, champagne, and handwritten note waiting for us in our complimentary upgraded suite, congratulations cake delivered to our suite the day after the wedding, and so much more)

Breakfast was incredible, the restaurants were amazing, the hotel was gorgeous, the spa was other-worldly, and the staff did everything in their power to make sure I had everything I could have needed

She's absolutely excellent at her job and I cannot overstate how integral she was to our wonderful experience. Throughout our entire planning process - she was amazing

On sunny days, guests can go biking, kayaking, or even paragliding over the beautiful Tegernsee. There are also many great dining options, both within and around the hotel

This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable

I have good things to say about the hotel, but this last stay we discovered that they changed their previous free parking to 14 Euro/night! Nope, just nope. We parked on the street a few hundred meters away

Great modern hotel close to Stuttgart Airport. You can order omelettes for breakfast and there is a good variety of food in the buffet. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Everything was good, except the service is bad, first they charge +1 day room rate if check in few hours earlier, and for the luggage, they don’t handle it for you, they will give you a stroller and you have to pull your luggage by yourself

Perfectly placed hotel if you are attending the Koln Messe. Literally across the road from the East entrance. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The bar is good. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Location is good - 30 seconds to u-bahn station, 10 mins from big deutsche bahn/s-bahn station (not the main station though). a bit far away from restaurants, but if you walk 10 mins, you will be there

The conference centre hotel has some very nice rooms with excellent staff. However the decor seems a bit dated and I’ll be honest for the space it’s a bit on the steep side

Second time staying here. Very modern hotel, beautiful communal spaces. Clean rooms and quiet as well. My only wish is that they should make the pool and sauna free for guests.

The whole journey from the airport takes less than 20 minutes. The hotel is also directly opposite the Old Town, which is definitely worth exploring multiple times
