Practical fun with great and friendly staff a good vibe, but not the best location. Nevertheless, Uber is quick and not too far from main attractions of the city

Clean rooms comfortable another bar some good options for cocktails really well crafted

That’s why I stayed more than a week. Also, I met the hotel captain, she is very hardworking and environmental-friendly. I have stayed at a lot of different Moxy hotels and this is the best Moxy in Germany so far:)

The gentleman working at the bar was very kind and even served me some snacks, which was a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were polite and attentive. My room was very clean and housekeeping came every day

My room was facing the street, and although there was road construction outside, the sound insulation was incredible – no noise entered the room at all

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The location is excellent — everything is close by, including Central, restaurants, and even the Savoy movie hall, all within walking distance

Excellent Holiday Inn with a nice local the niu story and design. The room was spotless clean and the team very friendly. As a business traveller I liked the many hangers in the room

The rooms were a bit small, so it was difficult to open two suitcases, but otherwise it was good! About an 8-10 minute walk to the train station, which was also great.

No water kettle or bottled water provided. One liquid soap provided in the toilet (3 in 1) and the smell wasn’t good. I don't think it is within holiday in standards

The hotel is very clean, and the room ambience was really nice. Most importantly, the staff were absolutely amazing — truly great service

No beans, and the only hot item was an omelet. There were no vegetables either

Perfect location, clean and good food

The location of the hotel is best Very near to a U-Bahn and an S-Bahn station. And at the very first entrance of Reeperbahn. The hotel is quiet, clean and very modern. Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are very spacious.

Good convenient location, basically across the street from the St Pauli Ubahn station. The breakfast buffet which was included in my room rate was a nice plus, with very decent spread of hot and cold food selections

One of the best hotels I stayed in Hamburg. Space rooms, clean, great location, quiet place to rest and my dog was in heaven. Breakfast was good and it is opened long every day. Check out later than many other places

This hotel is very good in every place. The front desk was very enthusiastic when we arrived that night. They introduced the hotel's features and found comfortable pillows and quilts for us

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all

The location is quite good. The room was very spacious and well decorated. Although it is located on a busy road, the room was reqlly quiet.

Excellent hotel, convenient location with easy access to Heumarkt, Neumark, Schildergasse and Hohe Straße. A 12 min walk to Köln Central Station and the Dom. The glass elevator you can see the Dom.

Fair food in the restaurant and it's quiet in the night. Happy with the stay

I was part of a graduation party and the service was pretty good and the rooms were all nicely decorated and modern although I think the room could be a bit bigger for such an amount of people (about 80-100)

I requested a crib when I booked, but the hotel said they didn't accept that request. They did provide a crib, though. There were two sinks, which was convenient. I don't know how to use the sauna in the basement

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel location is a bit tricky. I thought it would be inconvenient to use without a car. I booked a large room because of the baby, but it was very spacious. There was a queen-size bed and two single beds

IT was very good, I would repeat it-

They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me

This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background

Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to "wait a moment" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me

A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way

Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can

With the tram you can go to main train station, shopping places, near the river in a few minutes. Price/performance ratio is very good

The location of this hotel is very good. We can easily go to all the locations from there, either by foot, tram, or train. The toilet wasn’t that clean though. The staffs were nice.

It’s a convenient hotel between airport and city. Stayed there during a night when I missed my flight connection in MUC. Have not been able to try many facilities. Value for money was good.

In the evening, leaning on the bean bag to watch the sunset, even my breathing slowed down. The bedding was so soft it felt like wrapping myself in a cloud. Even I, who usually sticks to my bed, slept through the night

The only suggestion is to offer a double choice of pillows. Excellent breakfast, the variety of products offered is quite wide. The staff was discreet and professional, the relaxation area with sauna was much appreciated

In front of the hotel there is a covered car park (for a fee), about 20 meters on foot and the cost is quite low. The rooms are excellent, spacious, with everything you need to work and very very quiet

No AC, No power sockets at bed side, just one socket at desk but switched off with room powering with key card removal. Shower tray is 30cm high !!! Risky for older people good to have a bath tube for little kids

I stayed overnight during a job fair at this hotel

The structure is in a neighboring area, very quiet, every day in about 15 minutes by car I was at the fair and in 20 I was in the centre, I never found traffic, so very convenient for those exhibiting or visiting the exhibition centre

It's really a good hotel to say. Staff is user-friendly, and reception was very helpful. Breakfast was really very good, a lot of varieties to eat. I will book the hotel again if I am in a nuremberg visit

Nice hotel indeed. Spent 2 nights in family room. Best breakfast, nice staff, cosy sauna area and rooftop bar and terrasse. View over Rostock and street cars right in front. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Too bad there’s no complimentary bottled water in the room. Maybe because they provide free refreshment at the lobby (bottled water, chocolate, fruit (banana/apple). The location is also very convenient

A great stay in Rostock! A really really nice hotel and one of the better breakfast buffets I've been to. Rostock is really nice and would recommend.

Super breakfast and great rooms! We have stayed here at least 5 times in the last couple of years and have always been very happy with our stay.

A fantastic hotel! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it! I traveled alone and was allowed early access to my beautiful room, and the stay was simply wonderful! The breakfast is also worth it, and all the staff in the restaurant, the service, at reception, and in the Atlantic Bar were exceptionally friendly

Although the location is close to the main train station, there aren't many shops nearby, so you have to take a bit of a detour. Overall, the room was comfortable and warm. The bed was quite comfortable

Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you...

We had a premium room on 4th floor. Pretty quiet, at this time at least. Free wifi had enough bandwidth for watching some streams. There was a small kitchen with microwave and a capsule coffee maker

We wanted some plates to enjoy treats we'd bought at a local bakery and the staff was super accommodating. We didn't have an electric kettle in our room and the housekeeping staff was gone

From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4

The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend

Beautiful location, very functional for congress or other business meetings. The breakfast has a wide range of options. Even for lunch and dinner there were vegan options, although the steak was delicious

Let me start saying that this is a 4 star superior hotel, which in my opinion is close to a 5 star than a 4

Near the hotel there is an incredible park with wildlife and hiking areas

The Atlantic Congress can be reached by metro (Messe Ost / Gruga exit), or about 30 minutes by taxi from the Duesseldorf airport

AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too

The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you

The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great

However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’ but everywhere is unnervingly quiet. There are certainly guests, and certainly staff - but we’ve seen next to zero

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult

Was there for a business event. The staff was accommodating, good proximity to some grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants and public transportation. Had a fantastic gym, and well appointed breakfast

It’s big hotel but unfortunately they don’t have enough Iron and stand to press clothes. I waited for 3 hours and I was unable to get the Iron. Location is very good. I didn’t experience the food.

When we are staying in the hotel it's very important to have good facilities and equialent to that is very important to have helpful staff. The Front desk team are doing a really amazing job

The location is very quiet and good for rest. You can either take the tram or walk to the centre. For me, it takes around 20 mins. And the staff is just amazing! They're very smiley and hospitality oriented
