Really nice experience in this hotel! Very good location and facilities are top, the room is perfect. Lovely staff, especially Cristina from reception, she helped us in all we need making our stay PERFECT.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all

The beds were comfortable but not wide enough. The pillows were uncomfortable. The room had a bad smell when entering. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of everything

The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services. Few observations for the management: The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows

Building exterior is a bit outdated, however room amenities and comfy bed is all I needed and met expectations. Good breakfast variety as well

This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room

Secondly, there should be a chair where customers can sit and relax their backs when lodging. I was forced to sit in the bed throughout when I wanted to relax and study

Fair food in the restaurant and it's quiet in the night. Happy with the stay

I was part of a graduation party and the service was pretty good and the rooms were all nicely decorated and modern although I think the room could be a bit bigger for such an amount of people (about 80-100)

I requested a crib when I booked, but the hotel said they didn't accept that request. They did provide a crib, though. There were two sinks, which was convenient. I don't know how to use the sauna in the basement

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel location is a bit tricky. I thought it would be inconvenient to use without a car. I booked a large room because of the baby, but it was very spacious. There was a queen-size bed and two single beds

IT was very good, I would repeat it-

They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me

This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background

Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to "wait a moment" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me

A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way

Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can

Too bad there’s no complimentary bottled water in the room. Maybe because they provide free refreshment at the lobby (bottled water, chocolate, fruit (banana/apple). The location is also very convenient

The room was spacious and bright. The facilities were pretty clean, and toiletries were provided. While there were no slippers in the room initially, the front desk readily supplied them upon request

Although it was built in 2000, it doesn't feel old at all. It is clean and tidy, and has a capsule coffee machine. Essen has a large green area, so the air in the whole city is very comfortable

Clean hotel with friendly staff close to the train station, Follwang Museum and the restaurant and street Rüttenscheider Str. We stayed here a few times and would come back next time in Essen.

Things to note: - The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre and multiple tram tickets can get quite expensive - Parking is 18Euros per day — on the pricier side

All of the staff is very friendly and attentive. I am very lucky to have stayed here for several days. Excellent location along the lake. Delicious, huge buffet breakfast with so many options

A fantastic hotel! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it! I traveled alone and was allowed early access to my beautiful room, and the stay was simply wonderful! The breakfast is also worth it, and all the staff in the restaurant, the service, at reception, and in the Atlantic Bar were exceptionally friendly

We wanted some plates to enjoy treats we'd bought at a local bakery and the staff was super accommodating. We didn't have an electric kettle in our room and the housekeeping staff was gone

From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4

The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend

The hotel is excellent, comfortable, and clean, with spacious rooms. It is conveniently located near the city center, just 10-15 minutes by train to and from Cologne Cathedral. The price is relatively affordable.

AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too

The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you

The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great

However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’ but everywhere is unnervingly quiet. There are certainly guests, and certainly staff - but we’ve seen next to zero

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult

Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside

When we are staying in the hotel it's very important to have good facilities and equialent to that is very important to have helpful staff. The Front desk team are doing a really amazing job

The location is very quiet and good for rest. You can either take the tram or walk to the centre. For me, it takes around 20 mins. And the staff is just amazing! They're very smiley and hospitality oriented

I stayed there for about 6 days, I loved how everything looked, how polite the staff was they were very helpful as well, and the atmosphere was very homey. The Breakfast Buffet was Amazing the best I've ever had

I stayed in one of the ‘Carloft’ rooms on a high floor, with a private parking space next to the room and excellent views over the airport

Also the rooms are quiet, no issues with planes flying next by They re serving excellent breakfast in the 12th floor

Service can be hit or miss but generally on the good side! (Missed my request once and no one checked in until I requested through the app again) Breakfast at the restaurant across the reception area was truly amazing

Stayed for four nights on 13th floor and found the hotel excellent. Blend Restaurant & Bar is really excellent. I used the hotel gym three days and it’s good, but the water cooler needs to be fixed

Hotel with particular modern architecture with all you need

If the view is important to you, it’s better to choose a river-facing room. Just note that on sunny days, the windows get very hot and tend to fog up. During our check-in, the front desk staff seemed quite confused

A room with a terrace only makes sense if you plan to sunbathe — there’s just one lounge chair. Smoking is not allowed, and to enjoy the view, you have to stand at the edge — once you sit, the view disappears

It would be great if the reception team had access to the restaurant’s booking system, so they could suggest reservations only when actually available. The windows in our room were noticeably dirty

They also recommended booking a table at the on-site Asian restaurant, but none of our attempts were successful — the manager always said there were no available tables

Good location ,Good Room , But there is a loud noise at night. Because the walls of the room are not soundproof, it can be heard from the next room.

Before checking out, I stopped by the bar and received exceptional service from Alvselino the bartender. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my morning feel relaxed and appreciated

The breakfast at the hotel was very good, with a nice variety of tasty options. The staff were excellent — especially the very friendly man named Anselmo, who made us feel truly welcome

There is a kettle in your room which I didn't realise would be such a luxury before visiting other hotels that didn't provide it. The bar area looked like a good place to socialise if you like that kind of thing

A great place! I am a comedian that performs there regularly. It is such a nice venue to perform, and a great hotel. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and accommodating

Plus, there's a beer garden nearby where you can enjoy barrel beer and German food. After a good meal, you can simply walk back to the hotel to rest. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money

Excellent hotel! It's conveniently located near the train station, perfect for inter-city travel. The city center is a pleasant 2km walk away. The hotel itself is very nice!

Plenty of good restaurants just a five or ten minute walk away. Parking available, but to be paid for. I would have awarded a fifth star, but our check-in was extremely disappointing

My only gripe was the noise level given the room location - I was close to the inner hotel area, 1002, and bar music & chatter was on until midnight, also the location felt like a thoroughfare, either the staff was vacuuming outside or people walked past talking loudly, etc

Our room did not have a fridge but the staff were kind to help us store our cold food in their fridge, and added one to our room the other day. Location was convenient, near U bahn and tram station

Asked for more hangers and the officers helped. Asked to change room after day 1 due to noisy street and the staff helped to changed to a quieter facing room. Will be great if rooms have fridge

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at ZAG Arena, which is literally 200m away. Fantastic front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Great stay!
