The hotel room was quite spacious for European standards. The breakfast spread was generous, and both check-in and check-out were very convenient.

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights and the location is near shopping mall, underground and Christmas market. The hotel has a good reputation by Hilton and you never have wrong decision

Definitely a good choice staying at Berlin. Will definitely come back if I visit Berlin again

The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. On top of that, all the towels had a strong Clorox-like smell, which is hard to ignore

This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience

All of the hotel staff we encountered (front desk, breakfast, bar, and room service) were extremely friendly and helpful. The mini-bar was restocked daily

Our room was 425, which had a unique layout as we didn't share walls with any other rooms (except the far wall in the bathroom)

The location is fantastic! There's so much to do around here, and you'll find a supermarket, breakfast shops, and pharmacies nearby, which is super convenient. It's affordable too, offering great value for money.

Considering the hotel’s price range, the television in the room felt unacceptably outdated. I have stayed in considerably cheaper accommodations that offered far better TVs, so this came as a real surprise

The hotel is modern and very beautiful. There are some restaurants in the immediate vicinity but most of them are not great. However, one bakery is superb (at the campus only a minute walk away)

Very friendly staff (the courteous Mr. Unfortunately the coffee which I got as a welcome drink was the worst coffee I had this year (embarassing)

My room was reasonably spacious and had a great view from the tenth floor. The water pressure is good and the bathroom looks nice and clean. The location right next to Schöneberg station is very convenient

Although the hotel is right next to the MRT station, the soundproofing is excellent! We were even able to switch to a room with a bathtub! For breakfast, there weren't many hot food options, but there was a wide variety of choices overall

Parking was €24,- extra for 2 cars Location is decent, bit further outside the city than we thought, but the metro is like 2 minutes walking. Other than that the hotel was pretty nice, and rooms looked good

We booked this hotel for a few days as we vacationed in hamburg and these are my only critiques: First, even though the rooms were beautiful and the location of the hotel is 5 mins away from hamburg center, which is perfect, I'm sorry to say that the staff weren't the most helpful when it came to bestowing our luggages into and out of our car

The buffet offered no healthy options, only the bread was tasty; it took forever to reset the tables, and wiping meant sweeping crumbs onto the floor, one rag for several tables, and no disinfection at all

The staff was unhelpful when we asked. We asked for a table on the terrace to be wiped dry and received the answer: "I'll be right away. " We're still waiting for that today

In a pinch for a night or two The view of the Wurmberg from the 9th floor was fantastic. With cushions on the chairs, the evenings would have been even more enjoyable
