There's just a hiccup on booking our breakfast because there's a miscommunication between the reception desk and the reception staff in the breakfast area that we're not included on the list for two consecutive days

Christmas City Break to Berlin with 6 Year Old Daughter, Out stay in the Berlin Pullman was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and had enough room for all three of us

Great location near the Berlin Zoo. Good accessibility to the Xmas markets and the shopping districts on foot. Rooms are probably in need of a revamp. The plug sockets are poorly placed for practical use

First I have to say the hotel facilities all very new, the bathroom, pillows and mattress all good quality

The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. The rooms were all really clean and well maintained, as were all other areas in the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful

The Westin Grand Frankfurt offers an excellent central location with unbeatable access to public transport and nearby markets, but the in-room climate control and wellness facilities were disappointing during this stay

There was no clear guidance in-room on changing the climate controls, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep

We had a very good experience here at the le meridien hotel munich! We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, alex miller. I remembered him clearly because of his warm and welcoming demeanor

He gave very good restaurant recommendations ( all were very delicious - attached is the list) and went above and beyond!! Kudos to him

Perhaps the only thing missing was toileteries amenities which were not in the room, but if you request for them they will give you. Bottled water is only given 1 per day

We stayed at the hotel during the Biathlon World Cup. Comfortable rooms, balanced and delicious food in the restaurant, the room was cleaned daily. I liked that there is a gym, sauna, swimming pool

An ideal place to come in the winter if you love winter sports such as sking and sleding etc. The nearness to Rennsteig makes it even more suitable for a variety of activities

After the competition, it was convenient to recover in bad weather. Special thanks to the employee at the reception, Muhammad. A friendly person, helped with any questions

Rooms are clean and food in restaurants is good. Hotel is a little bit older and a carpet in the rooms are not appropriate anymore.

Coffee and a good variety of cake options was served. Vegan milk options were available as well as vegan cakes

The room was very spacious. Check-in took a long time, but after speaking with the front desk staff, they made up the sofa bed for us. The location is great, not far from the Dom. Overall, it was a good experience!

Big twin room, comfortable bed, good location near the main station and the cathedral, yet away from the crowd.

The hotel is quite close to Cologne Central Station and the Cathedral, and everything about it is good.

The main drawbacks were the location, a bit far from the city center, which was less convenient for quick outings, and the €20 daily parking fee, which felt high

We ate at the Italian place inside with the gorgeous bar and the staff went out of their way to make us happy, the burger was also delicious. The lobby is modern and stunning and even SMELLS good

Tulip Inn Hotel in Düsseldorf for a concert visit by DJ David Guetta. The location is excellent, as this hotel is located directly at the Merkur Spieler Arena. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired

The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine

We stayed at NH Collection Berlin Mitte for two nights over the weekend. Overall, it’s a great value for a short trip. The location is excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful

The hotel’s location is great for sightseeing, close to many tourist hotspots and is easily accessible by public transport. The room is of good size for a hotel room in a major capital city

The room had everything we needed (comfortable bed, great bathroom, TV). The best part was the sauna included in the price — perfect after cold winter walks, and it’s open until 10 pm

Stuff so kind and location so good, the room kind of average.

Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food

For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient

Firstly it’s a great location and all the major tourist attractions are in walking distance, as are a good choice of restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean with plenty of space for clothes and cases

Fridge, safe, coffee machine and kettle supplied - although a larger supply of English Breakfast tea bags would have been a benefit. Good choice of continental and cooked items for breakfast

Location is excellent - right at centre of the city where a lot of attractions are with walking distances. The public transport stops are close by so travelling around was easier

However, the shower stall doesn't have a full door, and the shower head easily swivels, spraying water at odd angles. Water tends to overflow, flooding the entire bathroom, which is quite inconvenient

Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available

The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us

Lidl, 400m down road from hotel. Netto 700m uproad from hotel. Buying food, bread, milk, drinks, fruits easy peazy. Use a Visa/MC Debit no worries about forex. I would recommend this hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms are beautiful and clean, and the access to sauna for only 5€ per person is a great plus. City center is reachable by public transportation in 15-20 min.

Overall, it was a nice night but really the best part was the incredible young Ukrainian woman (who even remembered me at checkout)!! I hope that Leonardo hotels will give her a bonus because she made this stay significantly better than other Leonardo hotels I have been to

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the view from my veranda was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend it

Extremely good for staying with your partner. The heater wasn’t enough and my room was very cold. Other than that this hotel is amazing the rooms are sooo huge and beautiful

Food choices are very limited in the bar and restaurant  Service extremely poor in the bar area but one lady apologised and did her best but 30 minutes waiting time for drinks is not good enough

There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. From the train there was easy access to both the old and the new town

I always try to take this hotel if I am in Frankfurt (except when there is a fair) since it ticks all the boxes I am looking for when selecting a hotel for business travel. The Breakfast selection is a huge plus here.

It was a wonderful three nights to stay here. The hotel is perfect and clean, and it has a lovely rooftop 👌 . It's in the center of the city. I really enjoyed staying here, and I highly recommend you stay here.

The room wasn't big, but the location was good. We stayed on the first floor, and it felt a bit cramped and the interior decor was a little dark.

The room was slightly cramped after the sofa bed was deployed but we were still able to flip open our luggage fully for packing. Would recommend and stay again without hesitation

The heater, AC & hot water works really well the room so make us really comfortable to stay. It is near to Aldi & HIT supermarket & also asia store. Besides, many good food and bakery near the hotel, in walking distance
