A particularly impressive touch was during the New Year period, when the hotel extended breakfast service until 14:00 to accommodate guests after late celebrations. That level of flexibility was highly appreciated

I was on a solo trip and stayed for several nights in one of the single rooms at the attic for a discounted price. The room is compact with limited natural lighting and is featured with a "head-banging" vaulted ceiling

From the outside, the hotel isn't very attractive, a dreadful concrete block from the 70s. Inside, however, the atmosphere is charming, with plenty of wood paneling

In the corridor leading to the room are seminar rooms, with countless participants standing in front of them. You have to walk past them to the end of the corridor to get to the dark room

Items were missing for the whole time we had breakfast. You will be asked for your coffee order once and never again. We have stayed here many times before and the quality of service is going down every single time

If you are trying to relax in your room, don't expect tranquil surroundings until most have gone to bed. The hotel does not provide kettles in the room, but for a small 20 Euro deposit, you can get one from reception

I was in the room with city view. The rooms are very small and little claustrophobic. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is very good if you are planning to stay for 2 or 3 days in Erfurt

The staff were all exceptionally friendly from reception, to breakfast, and even the cleaning staff. And the facilities were modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again.

Excellent Breakfast buffet, and from the fifth floor the best views of the city. Unfortunately, only a few storage space, no closets, small sanitary area, therefore a star deduction.

Our experiences were unbelievable because of Ilias who served us very well and listened to our requests carefully, the breakfast was excellent, the both rooms were clean and spacious then Samadove was a great person as well who extended my late check out till 3pm, again i highly recommend everyone to visit this place

The breakfast had a good amount of options for everything: 10 types of cold pork cuts, a variety of cheeses, bacon, sausages, eggs, and all kinds of breads and greens. Furthermore, the staff was really nice and quick

The front desk was also excellent and even proactively delivered the new key cards to the room after the room change, which was a great example of outstanding service

Then the front desk said that it was all paid, and gave two chocolates and said, I wish you good luck today. They did not ask for city tax either

I stayed for 3 nights during the exhibition period, but the price of the night went up a lot, so it is not good value for money. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to the exhibition hall

It takes 5min from the train station to the hotel. And there are shops nearby. It’s really convenient to go there. The overall service is quite good

The hotel is not located in the city centre, around 25 mins from main station. But there are a big shopping mall and many restaurants right next to the hotel. Service is good

This hotel is extremely close to Berlin Hbf but apart from that, is very basic. My room lacked reading lights. The bed's doona/duvet was good quality but the sheet was not, feeling like a flanelette sheet used 50 times

Beds weren't comfortable, staff refused to provide more four pillows to the four of us, they said that against the policy which was weired But overall accommodation was pleasant

Hotel was clean, friendly and located right next to the central Berlin train station. You have a short journey into the city either along river 20mins Aprox or over bridge through park again 20 mins on foot…

There is a commercial street nearby, which is suitable for business travelers. The surrounding environment is also very quiet, suitable for rest. The breakfast is also varied and delicious

The room was well-equipped and clean. There is a large shopping mall nearby with many restaurants and shopping malls. It exceeded my expectations and was very cost-effective.

Considering the hotel’s price range, the television in the room felt unacceptably outdated. I have stayed in considerably cheaper accommodations that offered far better TVs, so this came as a real surprise

Service of staff is very good. Rooms are well cleaned and house cleaning done everyday. We felt need of extra heater and it was made available in 10mins. Toilet is clean and shower and bathtub are good

Wonderful hotel in every aspect

Room cleaning is an issue. They came to refill drink bottles but they didnt clean the room neither they change the use towels. Breakfast is too notch. Parking is an issue.

It’s a pretty new hotel with large rooms and a good location. It’s about 15-20 minutes’ drive from the Mercedes-Benz Museum. The parking lot downstairs is public, but the hotel’s instructions are unclear

The location is good. Nearby to old town and good eatery. The breakfast is good with great selection.

When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea

As for the air outlet, I found a regulator in the toilet that seemed to be an air conditioner but it had almost no effect, so the room was a little stuffy and I had to open the window to solve the problem

Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s. I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room
