It has no lobby but the resident was helpful they give you key code same day. Instructions for arriving in entrance. The beds were super uncomfortable and thin pillow. I stayed two weeks. Not great for long stay your back will be sore but maybe ok for 3 days. They do on free cleaning per week but it's in fine print they don't advertise or really clearly state this when you book didn't figure this out until second week. When I called due to people being locked out their room codes they could speak English and said it was normal not scammers in hallways. The rooms are paper thin we heard people doing you know what. They do supply some coffee water milk but small portions and they do have utensils. Some hot plate I could not figure out. No microwave so we lived off cold cuts.

Well. Here's how it started: I booked and paid for a room. According to the booking confirmation, an email with check-in details was supposed to follow. After three hours: nothing. So I called. Stefanie was happy to hear from me and tried to help. But she couldn't. So I was transferred. After minutes on hold, the system simply hung up. This went on for almost an hour. In the meantime, I wrote emails to customer service. No response. After an hour and a half, I booked somewhere else. A minute later, they discovered my emails and managed to send the details. Okay. I drove to the hotel. The promised parking spaces weren't marked, and everything around them was full. So I parked two streets away. Surprisingly, the room code worked. In the room, I once again discovered the art of photographic deception. What was shown online as the booked room only corresponds to reality with a great deal of imagination. What was shown as somewhat presentable turned out to be a mismatched pile of furniture. The intention was clear, but they failed to create a homely atmosphere. In contrast, the usual Berlin hostels offer better design for 30% of the room price. The bed is uncomfortable, the electrical system is dangerous, the decor is terrible, the shower drain is clogged, the walls are paper-thin, and shouting from the street and inside the building makes falling asleep a real challenge. From 7:30 a.m. onwards, the staff chats merrily and loudly in the hallway. On Berlin's ever-worse scale, this place is very low.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. The surroundings were very beautiful. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the restaurant's exhaust system, so we couldn't open the window. I would have also appreciated breakfast. However, the excellent value for money more than made up for it.

Warning! This is a gang of scam artists. They don't refund money, and you can't even reach them as a team. After 'Heid' (computer) answers the phone and transfers you to the team, you'll simply be kicked out. I had to cancel my room and I'm getting NOTHING back. Quite the opposite: they just kicked me out. Warning! This old fire station doesn't keep its promises—a complete gang of scam artists! Be careful.

The to small room was to warm.
According to the pictures and promotion it was not what we expected at all.
To get to the top floor we had to use for the last stock the stairs. No desk, no staff. Very unpersönlich
Perhaps for some people oké. Certainly not for us. Price- qualify is in total unbalance, according to what we had to pay....

Cozy room and very good service. Good location with close proximity to the tram into the city centre.

The room is very rudimentarily furnished and very worn.
The mattress was rusty!
The equipment and furnishings are simply old but at least they serve their purpose.

I would rather see the room at 40 euros rather than 80 euros.

Good hotel with nice rooms. Some stairs to climb to get to the room but there was an elevator. Very tidy rooms!

There was also a music school beneath the rooms so dont expect any sleep before 20:00

It was pretty easy to get to the hotel from berlin HBF. Just take if i remember tram 5. By going some stops with the tram you could connect to s-bahn ring line.

We never met any staff. We just got an email.
