very friendly staff :)
The room were decent sized for 2, but the bathrooms could be better. Its part of the room and would be fine if it is fo one person.
The breakfast buffet is average. There are quite a few things on the menu, but nothing that was tasty. The coffee machines were broken and the only option was black coffee.
The view from the room were outstanding. The room service was also good. A decent place to stay for a few nights as a tourist.
-Toilet was dirty and drain was clogged right after checkin. No apology or explanation from the reception staff but at least technicians fixed the cloggage quickly.
-Shower water temperature was almost impossible to get stable (fluctuated between boiling hot and rather cold without changing the setting)
-Pillows were very worn out and uncomfortable (all 4 in a double bed)
-Room directly next to elevators was rather noisy, loud beeping from the elevators and guests talking outside woke me up many times during the night.
At least the Breakfast was rather good.
Overall, I will not use this hotel again.
Close to Alexanderplatz trainstation.
The hotel has a luggage room to use if arriving or leaving late, for a small charge. We used this on arrival and departure 👍.
The rooms were of a good size and the beds were very comfortable, with the showers having plenty of pressure and hot water.
We had breakfast every morning. This was plentiful and varied.
Overall I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends.
I was shocked that upon making check out the reception wanted to charge me 2 EUR for the luggage room. I was intended to go to have fast breakfast very early morning and leave 1 suitcase in the luggage room for 20 minutes. The hotel said that I can bring my luggage back to the room free or to pay 2 eur))) it is not friendly at all.
