This isn't a hotel, it's a storage unit for humans. If you're claustrophobic, don't come here. I need to lift my bag over my head to reach the bathroom. Also, if you value your health, stay away. Radiators are only usable on mild settings, even tho it's freezing -5°C outside. The windows are closed, but there is a draft in the room. This is beyond cheap. It's an insult. I've stayed in hotels around the world and this is easy among the worst 3 ever.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for a week and it was the most uncomfortable experience I had. When we looked at the photos on Booking.com the rooms, the room looked bigger and way wider when it was, we chose the French and were shocked to find how small it actually is, the bathroom takes 80% of the room and there was barely any place to move especially when you’re with another person, the bed was OK but not that big as we thought and that’s just the start! There was no refrigerator, no kettle or cups and no soap!!! Like, what the heck? We had to go to the reception (that works only to 14:00) to complain about it and we were told to hang out their sign to inform the cleaner about the soap. I’m sorry but the nerve to let us handle the room service after WE payed for the rooms… so disrespectful! Not to the mention the size of the “variety” of the breakfast we had, just bread, some vegetables and crumbled eggs which they make only one time and don’t refill it at all. This experience made me feel like I’m in some kind of Hostel and not at a hotel.

Not a good experience. I had to pay twice because their self check-in system didn’t recognize my Booking.com payment, leaving me outside in the cold at night with no reception, no help number, and no reply to my messages or emails.
They only replied four days later and issued a refund. In the room the shower was leaking, and the heating stopped working after the first day. The room itself was decent for the price, and the metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, but overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

We arrived late at night and could not find reception, luckily there was a traveler who told me to register through the machine. Otherwise not assistance at all.

I had a very disappointing experience at MK Hotel Berlin. The baby bed I paid extra for was extremely uncomfortable and had no proper mattress. The bathroom had no slippers, which is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The room itself was very small and had no fridge or cooling unit inside. As a diabetic who needs to store insulin, I found this completely unacceptable and unsafe. There was no way to keep my insulin cool, which is essential for my health. Overall, I can say this hotel misleads its guests — it does not deliver what it promises and I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

It is too far from the subway station.
However, this area is a relatively quiet neighborhood with good security.
The room is clean and tidy.
The quality is not bad for the price.
However, the hotel reception closes very early.
And they don't reply to email inquiries at all. The support is very slow.
