Very convenient location nice staff. But the gym needs to be upgraded, there s not even a set of dumbbells and too warm to work out. Not able to open window for some cold air.

This hotel is a gem. The biggest attraction for us were the huge standard rooms, which come with a spacious seating area including couch. Excellent location, extremely attentive staff, exceptionally clean. We weren't able to find rooms this big in this area for this price anywhere else.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the pictures, it looked old and the decor seemed like it was from the 90s, but after checking in, I found the environment to be surprisingly good, and most importantly, very clean. However, the hotel is located in a less safe area of Berlin, so it's best not to go out at night.

Short city break Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch.

The location is fantastic! It's on the main shopping street, with a dm store downstairs, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including many delicious local eateries. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful.

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.

After this stay, I wont book park plaza ever again. Our room is so warm and the shower doesnot work properly. They asked us to open the window because of high room temp, but there are noises from firework. This is non-sense. They moved us to another room. Please dont expect 4-star as they said they are.

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. Overall, it's a good option for business travel.

This is the 2nd '25 hours' hotel have stayed in in Germany ( also stayed in the 'day tour' one in Duesseldorf) and I have really enjoyed them both. They are a teensy bit quirky, and this one in Berlin is excellently located near the zoo and tier park ( you can overlook the zoo from the top floor breakfast restaurant)

It offers great value for money, is conveniently located near the zoo and train stations, and has a subway station right outside. The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious (not the cramped type), and include a kettle and separate wet and dry areas.

Ideal location for any traveller who wants to stay in Berlin. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The staff were great, we stashed our backpacks on the last day. I recommend going one street over food food and drinks as there is a wide selection to choose from.

This place is quite good!! I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and bathroom. I really liked staying here mainly for two reasons: being able to workout at the gym and for the included breakfast. The gym only has some cardio machines and some dumbbells, but it's enough to get a nice workout. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was simply delicious!

For noise-sensitive people, it's important to know that the room facing the main road can be very noisy. Since the windows aren't properly sealed, outside noises (like trams and cars) are clearly audible. Furthermore, I paid more for the room at check-in than what was listed on Trip.com when I booked.
