Great location. Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in. Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor). Room facing the street is surprisingly quiet at night. Window opens for fresh air. Mini fridge is a plus.

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

It's an unashamedly middle market hotel close to Zoo station. The rooms are clean and have air-conditioning (handy during the recent, 33°C, heatwave). The staff are friendly, it has a bar, and there's plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I'd happily go again next time I'm in Berlin.

Stayed at this hotel for a trade show. It's an Andy Warhol-themed hotel, which is quite artistic. The hotel is conveniently located only 15 minutes from the exhibition center, and there are also shopping areas nearby. They have a gym too, so it's a great choice overall.

Radisson did not disappoint on this hidden gem, centrally located directly at Ku’damm and its Shopping Main Street. Hippest music in the lobby floor, free croissants and apples with infused water complimentary upon early hours and amazing bathroom amenities are descent highlights! Would book again! After this stay, I wont book park plaza ever again. Our room is so warm and the shower doesnot work properly. They asked us to open the window because of high room temp, but there are noises from firework. This is non-sense. They moved us to another room. Please dont expect 4-star as they said they are.

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.

Parking for €29 per day in the underground parking garage beneath the hotel. I was able to charge my electric car for free. A bathtub in the room. Clean room and hotel itself. Free use of the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Good service and friendly staff.

The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. While it's a bit far from tourist attractions, there are multiple transportation options like trains and buses, so getting around isn't a problem. The food was delicious too.

A very good stay experience. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The hotel is near a shopping area and close to the subway, making transportation very convenient. It's also only a few hundred meters from the zoo. I was traveling alone and it happened to be my birthday, and the hotel even prepared a surprise for me, which I really appreciated.

It offers great value for money, is conveniently located near the zoo and train stations, and has a subway station right outside. The hotel rooms are comfortable and spacious (not the cramped type), and include a kettle and separate wet and dry areas.

Convenient Good location But HDMI is being disabled

Ideal location for any traveller who wants to stay in Berlin. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and there was no noise. The staff were great, we stashed our backpacks on the last day. I recommend going one street over food food and drinks as there is a wide selection to choose from.

This place is quite good!! I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and bathroom. I really liked staying here mainly for two reasons: being able to workout at the gym and for the included breakfast. The gym only has some cardio machines and some dumbbells, but it's enough to get a nice workout. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, it was simply delicious!

I asked twice to get soap replenished and room service didn’t do it for the full 7 nights I stayed, thus running out in the middle of my stay, there is a gym but the machines all malfunction and stop in the middle of a workout and no functioning water for the gym… limited amenities...

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! The room was nice and clean and the daily service was extensive (not just make your bed but actually cleaned the room). Great stay, all the workers were very nice.

Nothing special in this hotel excepted the nice rooftop bar. Efficient front desk, room OK but pretty expensive for what you get. Very bad point about housekeeping entering all of the sudden the room without notice despite “do not disturb sign” on. Breakfast with poached eggs prepared in advance (not minute) so bread is humid and inconsistent.

A restaurant in Siemensstadt had been reserved for an alumni reunion. Therefore, it made sense to look for a nearby hotel and found this one, which was only five streets away from the meeting point. The hotel’s location and cleanliness are very good. It is about 5 stations away from the city center, roughly 8–10 minutes. However, it is very noisy—sounds from other doors make it difficult to sleep. In the early morning, you can also hear the room service moving around.

We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately, my bathroom wasn't cleaned properly at first! But the reception staff was very nice and sorted everything out.

The hotel is a bit older and looks dated, but it is clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The noise from the minibar was disturbing at night (how is it even working when it is empty?), otherwise it was very quiet. We found the breakfast disappointing, contrary to the other reviews. Lots of convenience products, no fresh spreads apart from hummus and quark, little choice of bread rolls...

Altrough clean rooms, great food and place there was a big problem. I was sleeping here after cancelled flight at BER airport. I was here around 12pm and fire alarm that was over my head suddenly started at 6am due to someone smoking or cooking in the room. Hotel staff couldnt locate the room it was starting in so alarm was starting over and over for another hour.

My staying went very well, the place is a bit old but fully functioning. Food and breakfast were excellent and available almost the all day.

This is a very big and especially good hotel for corporate conferences, meetings and get together. It is somewhat outside of Berlin from where there is no direct transportation. If you have car then OK otherwise you have to depend upon taxi-on-call. Hotel’s menu was good. We are vegetarians and stayed for two days. We did not find any problem. On its back is Müggelssee and in between tennis courts...

Greeted by Jerome late on a Thursday evening. Looked after us throughout our stay. Rooms are bright and clean with a huge king size bed. We had a room over looking the garden, not sure what those overlooking the main road are like but this was very quiet.

Having a lovely stay here, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nina and Andreas. The rooms are good, we were allocated a quiet room and it worked out well. Just a shame that the shower water flow was quite weak, hopefully this will be improved soon. Overall though, we’ve had a very nice time at this hotel, and good value for money.

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. While the stay was good, it didn't quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel overall. The staff still has a lot of room for improvement, both in terms of friendliness and dress code. Additionally, the 'breakfast room' is located in the lobby, which, of course, constantly creates a noisy environment with guests checking in/out, waiting for their bus, or simply passing through to their rooms from outside
