Nothing special in this hotel excepted the nice rooftop bar. Efficient front desk, room OK but pretty expensive for what you get. Very bad point about housekeeping entering all of the sudden the room without notice despite “do not disturb sign” on. Breakfast with poached eggs prepared in advance (not minute) so bread is humid and inconsistent.

The receptionist was very welcoming and gave me the quietest room in the corner, but unfortunately the guests upstairs were making a lot of noise all night. Otherwise, it was great.

Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! The room was nice and clean and the daily service was extensive (not just make your bed but actually cleaned the room). Great stay, all the workers were very nice.

The hotel is average at best. The entrance doors were destroyed, and breakfast was 20(!) euro's per person per night. Location is great for people coming by car as it has free parking, and a U-bahn station right outside. Rooms were standard, but with great airco.

I have been using this hotel for a number of years now and find the location perfect for a quiet stay with good transport links. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Rooms are well maintained, clean and modern.

Nice hotel in a pleasant part of central Berlin close to the serene walkable Markisches Ufer. Beds comfortable and spacious. Good shower and bathroom. Quiet and clean. Art and other touches tasteful. Conference style hotel near Tegel. Facilities are quite modern and has everything on site for quick stay for 1 to 3 days.

We stayed only one night so I cant rate everything but we did not encounter anything wrong during our stay here.

The room was clean and acceptable, but unfortunately quite noisy. Parking directly at the hotel isn't possible. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of diverse options. In this day and age, poor Wi-Fi is no longer acceptable. The connection was a real let-down - and this in the German's capital city.

Started with a friendly checkout process. Very quiet even though centrally located. Daily room cleaning was perfect and digital checkout process was smooth.

The hotel is right next to the train station and the U-Bahn line. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with tons of routes, which saves a lot of time when you're out sightseeing.

High cost performance, convenient transportation

The service was nice, the staff were accommodative to my requests and helped ensure that everything was smooth. The facilities were decent but the hotel is catered more for individuals wanting to tour the city.

This is a budget hotel with a more basic, mid-range feel. The carpet has a strong smell, and there’s no minibar in the room. While it’s affordable, I’ve stayed in better hotels in Berlin. On the plus side, it’s close to both the metro and train stations, which is convenient. The neighborhood is also average — not the best area to stay in Berlin, but not the worst either.

The service was great, and the facilities were quite new. Everything was clean and tidy. Right outside, you have access to the metro and train. The surrounding restaurants are good, and there's a supermarket just across the street, which is really convenient. It's a bit far from the tourist attractions, but for us, as we were there for our child's training nearby, it was perfect 👌🏻

We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Unfortunately, my bathroom wasn't cleaned properly at first! But the reception staff was very nice and sorted everything out.

The hotel is a bit older and looks dated, but it is clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. The noise from the minibar was disturbing at night (how is it even working when it is empty?), otherwise it was very quiet. We found the breakfast disappointing, contrary to the other reviews. Lots of convenience products, no fresh spreads apart from hummus and quark, little choice of bread rolls...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The rooms were cute, spacious, and very clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. I especially loved the strong water pressure in the shower! The hotel overall is well-kept and comfortable. Lovely hotel in a very picturesque location, ideal for walking, biking and relaxing. Quite expensive to eat in but just a short bus ride away from the S Bahn with links to all the Berlin districts and beyond.The staff are great too - would definitely go back!

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there.

It is almost the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. The room is extremely small. Apart from a 1.2m-sized bed, the room cannot even stand for a desk, so you have a platform by the head side of your bed to place staff (very creative).  They have a strict check-in time from 3 pm, and staff are not friendly enough to explain things. Moreover, the 150 Euro deposit fee was not mentioned anywhere.

Not realised that it is a rainbow hotel until after we checked in. It is a bit out of city centre but there are many restaurants and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Jacuzzi was nice , the gym had enough machines to workout the minimum. All staff was nice and polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend .

The windows on the lower floors are basically on street level, and there’s no air conditioning, so you are stuck either suffocating, or being woken up multiple times per night by the buses from the bus stop that is quite literally right under your window. The breakfast is ok, but for the price, I don’t know. Will not be staying with Best Western again.

I asked to move to a room that had aircon, they said was was none. but when i did insist on moving, the new room had aircon.
