Very nice place and clean

This hotel is LGBT-friendly, and guests of all genders and ages are welcome to stay. The staff provide excellent service and give very helpful recommendations.

Not realised that it is a rainbow hotel until after we checked in. It is a bit out of city centre but there are many restaurants and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.

Good hotel, rooms are a bit small and it is indeed suitable for adults

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Jacuzzi was nice , the gym had enough machines to workout the minimum. All staff was nice and polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend .

I recently stayed at the Axel Hotel in Berlin for three days, and overall, it was a good experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Javier and Valentina at the front desk. They were incredibly polite and professional, setting a great tone for my stay.

The atmosphere of the hotel is vibrant and fun, with gay pop music creating a lively vibe throughout. The rooms are uniquely designed, with a sensual touch—perfect if that’s your style. The shower, for instance, is see-through with red-tinted glass, which adds a playful, intimate edge and might just spark your curiosity.

I also tried the massage service offered by the hotel. While André, the masseur, was professional, the massage itself was underwhelming. Despite expressing that I had muscle aches and needed a deep tissue massage, the technique felt light and lacked effort. In hindsight, I think I would have been better off exploring massage options in the city for a more satisfying experience.

The spa facilities were nice overall. However, the jacuzzi wasn’t as hot as I would have liked—it was only mildly warm, which was a bit disappointing.

In summary, the Axel Hotel is a great choice for those seeking a lively and unique stay with a fun atmosphere, but some aspects, like the massage service and spa, didn’t fully meet my expectations.

I’ve stayed many times at Axel. It’s the perfect hotel to be in the heart of the gay life. The service is always respectful and top notch. Shoutout to Valentina at the front desk! Axel is my favorite and I’m a long time customer who has been almost to their all locations :) If you’re reading this and considering this hotel, don’t hesitate and enjoy Gay Berlin!

Good one. Location is nice. Carla and Valentina were very friendly and allowed early check-in. Room has all you need, but this one is a bit cold (hope I will figure it out) and has a bit of dump smell, maybe because of being on top floor. Stayed in other rooms here, and it was good
