This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a very comfortable environment. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the bedding is great, ensuring a good night's rest. However, the shower stall doesn't have a full door, and the shower head easily swivels, spraying water at odd angles. Water tends to overflow, flooding the entire bathroom, which is quite inconvenient.

Location is great. Train station and underground train is near. We are able to explore Berlin city easily. Hotel staff were friendlyand helpful. I needed to print somethg for my meeting and the business center was helpfulanf it it open from morning till 11pm. Thank you and will definately stay again 👍

The hotel stay was enjoyable. Location is excellent - right at centre of the city where a lot of attractions are with walking distances. The public transport stops are close by so travelling around was easier.
The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained. Would highly recommend for a stay in Berlin city.

If you leave your belongings at the hotel, the hotel will not return them. The receptionist will insist that your belongings are not at the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

location is perfect. near both Friedrich str. and Unter den Linden. Best for both tourists and business.
the hotel itself has the classic charm, fits berlin perfectly. I loved it. the facilities are bit old given the age of the building.
all in all good place to stay!

Hard to find fault.
Firstly it’s a great location and all the major tourist attractions are in walking distance, as are a good choice of restaurants and bars.
The rooms are clean with plenty of space for clothes and cases. Fridge, safe, coffee machine and kettle supplied - although a larger supply of English Breakfast tea bags would have been a benefit.
Good choice of continental and cooked items for breakfast.
Small but well equipped gym.
Nice bar in reception but a little more expensive than local bars.
Attracts a variety of tourists and business guests along with a few that just appear to pop in for a photo on the sweeping staircase.
Particularly helpful staff on reception and the information desk.

We really liked the hotel. However, our stay was overshadowed by an unpleasant incident on the last evening. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the waiter was very rude when I asked for a table for two. He mocked my question and raised his voice, saying there were no available tables, even though we could clearly see that one had just become free, it simply hadn’t been cleaned yet. I am very disappointed; I have never been treated like this before.

I got my EarPod stolen INSIDE the hotel as I forgot them in the room. I call them, sent an email… zero empathy whilst I can see my EarPods being used by one of their employee on a daily base. If you care about your belonging, avoid this place at all cost. I can literally say the daily commute of one of their employees going from Hellersdorf and come back to the hotel.
