The location is excellent, just over 100 meters from the subway station. The lobby has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a great place to work.
I was truly satisfied with this place. It was so clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable...
I give it full marks. It's the best!
Very clean and quiet hotel in a very nice area. Breakfast was very good.
The location is good, and the room is spacious and clean.
Very simple and simply furnished room, not necessarily in the style of a 4-star hotel, but spacious. The lobby and breakfast options were excellent; there's a pool table, foosball, and board games available.
The location is good, and the overall situation is average.
A river view room is worth the little extra cost. The location is perfect. Close enough to Central Station, yet tucked away from all the hectic. The Sauna was a nice treat. Good value for your money.
Successful hotel stay, great location, good infrastructure, well-managed hotel, pleasant furnishings!
An excellent, stylish 4-star hotel on the banks of the Spree River. It features a pleasant lobby and helpful reception staff. A sauna is included in the price. The spacious room includes a coffee machine and tea station.
The breakfast was excellent, and the views were stunning—from the room and around the hotel in general. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city
A really nice hotel with beautiful views out of rooms and great breakfast, even with champagne and a cook for eggs. There is also a sauna for free. About 15 minutes from the S-Bahn Station. I highly recommend this hotel
Overall, everything was just wonderful, and I now dream of visiting all Ameron hotels around the world. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, great service, and a memorable stay!
Hotel is really good, clean and everything is fine here. Only thing - it is near metro and trains are very loud. You can hear them all night, as the windows are not really soundproof.
The hotel is generally fine, but it lacks warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is good and definitely a positive point
Breakfast was average—fine, but nothing memorable—and the hair dryer in the room wasn’t working properly, which was a small inconvenience. Overall, a good stay with minor issues that could be improved
In the checkout from a very satisfying trip, the manager waived our parking charge saying “you were nice to our staff it’s free“ This tells me the care we felt started at the top to have clearly established a culture of excellent hospitality
Everyone from staff, management, location, and food have an excellent element of treating their customers with care and respect. They go the extra mile to ensure your stay is fully professional and comfortable
The rooms are spacious and well equipped, big bed and a big, modern, shower. The staff are very nice but perhaps a bit less helpful than expected from a five star hotel. They don’t help you luggage up to the room

🌟 A Wonderful Stay at Holiday Inn Express Berlin City Centre 🌟
During my recent trip to Berlin, staying at Holiday Inn Express Berlin City Centre was truly one of the best decisions I made
🏙️
The location is excellent — just a short walk from U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, and within easy reach of many famous sights like Museum Island and Checkpoint Charlie
good enough to use for business trip. location is okay. nice food.
”
👉 I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, families, and even business guests. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and great service — this is the place to be
Breakfast was simple but satisfying — fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, coffee, and more. 🍞🍎☕
What really stood out to me was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff
The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed. 🛏️✨
Although compact, the space was well organized and perfect for a city stay
Berlin, Nürnberger Straße 50-55 10789 Berlin,Nürnberger Straße (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very easy friendly check-in experience. Staff was friendly and spoke perfect English. Rooms had good layout and are comfortable. Very fast and stable internet connection. In room air conditioner control worked well
Good location near public transit. I would stay here again without hesitation
Excellent, quick and friendly service
Great location, clean, good service
It's a solid hotel , but not a 4-star. Reception is nice, beds are good but the bathroom design is just absurd. Random shower out in the open inside the room right next to beds
Renovated and modernized, while keeping the old jazzy style. Named after Duke Ellington - featuring a Jazz Radio station and live Jazz in the evenings. Room was not too spacious but comfortable
Hotel is perfectly located, can easily walk or use all sorts of public transport to move around the city. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are exactly the size and has facilities as advertised
We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking. A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door
This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Berlin. Immediately across the street from the main train station was so convenient for getting out and exploring, and a very easy walk to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate
After transformation, the two beds are close to each other with only 5 inches at the middle. And mattress falls at the long side if you try to move the beds a bit further away from each other
The showers are a bit odd - shower and sink are just behind glass so if you are sharing a room you will be seen by your roommate. Which for some people is fine! But just know before you book
Hotel is at the same building with ibis and another hotel. The room we booked is comfort twin. Spacious one but the two beds is transformed from a double bed
Berlin, An Der Schillingbrücke 2 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is really nice and well-located near a station. The service is excellent, and the facilities are very clean. I loved it, I would definitely come back!
It is a bed and a good shower. The free Internet is awful and the breakfast is not included by default so try to bargain or find a deal that gives you breakfast and an Internet upgradr
Great, modern and youthful hotel, I loved the room details and overall look, it has a big screen in every room with casting options, the room is compact but it works. Nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Excellent location, nice and cozy room.
Overall, it's good, just a bit pricey, but then again, this is Berlin
Very nicely done hotel. Very hip and modern design. Basic amenities thou its by hyatt. But the service and standard is definitely hyatt standard. Nearby train station and many hip areas nearby. Highly recommended
Berlin, Hermannstr. 214-216 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel lobby is under renovation but that was of no inconvenience. Great location for exploring the best parts of cultural Berlin.
Convenient location, next to metro, nice structure, large room and clean. Wonderful breakfast. They can do early check-in, very appreciated
Clean room with possible early checkin if there are rooms available. Quite nice breakfast.
We would only give feedback on the mattress quality and how we could not cast media from our phones to the tv unless we paid extra for the faster internet per day
Decent hotel and location , easy transport links. The hotel is quiet and clean . The tv was only in German no alternative languages
These things I didn't like and the rest was good. Overall rating: 3 stars worth no more

The overall hospitality level is growing :-)
This is my favorite hotel - I did check other Accor hotels in Berlin but I always return here - big thanks to the whole Team!
I will also mention the usual; nice rooms, S-Bahn 50m from the hotel entrance, good food in the restaurant
Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free
It is my pleasure to say that after pandemic the level of service is constantly going up. Reception staff is definitely more experienced and very nice and helpful - this is vey noticeable
I am quite frequently staying in this hotel so I can see the difference. The minibar gets refilled every day (also not a standard in the past)
Really really great hotel! Rooms immaculate, stylish and service impeccable
My stay at Novotel Tiergarten in Berlin was overall very pleasant. The hotel is ideally located right next to the beautiful Tiergarten, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers
Berlin, Turmstraße 25 10559 Berlin,Turmstraße (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The Good:
This hotel is a solid, no-fuss choice for budget-conscious travelers, especially families and groups
Public transport links are excellent. The rooms are basic but functional, and modern. The 24-hour reception and luggage storage are very convenient for flexible schedules
Last but not least for example worth of service to reseptionist Artesa, who always greets guests with wide smile and offers help anytime even she is busy. This is our second time here, hope to come back again!
Hello, the rooms are comfy and cozy, fits perfectly for business trips or families. Also, would like to thank for professional staff. Especially for security guard who has black beard and cool hairstyle
The location is a major plus to discover west Berlin and Charlottenburg – it's quiet, situated in a diplomatic/residential area near the Tiergarten park, yet within reasonable walking distance to the Zoo Station (Bahnhof Zoo) and the buzzing Kurfürstendamm
Don’t expect daily room service, a restaurant, or a luxury atmosphere. The common areas and hallways can feel a bit utilitarian and busy, especially with larger groups
Berlin, Ruschestrasse 45, 10367 Berlin, Germaniya (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Great hotel for the price, rooms are clean service is great, breakfast too.
Dont have anything bad to say.
Its not the most luxurious, but hey, this is great value for the price.
(booked from holland)
Very clean and nicely located place, the personnel was very friendly. The room had multiple commodities. Would recommend
post-stay, i am more satisfied with it than i thought i'd be
room: carpeted floor, reviews said it was dirty and suspicious, ours was not that bad, but for precautions i laid a piece of cloth and sat on it if i wanted to sit on the floor
room: for 2 pax, this room was the biggest room we've had in this whole trip, was surprised
Has everything you need. Air conditioning would be nice.
The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Big clean rooms and quiet enough to rest. Fairly priced and with easy access to S & U. I just wish there where more wall sockets in the room.
windows could open all the way out, so we did that for a bit for some ventilation
Berlin, Neue Grunstrasse 28, 10179 Berlin, Germaniya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Absolutely everything I'd expect from a Best Western hotel, no complaints whatsoever. About a 5-6 minute walk to the nearest train station, and on the corner is the most delicious bakery/ sandwich shop
Hotel is modern and clean. Staff are excellent. It is very close to public transport links.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Value Stay with Excellent Location in Berlin
I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Berlin, and overall it offers great value for travelers looking for convenience and comfort
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with rooms available right on time from 3:00 PM, which made arrival stress-free after a long journey. Staff were professional and helpful throughout
One of the biggest highlights is the location — the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it extremely easy to get around Berlin and access major attractions without hassle
The shower cabin is a bit dated, but the shower pressure is excellent, which more than makes up for it. We didn't try breakfast (we don't eat much in the morning)
Berlin, Elisabeth-Mara-Strasse 4 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Overall, the stay was good. The only issue we had was with the ventilation. It seemed like the air conditioner was not working properly because the room felt warm. Otherwise the location was great.
Very friendly, clean and modern Hotel! The breakfast is very good!!
The stay was great. Service was good, breakfast was plentiful, and the location was excellent and central.
Just one small bottle of water for two days, nothing else.
A very nice, clean, and centrally located hotel. It offers excellent access to the Spittelmarkt U-Bahn station. The central location truly couldn't be better!
The hotel and room were excellent. Great location with easy access to buses and the subway. Would definitely stay here again.
Berlin, Schlossstraße/Albrechtstraße 2 (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We had a great stay at Steglitz International. The location is excellent—well connected to public transport, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It was easy for us to get around Berlin from here
We didn’t opt for the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city
The front desk staff is very nice. Convenient location
Pros: Great breakfast, nice staff, coffee shops and foods nearby the hotel. Cons: a bit costly, no views except that of the construction site next door, bar closed on Sunday
Missing the British flag from outside the porch
I stayed at Hotel Steglitz International for 1 night during Berlin Marathon. The location is not in the city centre, but is well served by various public transport options
Most definitely the very best in the entire city
What can I say guys? Yes, it might be pricy, but the experience is priceless!
From the gorgeous suits to the stunning and well maintained spa, everything is immaculately clean, spotless
It was the best I have ever experienced. Every member of the staff was friendly, spoke excellent English, and went out of their way to be helpful
Fabulous hotel in central location near the Potsdamer Platz. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend of mine and did not disappoint. Lovely rooms with great views. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurants.
This was a 5-star experience!! The staff were highly professional. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality. The finishes were elegant, tasteful very purposeful selected
I even considered calling to ask what brand they use so I could recreate the same comfort at home :) Thank you very much!
I highly recommend The Mandala and if I ever come back to Berlin, this will be my first choice!
Berlin, Wittenbergplatz 3 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Everything all right, overall a good stay. Only the women on the walls is a special choice of design let’s say it like that.
Our room was very quiet, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was hot on demand (no wait). The room was well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful too
Great Hotel. Excellent location in front of Metro station. Comfortable room and bed.
Great location, very clean, service is good too.
The breakfast was PERFECT, we went in January and they had eggs, sausage, fruits, yogurts, olives, cheeses, breads & pastries (NOT gluten free), butter, jams, coffee, teas, pancake maker, cereals, and more
Just as expected at a Mecure Hotel - clean, comfortable rooms. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on breakfast or the bar
Berlin, Schoeneberger Street 3 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
But we did have a cold two nights as housekeeping had left the window open after they made up the room on both cold days (it was about 2 degrees Celsius when we returned on both days)
I eventually had to go down to reception (I didn’t know how to work the telephone yet) and informed the manager on duty, Tina
Hey guys! What about saying "hello!" instead of "check'n?"? What about saying "good evening" when guests get back at night instead of starring at your phones behind your reception desk? What about cleaning the elevator, the door to our room and the carpets? What about offering some vegan umami stuff for breakfast in the worlds no 2 most vegan city, before your guests ask you to? What a pitty the hotel...
The pancakes at breakfast are the best reason to go to this hotel. They crumble in your mouth, buttery, soft and just enough sweetness that you hear, no, feel the work of God. The omelette too! With cheese 😭
We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in and the room was lovely. Toilet has heated flooring, which was welcome during the cold week we visited. However, the room had features which were baffling
I also mentioned the bed controls to Tina and she also shrugged to indicate she couldn’t do anything about it. The room also was lacking a kettle when we checked in and it took two days to sort that out
There were no instructions on how to use it and only when I went down to ask, we were told to call 171 for reception. That’s a strange number!
We couldn’t get the thermostat to work
Berlin, Werderscher Markt 11 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I went to Germany on a business trip and booked this hotel. The hotel has an elegant environment, good service, and a good breakfast
Excellent. Great central location
There is a church across the street, and the surrounding area is the most prosperous and beautiful area in Berlin
Room very small but clean, unfortunately no water in the room, no minibar.
“The location and the rooms of the hotel were very nice, but the service was at a low motel level. The service was very poor for this price. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and no room service
We booked a stay with breakfast included, but at the entrance to the breakfast room, payment is collected via a card reader for those not having breakfast, causing unnecessary delays
Berlin, Grolmanstr. 41-43 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The buffet was good, offering a variety of delicious options, though I did notice that fried eggs weren’t readily available—you have to ask the kitchen to prepare them personally
Very good location - 3 minutes till S-Bahn Charlottenburg, 10 minutes till KuDamm, a lot of cafes near station
Room is very big and good- there´s kettle, caffe machine and fridge, in the lobby there´s small 24/7 shop with drinnks and snacks. On the ground floor there is also nice restaurant
Excellent location near Zoo Station, Savignyplatz, and Kurfürstendamm. Cozy hotel bar with live music in the evenings
The biggest attraction for us were the huge standard rooms, which come with a spacious seating area including couch. Excellent location, extremely attentive staff, exceptionally clean
Really great stay. Excellent, helpful service. I am gluten free and the staff were very kind at breakfast, even baking me special rolls for which I was very grateful.
Hotel is in a good location and has the unique offering of self catering rooms and 2 bed room accommodation (a rare find in Berlin)
The hot water supply could be better. Everything else is fine; hopefully, it will maintain its current cleanliness. Also, wouldn't it be more appealing if the breakfast staff greeted each other with a "Good morning"?
By sheer coincidence a cleaning lady saw us and helped on the last floor when we were checking out. Otherwise nice facility and good for a place with a group
It had fantastic reviews but in our opinion it was average. Laundry service was outrageously expensive which is the case with all hotels we stayed in in Germany. The wash box laundromat was excellent and not too far away
Area itself was not that exciting but very convenient in terms of access to transport with the city only two stops away. Staff had significant language problems with both German and English
Had to correct some simple maths on the bill (they tried to bill me an extra night) and was told to get train to the city to find an ATM when there was actually one less than 100m away
