A great hotel in excellent location, walkable distance to lots of restaurants, shops and landmarks. The room was nice and clean, bed comfortable. A bit noisy from the train station nearby but nothing earplugs cannot fix

The slippers were the best part for me. Our junior suite was amazing; there was so much space. We overlooked a sidewalk, not road

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too

The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you

The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great

However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’ but everywhere is unnervingly quiet. There are certainly guests, and certainly staff - but we’ve seen next to zero

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult

Was ok just room a bit small but location very good

Our room did not have a fridge but the staff were kind to help us store our cold food in their fridge, and added one to our room the other day. Location was convenient, near U bahn and tram station

Asked for more hangers and the officers helped. Asked to change room after day 1 due to noisy street and the staff helped to changed to a quieter facing room. Will be great if rooms have fridge

Amazing location on Museum Island literally the centre of Berlin. U bahn station 2 minutes walk. The rooms are modern, confortable and well designed. One key point for me is tbe sound isolation - very good

We got the suite, so definitely plenty of space, lots of storage. Had the best sleep, bed was super comfortable. Tap water is perfectly fine for drinking. A lot of restaurants and eateries just outside the door

This was the perfect hotel for our stay in Berlin. Immediately across the street from the main train station was so convenient for getting out and exploring, and a very easy walk to the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate

After transformation, the two beds are close to each other with only 5 inches at the middle. And mattress falls at the long side if you try to move the beds a bit further away from each other

The showers are a bit odd - shower and sink are just behind glass so if you are sharing a room you will be seen by your roommate. Which for some people is fine! But just know before you book

Hotel is at the same building with ibis and another hotel. The room we booked is comfort twin. Spacious one but the two beds is transformed from a double bed

This hotel is extremely close to Berlin Hbf but apart from that, is very basic. My room lacked reading lights. The bed's doona/duvet was good quality but the sheet was not, feeling like a flanelette sheet used 50 times

Beds weren't comfortable, staff refused to provide more four pillows to the four of us, they said that against the policy which was weired But overall accommodation was pleasant

The room was spacious, a sofa, a table, several chairs. The bathroom has shampoo, body wash and conditioner and body lotion of good quality. Nice heavy blanket. The check-in / check-outs went perfectly.

Me and my husband booked that hotel because of a concert. Worth it. Comfortable, clean room. Helpful staff.We could check-in earlier and they not charged anything. The underground is only a few steps. We loved it.

Hotel provides free baggage storage and area to wait on 6th floor including showers and space to get changed after you’ve checked out! Only downside would be that breakfast is on the expensive side however if you are travelling as a family under 15s are free
