We walked back from the Brandenburg Gate through the woods, and it took us 45 minutes, not the 30 minutes mentioned in some reviews! The free croissant and coffee were delicious, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English

The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants

There were many international guests, and the area felt safe with no homeless people around. The only downside was a bit of trash in the neighborhood that wasn't cleaned regularly

Fantastic hotel! We stayed in one of the apartment rooms with sofa bed, it had everything we could want- plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, fridge freezer with ice! The two things we’d change are the hand wash by the sink was actually body wash, and as a result had exfoliating grains in it- definitely not hand wash (!) and the pillows were ridiculously soft with no form to them, which did impact...

Hotel was in a great position for SBahn. Situated in the Mitte area near museum island and Berlin Cathedral. Alrxanderplatz was a 15 minute walk. Hotels offers an online check in/check out which was very easy to use

Staff member on site when we arrived who was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but immaculate and bed was really comfortable. We would recommend as a great place to stay

I stayed at Hotel ZOE in Berlin for about a week and was pretty happy with the property. The location is excellent, next to not just plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. , but multiple hubs on the Berlin metro

It is very easy to get wherever you need to go from here - I didn't use a taxi in my time and explored a lot of the city. I also found it to be quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep

An absolutely gorgeous hotel! Beautifully setup with huge suites and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were all lovely and could not have been more helpful. The included mini spa setup in the basement is aym added bonus

There are also plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room and bathroom, which I really appreciate. The breakfast is extensive, something for everyone. And it’s a great location too

First, it is in a location that is pretty quiet, but not so far out from the city's major points of interest that you cannot be where you need to be within a relatively short time (perhaps with the exception of places which are rather far from Charlottenburg)

A fantastic weekend in a hotel that is hard to find. From check-in to check-out, it was perfect for me. Both the staff at the service point and the entire hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Delightful staff and rooms! We loved our suite and especially the spa/pool.

There was a small mini fridge in the room for their mini bar The pool costs 6 euros per person per day to use and it is very small. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet where nothing was missing

Super Hotel...home away from home

Super room to the rear, nice and quiet. Good transport links, tram and Bus directly in front of the house. Edeka and Kaiser walk in, you'll be close. Nice staff and very good Breakfast Buffett, 100℅ recommendation!

Rooms road side are exposed to much street noise. Because there's no air-conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open. So you have to do your Yoga in the hall. For a summer season, it's not that great

My graduate students who stayed with me all remarked that the hotel provided a truly enjoyable experience: the breakfast was both abundant and refined, the rooms were spacious, and the location was very convenient

While on the train to Munich, I decided to email the hotel directly for help. To my great relief, I soon received a phone call, reassuring me that they would resolve the issue through the hotel’s booking system

As an older person traveling solo, everything worked perfectly, from being a short ride from Berlin Hbf to being spoiled for choice with cafes, bars and restaurants, all while being in a super quiet room

I was supposed to be late but my planed had some delay. The receptionist kindly called me to check if I was not lost or I need some assistance. Amazing view when I woke up Breakfast is very good.

I was 20 minutes close to Marianplatz and 5 minutes close to Lidl and a shop complex. The service and the rooms were grate and they have the breakefast at only 7 euros and it was a very good one

Hotel is a short 1 mile walk to ALL of Berlins best landmarks. Bus stop is right across the street from hotel. A must stay while in Berlin! You will not be disappointed
