This is my 2nd time at this hotel. Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of tasty variety as well

Cheap and did the job. Very near the S-Bahn, close to the airport yet no noise.

They need to make it clear to people that you have to pass through the construction site. So, better signage is needed right now. It rained a bit, so it was a bit muddy at one point for us to walk through it

Very, very, very good! I like it. It's so interesting to live in a telegraph booth that was renovated a hundred years ago! I like the hotel decoration design very much

Perfect, the room is very distinctive, in the style of an old telegraph office, the breakfast is perfect and impeccable, dining in the central glass hall, ordering breakfast is very ceremonial, the location is very close to Museum Island and attractions and very convenient

The building was originally a telecommunications facility that has been renovated to house a museum, offices, restaurants, and more. It’s highly designed and recommended for people with a refined sense of taste

The hotel is very new and has been successfully renovated. Everything is beautiful and the first impression was very pleasant. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom door was difficult to open

It's still a bit underwhelming, but the front desk was polite. Overall, it's a good stay and I recommend it

The lighting was much darker, and the lights were difficult to turn on; you had to carefully turn the knob. This hotel has a unique decor style. My family didn't like it, but I thought it was quite interesting

com and went, but except for the fact that I almost had to pay again on site, the service was good, the breakfast was delicious, and they even let me store my luggage after check-out, which was nice

He is not only a fantastic bartender, incredibly polite even under the strain of a busy bar but also an exceptional good salesman when promoting the business in which he is employed

We had breakfast with our room just one word WOW everything was so fresh each day and a lovely young lady cooked fresh omlettes and pan cakes to order these were delicious 😋 everything about this hotel was simply amazing

We were a couple and it was a lot of fun. The rooms are clean, everything you need was in the room. The hotel is centrally located and close to public transportation. The hotel staff is caring and professional

My hubby was also treated to a delicious slab of chocolate cake with a message left in our room for his birthday such a thoughtful touch again thank you Ana as she checked us in

Bathroom facilities superb and loved the shower gel and hand wash. Room serviced daily and all towels replaced kept wonderfully clean, so thank you to the house keeping team

5 STAR, BIG Room, Gym is good. Breakfast buffet is okay. classic accor standard, we went in Christmas time and Christmas markets are everywhere.

Overall, it was a good stay, but it could have been better. My room on the 6th floor overlooking Gendarmenmarkt so the view from the room was great

For noise-sensitive people, it's important to know that the room facing the main road can be very noisy. Since the windows aren't properly sealed, outside noises (like trams and cars) are clearly audible

Second time staying at this hotel, very nice, so quiet and location is amazing. Breakfast buffet this time was not as good but luckily it wasnt on my room so I paid €26 for it once and didnt go back

Getting straight to the point, this is a wonderful property to stay in. It overlooks the river, near the Uber Arena, with lots of eateries close by and shopping options around the corner

The train station is a few minutes walk. The rooms are well designed and large. The bathrooms are large and big. Breakfast is quite good and the staff is extremely helpful

Housekeeping did an outstanding job cleaning my room. The hotel was a good value and convenient to public transportation. There is also a nice grocery store in the same building and restaurants that are very convenient

Excellent customer service. I requested a quiet room and the room they gave me was perfect. The rooms are clean and modern and beds really comfortable. Breakfasts are tasty and good value too.

Very convenient and good value stay. Appreciated the tea station and fridge of sandwiches / drinks which could be purchased out of hours. Staff all very helpful.

The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! The room was nice and clean and the daily service was extensive (not just make your bed but actually cleaned the room)

I am from austria and me and my friends spontaneously went to berlin, but we looked for this hotel 1hr before we got there. Everything clean and super functional! From a former travel agency assistant

Everything from check-in, arranging pizza party for the young ones at the roof terrace to help us organize breakfast and dinner. This stay was really remarkable when it comes to service and support

Stefan organised pizza delivery, mineralwater and the use of the terracce on the top Floor - outstanding service and a huge help for us as Tour leaders. 4 stars for the hotel 5 stars for Stefan

The location has a warm atmosphere and was nicely decorated. The brunch was super. A huge variety of cold and warm dishes. During the brunch there was pleasant livemusic. Very friendly service. Excellent brunch location!

Great food and wine! Had a blast! Huge portion sizes and good vegetarian spread (forgot to click pictures of the entrees!). Not sure of the cost as it was a work dinner

The room was too small, didn't even have a small table, and there was a strong smell. Other than that, everything else was pretty good

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was truly a memorable birthday because of the elegance, warm vibe and amazing buffet on offer even for us as vegetarians. I would definitely go there again and again

The first day was not feeling good. The water from the shower was cold, and the hair dryer was so dirty

As the reception only operates in quite limited hours daily, even though there's a pretty good whatsapp AI communication channel to answer general questions, the above problems couldn't be solved until the next day

Great apartment, cosy and very quiet. Perfect location for access to public transport and only 15 minutes to the city. Had issues with the hot water and heating system but it was eventually sorted out.

The location is extremely good as it is just right next to the Karlshorst station. There's a coffee shop and a supermarket on the ground floor. There are also washing and drying machines in the basement

Had a wonderful 5 day stay! Everything we wanted to do was in easy reach of this location - very close to public transport and the park ( Wuhlheide) for swimming and music - I should have asked for a better fan as it was very hot even with the windows open at night but would come again and recommend it to friends

The hotel was in a great location (right next to karlshort train station) which you can easily access city center from there, the hotel was newly built and has cafes and restaurants around it and it was in a quiet location

Very good hotel which can offer bycicle to ride. Bike is the most convinient veichles of traveling.

The location for this hotel is ideal for exploring Berlin by foot or public transport. There are also quite a few attractions nearby or a short walk away and many good restaurants close as well

First thing we needed was to sort out parking and that was easy because there was free street parking in the evening and on weekends so that was free during our stay

We had very few interactions with staff as we had no issues during our stay and when we did speak with them they were kind and helpful

The facilities and food are about the standard of a Home Inn or Hanting Hotel—not bad, just average. They didn't provide toothbrushes, but they did offer shower gel

The location is almost perfect; it's a 2-minute walk to the subway station, and even walking to the Brandenburg Gate is only a 15-minute walk

It's a good place to be at in this budget. It's good, but the mattress and blanket weren't cleaned. The rest, like the bathroom showers, everything was good.

The Rewe supermarket is also incredibly close, about a two-minute walk. However, the lockers on the ground floor were broken, so we had to use the -1 level for storage on our checkout day

The en-suite bathroom with a separate wet and dry area was great for our group of six women. The location is super convenient, with both the tram and S/U-Bahn just a two-minute walk away

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy

The hotel also has an underground garage, which is very convenient. The “spa area” can’t really be called a spa: only two loungers, a very small room, and a sauna for about five people

The hotel is right next to the train station and the U-Bahn line. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with tons of routes, which saves a lot of time when you're out sightseeing.

Started with a friendly checkout process. Very quiet even though centrally located. Daily room cleaning was perfect and digital checkout process was smooth.

There was 1 bed with 2 separate mattresses, made up as 1 bed (1 duvet). A separate bed has been added to the room. As a result, there is little walking space. Very good in terms of hygiene

Everytime we saw him all weekend he would greet us like an old friends 🙂 The other wonderful service we received was from the barman, whose name I really wish I had got, but he was probably in his mid twenties if his employer is reading this

My wife and I had a great 3 night stay here. The location is fantastic with everything you'll want to see in walking distance, but it's also directly next to a tram station and a 1 minute walk to the train station
