Very good value for money! I will stay here again next time. Transportation and dining are very convenient. The Hollywood theme is very interesting.

Breakfast is a bit expensive, but you get a really good breakfast. Free use of the sauna, steam room, and fitness room. The shower in the bathroom (shower in the bath) could use an upgrade to a walk-in shower

Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: Large room in a busy downtown area. Facilities: Sauna on the 6th floor, a great experience.

All was good except the AC wasn't cooling, I guess it's out of gas

Quirky, vintage decor. With spacious reception area. Good facilities with clean rooms and good English speaking staff. The location has good transport options, numerous restaurants and designer shops. I would go again.

The Good Stuff: The room was great for a solo stay – comfy bed, good bath and shower, and the TV had YouTube built in, which was a nice touch. Easy to sign into my account and watch what I wanted

Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in. Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor)

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, the decoration is good (there is even a crystal chandelier), the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the waiter will come to care, remind you to pick up the last meal, and even chat during breakfast

It is not far from shopping areas such as Berlin Zoo and department stores and can be reached on foot. However, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway station and is mostly made of stone

Cristal clean, nicely decorated, very friendly persona. The hotel gives the feeling of a more expensive one and looks like it is fresh renovated. We got a room upgrade to an executive room and we loved it

There are shops, grocery stores and resturants in walking distance. Building: Yes it is an older building but it is well maintained. Sure it could use a few updates but there was nothing that I found wrong

Good hotel at a almost perfect location but with unreasonable small rooms on the first floor. The elevator starts at the second floor.

The exterior and interior were antique, and the room was very clean and seemed to have been newly remodeled! The bed was very comfortable and nice. The reception staff were very friendly.

Its actually a good thing because it avoids you having to be responsible for it and paying a hefty fee to have locks changed if you lose the keys. Service: This was the real winner for me

Clean, convenient, and well-equipped. One of the cleanest aparthotel rooms we ever stayed in, spotless even in the corners and hard to each spots. Bed was a bit too soft for us, but we prefer really firm mattresses

Apartment has everything you need and some nice extras (ex: toaster), really appreciated the sparkling water tap in the lobby and they provide jars of basics like salt, pepper, and cooking oil

We checked in on a Saturday, but there was no staff at the counter. That wasn't a problem; the hotel sent us a code to open the front door, and we checked in and created our room key using a tablet

They said it wasn't a holiday and we had to wait until Monday, but since we were leaving on Monday, they told us to get them from the storage room

The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily

The suite is quite standard and comfortable. There are several restaurants next to it, the food is good. It is very close to Museum Island. I walked all the way to visit the museums on Museum Island.

When the day starts like this, you're angry as a guest. This breakfast, which was also not convincing in terms of quality, is a good reason not to book this hotel in the future

The location of the hotel is close to a train station and tram stop but I hired a bicycle which is by far the best way to explore Berlin!

Marlen at the front desk was phenomenal! She remembered us in our short stay and when we had an issue with the shower draining she promptly moved us to a new room! She made the experience awesome! She is what every employer wants in their staff!

Parking for €29 per day in the underground parking garage beneath the hotel. I was able to charge my electric car for free. Free use of the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Good service and friendly staff

I loved my stay at the Pestana Berlin. The area was so nice and clean. The park in close proximity was great for walks and relaxing, and you're not too far away from some of the more important attractions in the city.

I felt at ease and had a truly wonderful time. Everything was more beautiful than expected. The view was priceless.

The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.
