Annoyed by expensive WiFi, hard to access from thoroughfare areas of Berlin. High quality rooms, good food.

2 out of 3 beds were bad. There were missing sockets.

Room was great, big, quiet, comfortable and clear. Bathroom also fine. Staff are nice and friendly. Only the location is a bit far but the price is low, so, still a good experience.

Excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to provide assistance in anything. We enjoyed every bit of our stay save for the poor WiFi.

Breakfast is good. The only things missing are air conditioning and a kettle. Also the pillow was very thin.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Big clean rooms and quiet enough to rest. Fairly priced and with easy access to S & U. I just wish there where more wall sockets in the room.

Absolutely everything I'd expect from a Best Western hotel, no complaints whatsoever. About a 5-6 minute walk to the nearest train station, and on the corner is the most delicious bakery/ sandwich shop

Hotel is modern and clean. Staff are excellent. It is very close to public transport links.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with rooms available right on time from 3:00 PM, which made arrival stress-free after a long journey. Staff were professional and helpful throughout

One of the biggest highlights is the location — the hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it extremely easy to get around Berlin and access major attractions without hassle

The shower cabin is a bit dated, but the shower pressure is excellent, which more than makes up for it. We didn't try breakfast (we don't eat much in the morning)

Great hotel in good location My second stay in this hotel. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to potsdammer platz and is easily connected to the airport. Its on the sbahn The hotel itself is very nice imo

Stayed 2 nights going to the snooker extravaganza in the Tempodrom. Ideal location for the Tempodrom and right beside the metro. Hotel is clean, spacious and rooms are good

As i found out at checkout You can get a different pillow, just ask You can get a double quilt. Only complaint was that i had to check out! Looking forward to next visit and would stay there again

Great location Very nice central location and I like that they have proper blinds (electrical) so you can keep out the morning sun.

My eyesight is perfectly fine, yet even I had real trouble finding my way — the signs are poorly placed, the colors and contrasts are confusing, and the directions are not intuitive

The rooms are very clean, modern and got all the necessary amenities. Overall the hotel is very nice designed and offers lockers in case you arrive early

I attended a seminar at Aletto Hotel, and everything was great — pleasant atmosphere, professional service, everything ran smoothly. Until the moment I had to find the restroom

The room was much bigger than expected, the beds were super comfy! The restroom was so big as well, kinda easy to flood since there wasn't any door. The water pressure was so good

Plenty of counter space in restroom for all the skincare. The location was perfect, next to a train station and 2 stops away from a mall and grocery store! Also good food options around

On the day of checkout, cleaners entered the room right at 11 AM as we were about to leave, which felt a bit rushed. Despite that, the cleanliness and location were definite highlights

Overall, the stay was good. The only issue we had was with the ventilation. It seemed like the air conditioner was not working properly because the room felt warm. Otherwise the location was great.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful and the two free beers a day were an added bonus! Breakfast always had a great variety of options like scrambled eggs, different cheeses to select, sausages, fresh fruit and veggies, yogurt and great coffee/tea options

I was out there for the Berlin marathon with my family and while it wasn’t right near the hustle and bustle of the finish line area, I was more impressed by the quiet, clean family neighborhood, space, dining facilities and overall amenities and service

Very nice Biergarten on property. It’s a little out of the way of Berlin marathon start and finish line which is why I traveled to Berlin but about a 30 minute uber ride or accessible easily by public transportation

Very nice hotel walkable to the tram. I was visiting for the marathon and though the location was farther from downtown, it was easy to take the trams and trains everywhere. My room was very spacious and quiet.

The shower head wasn’t working but we were fine with the bath function and alerted reception which took a note of it the following day so it didn’t really bother us as everything else was spectacular

The hairdryer was also pretty decent for those planning on washing their hair! Overall we really enjoyed it and the district was really pretty to walk around in with easy access to main sights

We had a great stay at Steglitz International. The location is excellent—well connected to public transport, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. It was easy for us to get around Berlin from here

We didn’t opt for the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the city

Pros: Great breakfast, nice staff, coffee shops and foods nearby the hotel. Cons: a bit costly, no views except that of the construction site next door, bar closed on Sunday

I stayed at Hotel Steglitz International for 1 night during Berlin Marathon. The location is not in the city centre, but is well served by various public transport options

A perfect experience! Amenities: The Wi-Fi was stable, the toiletries were high quality, and the breakfast was varied and delicious! Value for money: The price was reasonable, I would definitely stay here again!

Environment: The room was clean, tidy, and stylishly decorated. The bedding was incredibly comfortable! Service: The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and housekeeping was very responsive

The location is good, a little bit further out but there is a tram stop just over the road. I would definitely stay here again

The location of the hotel is pleasing, it is a 6-minute walk from one of the major S-Bahn stations, Savignyplatz, where you will also find lovely cafes, bookshops, local supermarkets, resturants and bars

The location is good. At least 2 super market near by and also not of shops. But the facilities are old, such as the lift, the room has been renovated. It worth

It’s a good hotel for the price. It’s all dated and it could do with a renovation. But at that moment, the price will go up so it’s not too bad. 

Nice and comfy stay for young and small family . Standard room doesn't come with toddler beds (as mentioned), but bed spacious enough

Everything all right, overall a good stay. Only the women on the walls is a special choice of design let’s say it like that.

Great architecture for German standards, good prices, and a conference center nearby. I stayed for a one night and had arrived quite late by train and was still greeted and checked in at 00:10

Nice rooms and good breakfast. Some minor QA checks eg no cups in room, fridge not working when first turned on. Had to play around with the switch and then it wasn't very cold at all

The room was a bit small and directly faced the train tracks, so there was some noise when trains passed at night. Perhaps that's why it offers good value for money

The underground parking had limited spots and cost 29 euros per night

Fair prices. Very good location. Somewhat disappointed by the breakfast. Nice, clean and tidy rooms. Just wished we had a proper bathroom door. Not just a sliding frosted sheet of glass for a bathroom door.

A fabulous hotel right in the centre of West Berlin. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is outstanding, it’s a full buffet offering everything you can imagine. The best I’ve seen at a hotel

But we did have a cold two nights as housekeeping had left the window open after they made up the room on both cold days (it was about 2 degrees Celsius when we returned on both days) I eventually had to go down to reception (I didn’t know how to work the telephone yet) and informed the manager on duty, Tina

Hey guys! What about saying "hello!" instead of "check'n?"? What about saying "good evening" when guests get back at night instead of starring at your phones behind your reception desk? What about cleaning the elevator, the door to our room and the carpets? What about offering some vegan umami stuff for breakfast in the worlds no 2 most vegan city, before your guests ask you to? What a pitty the hotel...

The pancakes at breakfast are the best reason to go to this hotel. They crumble in your mouth, buttery, soft and just enough sweetness that you hear, no, feel the work of God. The omelette too! With cheese 😭

We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in and the room was lovely. Toilet has heated flooring, which was welcome during the cold week we visited. However, the room had features which were baffling

I also mentioned the bed controls to Tina and she also shrugged to indicate she couldn’t do anything about it. The room also was lacking a kettle when we checked in and it took two days to sort that out

There were no instructions on how to use it and only when I went down to ask, we were told to call 171 for reception. That’s a strange number! We couldn’t get the thermostat to work

Room is very big and good- there´s kettle, caffe machine and fridge, in the lobby there´s small 24/7 shop with drinnks and snacks. On the ground floor there is also nice restaurant

The biggest attraction for us were the huge standard rooms, which come with a spacious seating area including couch. Excellent location, extremely attentive staff, exceptionally clean

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte

pretty nice!! me and my boyfriend stayed for a few nights and we both enjoyed it. it was clean, good service and good pizza. we could hear the strong wind from outside tho, but nothing extremely annoying

The room is very clean & warm, the hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was also great! They even let me use their gym/shower after the marathon even past the check out time, so thoughtful! I will highly recommend this place

Amazing modern vintage hotel. The suites was very large with a seperate showering and bath area.

Roadsite parking is free from 20:00-09:00. The hotel offers good parking as well for 17 euro per day.   This is for sure not a 4 or 3 star property. I am a Wyndham member and this is just far below the level to expect

Stayed in the cold winter time (December). Good location for Christmas market shopping. Near a tram line. Adequately heated for the cold winter. Walking to Alexanderplatz can take around 13 minutes. Helpful staff.

It's just average, so it's hard to rate. The transportation is good, making it easy to get around, and there's a tram stop. The room facing the street was noisy. The front desk staff seemed unskilled

The only good thing was that there was a Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant nearby, and the congee was delicious! It was a welcome relief for a Chinese resident

House keeping always cheerful and accommodating, morning breakfast staff always made sure the tables were clean and the food was refilled (we always had breakfast later) and the very helpful desk staff
