The breakfast was fantastic , its great you can order omelette or eggs from the menu which are made just for you. Hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable

I would stay here again! One note: there are currently renovations to the Hugo Boss next door, which are out of the hotel’s control, however the works do start quite early and can be heard from the second floor rooms

Very good location and nice rooms. BUT!!! The loud music from the club on the roof is unbearable at night. Even with windows closed the noise is unacceptable for a hotel of this category

Location is very central on Ku‘damm with subway station in front of the door and trainstation around the corner. Night in the bar over the weekend is a must. Great party! Rooms are great and comfortable!

We stayed at Hsmpton because we went to watch a music concert at Uber Arena. The location is perfect.. only 5 minutes walking It is also 10 minutes walking distance to ostbahnhof. The breakfast is good

Right next to the Berlin Wall, the location is absolutely fantastic. Perfect for an early morning run. Breakfast was also good. East Berlin is actually really cool and worth exploring some streets favored by locals.

The location is fantastic, especially if you're here to see the galleries – it's right across the street from the hotel. 'Brotherhood Kiss' (the mural) is just another minute's walk to the east

If you're traveling by train, Berlin Ostbahnhof (East Station) is right next door. It's a standard Hilton chain hotel, so there are no major complaints

Stayed in the cold winter time (December). Good location for Christmas market shopping. Near a tram line. Adequately heated for the cold winter. Walking to Alexanderplatz can take around 13 minutes. Helpful staff.

It's just average, so it's hard to rate. The transportation is good, making it easy to get around, and there's a tram stop. The room facing the street was noisy. The front desk staff seemed unskilled

The only good thing was that there was a Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant nearby, and the congee was delicious! It was a welcome relief for a Chinese resident

House keeping always cheerful and accommodating, morning breakfast staff always made sure the tables were clean and the food was refilled (we always had breakfast later) and the very helpful desk staff

Breakfast is a bit expensive, but you get a really good breakfast. Free use of the sauna, steam room, and fitness room. The shower in the bathroom (shower in the bath) could use an upgrade to a walk-in shower

The Good Stuff: The room was great for a solo stay – comfy bed, good bath and shower, and the TV had YouTube built in, which was a nice touch. Easy to sign into my account and watch what I wanted

The Hotel has excellent service and a highly delicious breakfast. It is located close to Kurfürstendamm, where great restaurants can be found. I recommend it, do not forget to reserve a room in advance

Close to main street Kudamm, transport and supermarket is across the road if you need anything. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at check in. Spacious, clean room and good wifi (on second floor)

The room is good, the service is OK, but it is a bit busy when there are many people. The location is also convenient. Overall, it is still a place worth staying. It would be better if the price could be cheaper.

The bed is very comfortable, the room is large, the decoration is good (there is even a crystal chandelier), the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the waiter will come to care, remind you to pick up the last meal, and even chat during breakfast

It is not far from shopping areas such as Berlin Zoo and department stores and can be reached on foot. However, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the subway station and is mostly made of stone

The rooms are ok yet there is a problem with the AC which did not work properly and the illumination in the room is quite dim but besides that everything is good

Excellent breakfast - service, quality and quantity. Smooth and efficient check-in, they let us check in early without any fuss. Room was on the small side but functional

Parking for €29 per day in the underground parking garage beneath the hotel. I was able to charge my electric car for free. Free use of the heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Good service and friendly staff

I loved my stay at the Pestana Berlin. The area was so nice and clean. The park in close proximity was great for walks and relaxing, and you're not too far away from some of the more important attractions in the city.

The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.

The hotel is overall located not a good place. Its very far from shopping centers. There’s no nearby coffeeshops. Breakfast is also expensive than other hotels. And the rooms were very cold and old

The free drinks were a plus! However, just the water temperature in the shower was hard to get right - the actual water temp kept changing even if we placed the knob in the middle

They need to make it clear to people that you have to pass through the construction site. So, better signage is needed right now. It rained a bit, so it was a bit muddy at one point for us to walk through it

There was 1 bed with 2 separate mattresses, made up as 1 bed (1 duvet). A separate bed has been added to the room. As a result, there is little walking space. Very good in terms of hygiene
