Bed was a little firmer than I like, but that is just personal preference. Beautiful tub/shower combo with plenty of hot water. Complimentary tea and coffee during the afternoon

I had a really nice stay! The hotel looks a bit dated but is still comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast while simple, had a lot of choices

The window was open in my room when I checked in, so while the air in the room was fresh, it was cold since it was an evening in February. I had to turn on the radiator in the bathroom to try to warm up the room

I arrived for check in about 8pm. There is a small but perfectly functional bar. I was very impressed with the array of art work on display around the hotel. The room had everything I expected for a room of this class

I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this area if you’re a tourist as it has a bad reputation and isn’t near any touristic attractions but if like me you have plans there then definitely book a room at this hotel

This facility is at centre of Berlin & Brandenburg gate is few minutes walk. Check-in and staff are very polite. Downside: if you are on foot and with luggage, the streets are not that friendly for roll-on luggage.

The KaDeWe is also very close. The hotel itself is cozy, great service. The equipment is modern and in excellent condition. We booked directly via the homepage of the hotel because the price was better than booking

It was one of the best hotels in Europe where I stayed. The hostel is huge with the restaurant, bar and other facilities. The rooms are very big as well

The lift was unfortunately out of service for the entire week that we were resident at the hotel necessitating us trudging up and down stairs for the duration of our stay but at the end of the day it was not a big issue except on our day of arrival and then again on departure as we had heavy bags that needed to be lugged up and down

At first glance when approaching the building from the outside we were hesitant about our choice of hotel as the outside of the building, which is a very old structure, requires a lot of maintenance but once inside our impression changed

A tip, we bought the Berlin Welcome Card for public transport, which also gives you a 20% reduction on some tourist attractions. If you are visiting lots of museums it is also worth buying the Berlin Museums Card

It is located in a building from the late 19th/early 20th century with a marble hall and beautiful plaster ceilings in the entrance, dining room and sitting room. The hotel dining room looks out over the river

I really enjoyed staying at hotel Hansablick. It had everything I need to be comfortable! The location was perfect for me (near S and U, not so far from Messe Süd for the congress).

It feels safe because we did see girls walking alone there too. We were able to find street parking fairly easily for that one night. Not sure if this the case all the time

If you wanted guaranteed parking, don't forget to book one with the hotel ahead of time. The have a few spots, but were run out when we arrived

The staff is so incredibly helpful and willing, which gave this - already very special hotel - a feel-good vibe. The premises are rather low-key, it’s not there to impress, but it’s functional

And it was a good base for visiting Berlin, with easy access to local and long-distance trains, including the S21 and S3 lines at Karlshorst station

Located in a charming neighborhood with public transport options close by (a short walk from the train station or a tram stop right across the street). Checking in after office hours was very easy

If you don't like the ambiance and the hotel's decor, you should consider the Athlon, Ritz, Charlton, or Waldorf Astoria, and be prepared to pay the same price

Of course, the rooms aren't luxury suites, but if you want those, you have to be prepared to pay significantly more, which we didn't have to do here

As others have said, there is a supermarket right next-door and there are good restaurants nearby (also the Kulturbrauerei which is worth a visit!)

A very lovely stay at the Meninger Alexanderplatz. We had a room for 4, convenient and clean, staff is super nice and helpful and the hostel is well located (metro station is really right in front of it)

There’s an Ubahn station right next to the hotel and there are loads of places to eat in the nearest area. If I come to Berlin again, I will for sure come back to this hotel or one somewhere else

The bus stop is directly outside the hotel, and they are reliable and frequent. We stayed on the second floor and had a double four-poster bed. The room itself was small, but the bathroom was a good size

I stayed at this hotel with my mum on our annual Christmas market trip. The hotel is in a good location near Potsdamer Platz and has excellent transport links

Just lovely. Very good, organic breakfast, nice bar, bikes and games for sjared use, good beds in spacious room. Good location with an aboundance of restaurants in the neoghbourghood ans good subway connections

The room has ame ties such as toothbrushes, room spray, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. Although there is a lift, you still need to climb. Some stairs as the lift stops in between floors due to the stairs layout

Only drawback is the breakfast buffet that feels a little pricey, especially if you don't eat that much. It is the kind of place you look forward to returning to after a day in the city
