The location was great. You have access to trams to get to the city center.

It was amazing for me and friends. Room is so big and very nice to stay.

The hotel is located at a not very central place but is at a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, all extra services are a bit costly. The breakfast is at 17 euros and car parking at 14 euros per night! They say they have a bar open with even small foods but at Sunday all was closed and you could only get a beer from a fridge at 4.80 euros the bottle. One bottle of water in the room is also not free but costs 3.50 euros. So I think the hotel is somehow ok but all those extra costs are annoying!

1. Arabic receptionist guy took my passport so rude way, throw away my passport to give me, I don't know he is ****** to Asians or something, but he has to be learn some human manner.

Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel itself is lovely and has a distinct German feel. The facilities and amenities are all excellent. Very good, nice. The heating and everything else work perfectly too. Really good.

The room was huge!!!!!! I had the top floor and so a fantastic view. Felt very spoiled with that. It is a bit out of the city centre and with a 30 min tram ride you will be in the centre. Really enjoyed the size and having a bathtub. Heater was working perfectly which was definitely needed as it was freezing outside. So aside from being a little far out of the city I wouldn’t complain! Had a good stay!

The hotel feels like something from the Soviet communist era. The building lacks any character, the rooms are awful, the bathroom is of very low quality, and the breakfast is a disaster. Overall, this was the worst hotel I have ever experienced.

Great stay in Berlin! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was not the best.
One of the most frustrating things was that whenever I needed something, I had to go down to the service desk myself. They do not deliver items to the room, which was very inconvenient. In most hotels I am used to, requested items are brought directly to the room.
The room was missing toothpaste and a towel, and even after requesting them, they were not delivered upstairs.
I also noticed that the blanket had a small hole. It is not a major issue, but personally I prefer everything to be in good condition.
