At first I was really put off by this hotel. It had hostel vibes and the rooms were cramped and dingy. But the overall hotel had so much personality and the breakfast was terrific. The staff were very accommodating (extra pillows etc) and the area was quaint. I wouldn’t stay here again but I was not displeased.

This is the 2nd '25 hours' hotel have stayed in in Germany ( also stayed in the 'day tour' one in Duesseldorf) and I have really enjoyed them both. They are a teensy bit quirky, and this one in Berlin is excellently located near the zoo and tier park ( you can overlook the zoo from the top floor breakfast restaurant)

I booked this place for the Berlin Marathon, and it's right next to the 39km mark of the course. Clean and comforting hotel in Berlin. The staff are helpful. Rooms are small but not that big as well. We did not test the breakfast as we had to live very early in the morning. Some rooms have beautiful balcony to enjoy the view.

This is a good hotel in a southern suburb of Berlin. It is near an underground stop. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast that has wide variety of wholesome food, hot and cold.

Situated in the Neukölln neighbourhood of Berlin right next to a cemetery. The Hotel is slightly outdated, but really clean and tidy! Room 34 on the back side overviews the graveyard, that made it really quiet and tranquil. Checking in was easy, the employee was very pleasant and kind. The elevator was clunky and the hallway to our room smelled nasty. Our room was clean and smelled fresh but the bed was too squishy and non supportive. The walls were thin, we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. We will not stay here again.

This property was a great location for us as we were visiting friends who lived in the same street. We stayed in a nice quiet room facing the street. the room was clean and well presented but the bathroom was in need of an upgrade, mouldy walls above shower and shower plug was blocked and the bathroom had a sewage smell to it. Door was a little hard to unlock with key.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a metro station in the city center and very close to Checkpoint Charlie. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited with not much to choose from. On the upside, the price is not high, so it offers decent value for money.

The Hotel and room was very clean. Everyday they cleaned the room and change the towels. The location was very near to brandenburg tor and potsdamer platz, 15 minutes by walking. Checkpoint Charlie is 5 minutes by foot. It was easy to Connect to metro.

A large dog costs 15 Euro a small dog, 8 EUR extra. The Parking costs. I 19 Euro and every hour of the later time of 10 Euro not available for check out, absolutely is the paid Wi-Fi. Overall the hotel was pretty decent and cosy. Service was a OK but given that i did not spend much time in the hotel, I can't complain. The breakfast was also good if you are not particular about having too much variety.

I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance. The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It’s clean, The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall.

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area but walkable to the cetre of Berlin. Our bedroom was were large and comfortable and very quiet at night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, with excellent English. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay !

Love this place! This hotel is so true to Kastanienallee, Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin. Love staying there! Just remember ear plugs for the early morning trams.

From the staff and the overall creative vibe of the property, to the super comfy room, I had an amazing stay at the Michelberger -- it did not disappoint! I definitely plan on staying there again on my next trip to Berlin.

Walking into the hotel was like an energizing cosy hug from Berlin! Welcoming and unpretentious bar and lobby. Lovely staff. Great large room with 5 bed options and well planned accommodation. The restaurant, courtyard and sauna were all massive bonuses that made it a perfect couple of days.

Such a nice hotel with super friendly staff. All went really well. The interior is beautiful and clean, I really liked the style. The location is perfect. It is incredibly how they have succeeded with such easygoing atmosphere while the surroundings are the most hectic parts of Berlin. The only minus is that the internet connection is super bad.

Stayed in a suite with jacuzzi bath and sauna - it was August and quite hot in Berlin so didn't use the sauna but the jacuzzi was nice once I'd worked out how to use it. Overall the room and bathroom was quite clean but there was dust, hair and a baby's dummy underneath the bed. There was a floor standing AC unit in the room which was quite noisy when running - I had to turn it off before sleeping...

First of all, to SOME of the receptionists, politeness and a smile is free of charge! 😃 The room we were given which was on 2nd floor had no view but was clean overall and quiet. The best thing about Monbijou Hotel is it's location. If you enjoy walking around , it's a great place to start seeing the sites. Nice place if you just need a bed to sleep in, good value for the price, great location in the city centre and close to many sights. Also well connected if you want to explore other parts. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the heating in the room was excellent — the space felt warm and very comfortable throughout my stay. In 2023 we had an excellent experience with this hotel, hence for a big family gathering we wanted this hotel again and booked 4 rooms. Unfortuately 2 of the rooms were very cold, the hotel managed to fix this though. But the cleaning was subpar and all in all lower standard than it used to. Its still good vakue for money and veey central amd the staff is friendly. But very cold to stay in the winter
