Where to stay in Berlin

Hotel was spotless, room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the shower was great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Ahmed, who brought our drinks to the table 👍😀

Room clean. Very basic and small, glad we didnt have suitcases as floorspace was tight. Had a problem with heating in our room. Young gentleman on reception was very helpful, tried to fix it, couldnt, but moved us to another room. Located close to Zoo to give you idea of location.

The hotel is fantastic. We had a lovely little apartment with a bedroom, a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub, and a washer-dryer (Bosch Series 8!). The kitchenette was also very well-equipped. Apartment room was good, well equiped and clean. The hotel was nice, the staff helpful and the food excellent. The only issue we had was the room was very warm overnight despite advertising rooms were air conditioned it was not available (told it is not switched on until it gets to a certain temperature).

I had such a pleasant stay. I was supposed to check in at the hostel next door but they don’t have room anymore. I found here and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful with checking in, luggage storage and even so thoughtful to give me spoons and forks when I get late night food delivered. Everything was very clean too!

I've been here three or four times but neither as a hotel guest or visitor. They've rented out space in the back for a Corona test centre. That es where I went. Did I enjoy their service? Yes, recommend. Had to wait a bit the last time but all in all fast service.

All in all a good hotel suited for a short stay. The area surrounding is good, a 15 min walk from an area filled with shops, restaurants and hip vibes. The showers in the room have zero privacy (transparent glass doors that can be seen from the bed) so when traveling for work and sharing rooms with coworkers it can be awkward.

Hotel is in a good area! No complaints about the service or room. I only would advise to consider other pillows since these ones are not very pleasant.

I have stayed here before and like the location .The only negative was the fact i found it difficult to have a shave .Please invest in a stand alone shaving mirror its really difficult when you wear glasses to shave if the mirror is too far away which it was .

What a lovely hotel -- in a bucolic, quiet neighborhood yet near wonderful restaurants, bars and shops. I'm usually a fan of luxury hotels with amenities and room service, and this is more of a boutique hotel, but we could not have been more happy with our stay.

Rooms were comfy, but there was not much lighting, and the designer light bulbs had exposed filaments. I would prefer softer lighting with diffusers, and more of it. WiFi disconnected all the time and was generally very slow on the ground floor. Breakfast was only OK and not great value. No hot options in the buffet and no hot chocolate from the machine.

Lovely small hotel run by a friendly staff. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and can easily be reached by bus or metro. The rooms are stylish, clean and have good Wi-Fi. Bonus points for the cute resident golden retriever :)

Marta’s Hotel Allegra Berlin is a real find! It gets top marks for value, service and room size/cleanliness and facilities. Great location near the train station and plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional. However, check-in is at a separate building across the street. The shower cubicle in my bathroom didn’t close properly, resulting water leaking so badly I almost flooded the room. Still, a decent stay overall.

Rooms are somewhat dated. There were 2 single beds and duvets, queen sized beds would have been nice. Shower door did not close properly because is was too small. The building was pretty, with a beautiful entry and staircase. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.

One beautiful summer day we were exploring the provinces on a houseboat and we came across the idyllically located lake hotel restaurant. The view of the lake is a dream, but the price is more like a nightmare. For 25 euros I got a veal schnitzel that was more like dried meat - a real culinary adventure. Top location, top staff, top cleanest and top price. Good size bedrooms, nice common areas, but, if i have to change something will be bed pillow, what for my taste were a bit uncomfortable BUT, thats just me!

The hotel was within walking distance from the station, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay in ibis. The room is basic but very comfortable and clean. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. WiFi was free. I didn't have breakfast so no comment. The location was excellent very close to tramp.

Stayed in this hotel on a work trip week of October 15th. Every thing about this hotel is just wonderful. From the moment you check in to time I checked out, it was a pleasant and friendly experience. Room was very comfortable and WiFi was good enough to enable work to be done. The location was grate. I was 20 minutes close to Marianplatz and 5 minutes close to Lidl and a shop complex. The service and the rooms were grate and they have the breakefast at only 7 euros and it was a very good one. So yes, I recomend this Hotel.

The Tiergarten Hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes by car from Berlin Train Station. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The front desk clerks were very good and polite. The only drawback is that there is no water heater, so I can't eat instant noodles at night.

The only complain I have is the AC. The AC broke during the entire stay. This is not acceptable for a four star hotel since it is quite hot in end of June for Germany. Other than that, the room is large and clean. The bed is comfortable. The location is also good with plenty of transport options.
