Great 5 star hotel. Many rooms have an inner hotel foyer view which is what we got. Not recommended as no privacy unless curtains fully shut. Breakfast has a good variety but not the best.

Location: About a fifteen-minute walk from the train station, on the edge of the old town. It's roughly a fifteen-minute walk to the castle as well. Convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. Room: The hygiene was decent, and the facilities were up to standard. Service: The front desk staff had a very poor attitude.

Excellent value for money . The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast super and room very clean . Just be aware of the red light district two minutes away if you turn right out of the hotel.

A beautiful hotel, but lifts not really working, work on the property started at 7.30am and there was no shower gel. Breakfast was good and the ambiance of the place is also very nice. I think they were having renovations, so once these are complete it will be very nice.

The location is quite good. The room was very spacious and well decorated. Although it is located on a busy road, the room was reqlly quiet.

The room was incredibly clean, and it even had a bathtub. But the best part was the breakfast – a fantastic spread, very clean, and top-notch service. It was perfect for a first-time visitor to Germany like me, wanting to experience local specialties.

It was a pretty good stay. Having a supermarket right next door was really convenient, and being next to the pedestrian shopping street was great for shopping. Plus, Cologne Cathedral is less than a ten-minute walk away.

Excellent hotel, convenient location with easy access to Heumarkt, Neumark, Schildergasse and Hohe Straße. A 12 min walk to Köln Central Station and the Dom. The glass elevator you can see the Dom.

Perfect location, clean and good food

Good convenient location, basically across the street from the St Pauli Ubahn station. The breakfast buffet which was included in my room rate was a nice plus, with very decent spread of hot and cold food selections. My only complaint is that they only cleaned my room twice during my 6 night stay.

Not so helpful staff. I visited the hotel during Reeperbahn Festival so I guess it was a bit stressful conditions. But anyway - not welcoming, quite inattentive and a bit bored. Rooms - very average.

The room itself is fine, clean, quiet and spacious. While the front desk staff could be much more nicer, indifferent.

Excellent in all aspects except for the horrendous music they play all day long in the lobby. It is incredibly bad...like the proverbial "elevator music" but piped into the lobby. Other than that the staff were lovely, really friendly and efficient. Breakfast excellent too. I really like this hotel...my wife thought so too.

One of the best hotels I stayed in Hamburg. Space rooms, clean, great location, quiet place to rest and my dog was in heaven. Breakfast was good and it is opened long every day. Check out later than many other places. Bar has good atmosphere and very helpful stuff. I think about going there this summer and I will definitely check the prices in other to stay there again.

I had a great stay! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. While there was some minor wear and tear on the bedframe and flooring (as shown in my photos), it didn't take away from the experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't have been better. I would definitely stay here again!

the hotel is near a train station and the amenities and building is very modern. the place is clean and spacious with the necessary amenities all provided. the concierge even gave us free breakfast and all in all, very value for money!! will definitely be back to stay if i’m in frankfurt

The best part of the hotel was its location - super central and reachable to all the locations of the city. The room was spacious and tidy for the most part. The bed and air conditioning could've been better but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Locations are good , near to the city but quiet enough for stay. However, the room services are not well up to std. Didn't refill water and teabag for one day , the other day no make up room at all. However one of the receptionist was very helpful to help, and problems at least solved.

Property is well located 5 min walk from AlexanderPlatz, and staff well trained and accommodating. My issue was that the room was basic and poorly furnished. Bedding and bathroom towels were poor quality - so 2-3 stars there. OK for an overnight stay when you just need a bed and shower .... I imagine other hotels in thr area have a better price / quality ratio.

I stayed at the property during ITB Berlin, location is perfect with direct train connection to the trade show. Building exterior is a bit outdated, however room amenities and comfy bed is all I needed and met expectations. Good breakfast variety as well.

The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services. Few observations for the management: The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows. This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room...

Stayed here for one night. The hotel looked modern and spacious. The room had a good size but it was very warm at night. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was served in a spacious area, with a lot of option for bread, pastries, even with a pancake machine. Enough options for all tastes including vegan/gluten free. Location is not far from the city center but can be a bit dodgy at night

It all seems very new. Even smells new. For the price I paid very nice! Breakfast is huge (lot's of options) and not so expensive for what you get. Just very annoying the huge heavy pan lids, not so how to say user friendly when you want something from a pan everytime you are haggling with this lid. Overall I really enjoy my stay here for 2 nights. The service was awesome by the staff. Especially the guy named Sherif. He knows all about what customer service is and is very friendly. The negative would be: - Expensive breakfast 22 euros. - No free parking for guests. 12 euros per day. - No working fridge in the room. - The curtain wasn't hanging properly which could have been an easy fix.

Very nice Hotel near Frankfurt. Not so far away from Frakfurt Airport but far enough not to hear the noise from the airport. If you have the pet, dog, like we, it is a dog friendly hotel. Just near the hotel is a lake which makes great to walk your dog around it or if you prefer jogging outside. Definitively value for money and there is a free coffee machine at the reception, what a treat.

I only had a meeting in the hotel so cannot rate an overnight stay. The staff was friendly and helpful and the buffet was great. Big selection and delicious food. Good accessibility with the airport shuttle.

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

Very relaxing place. Close to Dresden, too. The bus takes 15min and leaves every 10min. They have a gym, wonderful breakfasts, and you can bring your dog (10euro surcharge). If you are lucky, you can get a room facing Dresden and watch lovely city lights at night

From the central station, it is about 3 stops, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there’s first bus operated at 4.45am. The famous cathedral church is about 15 mins walk and there’s a convenience stall along the journey. The room is huge, and the breakfast is nice. Overall it worth every penny you spend. On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel.
