On simple word, perfect from the way of booking, atmosphere, accessibility, public transportation, sports and shops. What a nice people are working there amazing for real. The room so clean so good. Tbh better i was expected. I thought people are exaggerating but not it is good as they are saying.

Location is good. Room is spacious. Highly recommended for a short stay.

The room was a litttle bit untidy upon arrival. Apart from that, we had a great stay. Good location, ok gym and room had all amenteties needed.

We were so looking forward to staying in your hotel. The rating is high and the location is excellent. Unfortunately it was such a disappointing stay. There were 2 false alarms on the first 4 days. The first one happened at around 10 pm on our first night 9/1. The second time happened at around 5am morning on 12/1. I had no idea how it could have happened twice in just a few days not to mention it...

Convenient place to stay but nothing too special. Lots of stuff to do downstairs though! Suitable for a big group

The whole process is very easy and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Plenty of suggestions of places to visit and to eat. I especially like that you can leave your bags there even when you’ve checked out for free if you have some time left to explore the city.

The hotel has no advantage other than being close to the Messe. Cleanliness is mediocre, breakfast is average. The pillows are very uncomfortable, the bed is old. The room furniture is very outdated, which causes an unpleasant smell in the room. During trade fair periods, prices increase by about five times, but it is definitely not worth it. There are much better options just one stop away.

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

Frankfurt Marriott Hotel surely has the great view to the Frankfurt skyline, and the sunrise 🌄 from its window, you can't complain anything about it. Meanwhile, it has good VIP Lounge, sports bar, and buffet restaurant, overall is really a good combination. While the services can be improved to align with the hardware of it.

After our flight got canceled, we were sent here by the airline. The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding. As our flight was very early the next day, we didn't get to try the breakfast. The only thing that was missing from the room was a shower cap, especially if you are without your case.

Arrived without a booking and was able to get a family room. First room they gave us was not made up. Second room they gave us was dirty gooey stuff on wardrobe, splashes up the walls and around the light switch .No coffee or tea. Housekeeping came and said, they had lots of parties. The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. There's even a direct pathway from the hotel restaurant that leads right to the river for a pleasant stroll. The view from the window is fantastic, looking directly out onto the church and old town hall. We booked the hotel for our wedding night for 2 nights. We wanted to use a sauna and I was wearing a Hijab swimming costume. I was told that we are not allowed to wear clothes or swimming costumes in the sauna.. Only Bikini or naked. Me and my husband were really shocked and turned back to our rooms. This was really degrading and unpleasant.

A slightly disappointing stay at the Radisson! Spacious rooms with a balcony and great views of the town lit up at night. Very comfy pillows. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel but we walked to the underground trains through a pleasant residential area which only took about 15 minutes. From the train there was easy access to both the old and the new town. I would be very happy to stay at the hotel again.

1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food. This was my second stay here. Due to it being winter, it offered better value for money than in China. The breakfast was plentiful and filling, and I appreciated the separate shower and toilet.

The staffs were so kind and they graded up my room up. Because the location was a bit far, transportation costs were unavoidable, which was a little annoying.

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

It was basically passable, which might be a characteristic of foreign countries. The facilities were very old, and as for the service, they only helped make the bed each day; nothing else was ever replaced.

It was the second time we stayed at this hotel because it’s near the airport, they do have shuttle for T1 and T2 so it’s very convenient.

The staff at the front desk were friendly but utterly incompetent, giving wrong information about shuttle buses, getting easily confused about the simplest questions and frankly not really knowing how to deal with guests in a competent manner.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. The hotel is located close to the Darmstadt central train station with easy access to Frankfurt. But it’s not so close that it’s noisy. The hotel breakfast had plenty of options and was really tasty. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The balcony was a nice surprise.

The hotel was clean and had good facilities, but on the day of our arrival, the front desk strictly required check-in by 3:00 PM, while other tour groups arriving after us were allowed to check in before 3:00 PM. This was a double standard.

Well maintained hotel in a fairly convenient location. But the service is clumsy. My schedule was changed and I had to leave before breakfast (for which I paid); but when I asked from the receptionist to get coffee from the machine, he insisted I paid for an Americano. Poor, inconsiderate service!
