This hotel has a lounge program that not every Scandic hotel has. We had a Superior Plus Double Room with access to the lounge "Living Room". The room was amazing, big, clean and high standard. The living room was just across the hall and was a nice shared area where just a few had access. There we could have our breakfast, have bread and cheese mid day and soup in the afternoon. Fantastic staff that were always service minded and friendly. Good breakfast and comfortable rooms, we were upgrade to a suite. We were there during a heatwave and the kids could play in the fountains outside while we had a drink. Good location to visit the major tourist attractions i Hamburg. Would definitely stay here again.

Free parking, and the location is convenient for the business district.

Conveniently located in the center of Wolfsburg, but on the day we checked out, a pipe burst and the water supply was completely cut off. It was probably due to the cold snowy weather.

Even though it's not in the Old Town, it's incredibly convenient to get to the cathedral – just a 2-minute train ride from the station right next to the hotel, even faster than taking the bus. The breakfast spread is excellent, the service is warm and friendly, and the rooms are spotless and always cleaned promptly. Plus, the riverside views at sunset are absolutely stunning!

We were truly touched when the staff at the Club Lounge on the 6th floor prepared a Cologne Cathedral-shaped cookie to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The hotel location is excellent, with panoramic views of the cathedral. The only downside is that one of the beds creaks every time you turn over, which disturbed my sleep.

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

I got an upgrade to an absolutely breathtaking suite. Upon arrival the doorman opened the cab door, took out my suitcase from the trunk of the car, and one of the porters delivered my suitcase to my suite. I have had a very positive experience of travelling alone. The facilities are well-maintained and include a pool, gym and sauna. Breakfast is also delicious. The not so great part was when we arrived, the room we selected was not ready even after 3pm. The receptionist gave us a new room next to the lift without asking if we were ok with it. The hotel's location is super convenient, right outside Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station. It's really easy to get to Allianz Arena or Marienplatz on the U6 line. The hotel facilities are very modern, there's a water dispenser in the lobby, and the rooms come with a capsule coffee machine.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. However, parking is a rip-off. When we pulled up to ask for directions, the doorman immediately offered valet parking without mentioning it would cost 40 Euros a night. We later found out that parking ourselves in a nearby lot would have been less than 20 Euros. This is definitely something to watch out for.

This hotel, built in 1872, has pretty mediocre service. It's conveniently located, but the value for money isn't great. The decor is incredibly old and outdated. I really don't understand why it's considered a top luxury hotel.

The thermostats of the shower is broken and the technician came in less than 10 minutes to have a quick fix; it is still broken though but I could at least take a shower.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Roman Forum, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn, and just 1 minute to the U-Bahn. Extremely handy! The room itself was decent, but sometimes the towels weren't clean and the housekeeping wasn't great. Once, there was a bit of a black mark left in the bathroom.

Pillow and bed are not comfortable at all, because of this, I didn't sleep well at all and my back was hurt! Tried to ask the staff if they have other type of pillow, but they said they only have one type of pillows. If your room is facing the tram track side, good luck. You can hear so much noise in the night and bother your sleep.

I had a fabulous stay for 4 nights and the location is near shopping mall, underground and Christmas market. The hotel has a good reputation by Hilton and you never have wrong decision. In addition, the breakfast is very good and sausages not every day served. I highly recommend.

The room rate was a bit pricey during the exhibition. While the hotel is conveniently located near Alexanderplatz and the Berlin TV Tower, it's still about an 800-meter walk. The breakfast selection was quite limited. However, the front desk staff was quite friendly.

The rooms were really nice and clean the design of them was also very modern and easy on the eyes. The location seems far away from the city centre; however, it is very easy to navigate with the public transport. But of course it takes more time rather than staying somewhere close to the centre.

Clean room, loved the layout. Would have been nice to have a small fridge but oh well. Slept very well, it was nice and quiet. Hotel has a little "store" with snacks, drinks, and other knick knacks. My husband lost his toothbrush and had to purchase one at this hotel. He said it was a fair price and the best toothbrush he's ever used! I would stay here again.

Our stay was a highlight of a recent two week trip. One unexpected great moment - we needed a tailor for extensive work on a dress for which we needed a very fast turnaround. The hotel has a tailor on staff and the work was completed in three hours start to finish! Excellent service!

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods. Parking in the underground garage is easy. The hotel is just a short walk from a bunch of cool attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner. Still Some room for improvement- in the order there were bath tub and shower but didnt mention these are in the same wet room . No much sense having it together so we couldnt take this in advantage. It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

It was a delightfully awful experience with the Hilton chain. A gorgeous wrapper (the entrance and the glowing sign) with a rotten candy inside — low ceilings, pitiful room and hallway decor, walls painted sometime around the early 2000s, and carpets that have clearly survived several world events. The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. The location is perfect, right opposite little Tokyo, and near a great ramen place with good bubble tea options for Asians like us.

When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner. I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor . Am very unhappy and disappointed in hotel and I want a refund back pls

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!

The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the bed – it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. Waking up to the sound of the Cologne Cathedral bells right outside the window was truly wonderful. Its close proximity to the train station makes it very convenient for transportation.

Unfortunately, they are completely indifferent to the requests of the guests. Water spilled in the bathroom after taking a shower - despite a personal conversation with the receptionist, none of the staff came to the rescue. The reception gives incorrect information about the hotel's options and breakfast time. As a result, we lost a full breakfast, despite the fact that we had paid for it in advance

Why was the air conditioning broken?

The hotel is within 2-3 minutes walk to the Airport Terminal but the buildings are not connected. Walking outdoor in the morning was a bit cold. Easier to find if you are taking the S lines to the airport. The U line is further away from it. Helpful staff and have everything a traveler will need.

The location is perfect, close to the airport. The room is nice and clean. The only small problem is that the fridge was not cold. We had to call the reception, they offered us to put our food the the fridge at reception. They only gave us one bath robes, we called and they said they were running out of bath robes.

Everything was good, except the service is bad, first they charge +1 day room rate if check in few hours earlier, and for the luggage, they don’t handle it for you, they will give you a stroller and you have to pull your luggage by yourself . Otherwise location is great for early flight
