The location, staff, and rooms were all superb, and the breakfast was also very good. The staff were super nice, friendly, and caring. This is definitely one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed in in Europe. Highly recommended!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to a park and a bustling commercial area, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are spacious and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast spread is generous. Although some facilities are a bit dated, the service is warm and friendly, and it offers great value for money. Definitely recommended.

Close to the bus stop, but the surrounding area is just okay. The room itself was decent, but there was no room service. The front desk staff were nice and even gave me a complimentary bottle of water.

Even though there was no water or toilet paper in the room, it was spacious, clean, and quiet, so I slept well. And I was incredibly happy with the breakfast, especially compared to France. There was everything imaginable, the salmon was delicious, the coffee was great, the bread and cakes were freshly baked, and I loved the omelet too. While the service wasn't overly enthusiastic, everything else...

This was my second stay here, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a very comfortable environment. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the bedding is great, ensuring a good night's rest. However, the shower stall doesn't have a full door, and the shower head easily swivels, spraying water at odd angles. Water tends to overflow, flooding the entire bathroom, which is quite inconvenient

Location is great. Train station and underground train is near. We are able to explore Berlin city easily. Hotel staff were friendlyand helpful. I needed to print somethg for my meeting and the business center was helpfulanf it it open from morning till 11pm. Thank you and will definately stay again 👍

The hotel stay was enjoyable. Location is excellent - right at centre of the city where a lot of attractions are with walking distances. The public transport stops are close by so travelling around was easier. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained. Would highly recommend for a stay in Berlin city.

Amazing stay! We had a large room where our daughter's crib fit perfectly. The service, staff, and location were all exceptional.

If you leave your belongings at the hotel, the hotel will not return them. The receptionist will insist that your belongings are not at the hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The location is the best in whole of Magdeburg, nothing comes close. They are walking distance to all the famous sights and the Hbf. Its old and they dont supply mineral water daily. So have to buy.

It was very cold when I arrived in Magdeburg. The warmest place was the hotel. I slept in the hotel every day and didn't want to go out. The service was very good, the hotel decoration was also good, there was a very open lobby, and the surrounding area was also very convenient, a few minutes away from the station

My wife andbI had an absolutely wonderfully stsy here. Everything you need is in walking distance or a short bus ride. Very peaceful and relaxing area, small town and an amazing little downtown area with many shops and food options. Hightly recommended!

I always try to take this hotel if I am in Frankfurt (except when there is a fair) since it ticks all the boxes I am looking for when selecting a hotel for business travel. The Breakfast selection is a huge plus here.

Quite a new hotel with reasonable pricing. However their ventilation and air conditional is a down side. The toilet has mouldy smell permanently due to lack of ventilation. There’s a mall next to it, convenient .

As a consultant traveling on a corporate budget, I chose the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre for its location and brand consistency—and it mostly delivered. The hotel’s proximity to the financial district saved me time and taxi fares. Breakfast was efficient with good variety.

Only less than 5mins working from HBF. You can find the hotel without going out from Hbf main entrance ( seems to be red lighf & a lot homeless). Just exit from exist 1a and you can see the intercity hotel right away then go straight turn left you can see toyoko inn.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station, which is very convenient. The price is fair and if you only need to sleep here during the night and exploring the city in the day, this would highly meet your needs. I would highly recommend the breakfast including miso soup and rice, something Asian guests will truly appreciate.

The clock in the room was incredibly loud. On my second night, I also noticed a faint body odor. The day after housekeeping cleaned, I found hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable for sleeping (for me, the pillow was too high and gave me a neck ache). At Hotel Bayerischer Hof, the check-in process was extremely delayed, and I did not receive my room until 3:30 p.m. My luggage was also delivered very late, arriving in the room close to 4:00 p.m. The service lacked professionalism and showed little care for guests. The staff should improve their performance, as this delay caused me to arrive late to the Oktoberfest event.

Beautiful historic hotel with many amenities and things to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap.

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room. They even installed a bidet spray in the bathroom and helped return our rental car. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxation, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel

The hotel is very clean and the place is also clean but the parking is very expensive 15 euros per day. Compared to some hotels this price is very high.

Had a really satisfying stay! The hotel lobby was just a few minutes walk from the train station, which was great since I didn't have to drag my luggage around for long. The lobby itself was spacious with plenty of tourist guides and spots to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what you'd expect from a standard large chain hotel.

Hotel was perfectly located for train and bus stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Piano bar was a really relaxing place after days sightseeing. Gym could have had been better-didn’t have enough free weights for my like - didn’t use the pool. Overall a lovely stay and will recommend.

I saw reviews mentioning the shower water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold, and I experienced it too. It seems to be a common issue. Everything else was fine.

The room facilities themselves weren't really an issue, but the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything from the next room, especially doors opening and closing. To make matters worse, the guests next door were incredibly noisy at night. They'd come back at 3 or 4 AM every day, talking loudly, singing, and banging on the door. I barely got any sleep.

Someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night. I had no idea who it was, and they weren't speaking German. After I loudly asked who it was, they just said "towels." It was really scary. After we reported it to the hotel, they gave us a drink voucher.

Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved....

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Very charming hotel. Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far. Still glad we went and the location...

Excellent ...but only if you speak German. Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

Some rooms only accessable by stairs Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.

It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.
