- As others have written, check-in is online, there was no one at the front desk, and I didn't see a hotel staff member even once during my stay.
- The facilities were new, spacious, and comfortable, but although there was a coffee machine, coffee milk, and sugar, there were no coffee potions, which is essential, so I deducted points for not being able to drink coffee.

The cleanliness of the sanitary area was poor.
Catastrophic parking situation at the hotel ＞ hiking day from the parking lot to the accommodation!
No hotel-Garni - there is NO breakfast and the coffee machine in the lobby is also broken!!??
Only a stupid capsule maker in the room.

Unprofessional
Exhibition prices are very high, but here it's crazy because the hotel has no reception and no breakfast. On top of that, after a clear booking error, (same person staying same days) there was zero flexibility to find an arrangement, the whole crazy price was charged.

Very nice room, very clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but great with fresh fruit, and freshly made eggs, a Cup of very good coffee.

I always stay here when I am flying out of the Dusseldorf airport. 10 minute walk to the train station, then a 15 minute train ride to the airport. Friendly staff, clean rooms...free beer.

Through my experience I think that a house divided the room and on it a and all and there is no elevator and Breakfast to pay an amount but there are three water and soft drinks free and no register coffee free

Just great. So you feel good. Very friendly staff, room and bathroom very clean, quiet and yet centrally located. As you make your bed be very happy to have weary head, and the lame feet after a long day. Hotel Max is definitely on the repeat list when we are in Dusseldorf again.

The Max Hotel Garni is the top for the tourist who wants to visit Dusseldorf or for anyone who is used to work.
Located in a quiet neighborhood is close to the railway station and the bus stop for several bus lines, and tram.
The hotel is small and cosy, furnished in a very particular way,the rooms are simple and functional.
The room key allows you to open the entrance to the hotel leaving you the freedom of hours. Together with the key is handed a card that allows you to make free use of the means of transport (underground,local train,tram,bus and 2nd class train in the entire urban area of the city of Düsseldorf).
Staff courteous and very helpful. Last thing: in the lobby there is a fridge stocked with beverages of various kinds (water,coca cola etc.) and excellent local beers, from which guests can serve themselves and free of charge.
