Decent hotel for a very short stay where you just need to sleep. On their website it says 4 stars but i am genuinely curious who rated this.
I would squeeze out 3 stars, purely because of the friendliness of the staff, the 24/7 check-out and that the room I received was a decent size.
My room had mold from water damage in the ceiling and even after opening the window for fresh air, had a dusty feeling in the air. I assume from the curtains and the rug.
Though the staff cleaned the room daily, and i felt more than comfortable using the surfaces, there was still this heavy air feeling after a while.
Breakfast is nothing special - a typical assortment of food. The coffee is not good, but i guess that comes down to personal taste.
Renovation is definitely needed, and then i could see the 4 star rating. Otherwise a meager 3 would be my choice.

You usually get ther when your flights are cancelled and you have to spend a night close to the airport. Those guys made my day by offering free beers and Coffee at 4 am.

Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Great location on the outskirts of Dusseldorf with lovely walks by the Rhine only 10 minutes away. Small, pretty village closeby aswell as the Merkur arena which was an easy hour's walk away.
Would recommend this hotel for its comfort and location and efficient service.

This small hotel was very well located for a conference nearby. It’s also in a beautiful area, close by the river, a picturesque village, and some great beer gardens. It is also very convenient for the airport. The hotel staff were friendly. My original room had been double-booked (it was awkward to open the door to the room only to see someone else and their luggage already in place!), and I was moved to another room. It was fine and more spacious than my original booking. The shower pressure was excellent, and the room was neat, clean, and furnished simply. The wifi, however, was only accessible intermittently and then very, very slow. The pillows were also extremely thin and, I think, in need of replacement. No spares were available in the room cupboard, or upon request. The breakfast was adequate, though items were not always replenished leaving very little for those who came in later. Overall, the hotel was fine for a short-stay, augmented by the fact that it’s location was prime for my requirements.

So called 4 stars hotel...without dining options nor minimum grooming products in the room, not even one bottle of water is included...bad

very good, old fashion school hotel. yet, all the facilities have been upgraded to meet today's regulatory requirements.
I enjoyed water based heating radiators in the room. Many other hotels these days opted to install efficient ventilation systems that blow a dry hot air.
The old heating system is much better if compared with that one of this new technology. It makes a guest feel home.

A nice place at a nice district of Düsseldorf. It was cozy and clean. Employees was really nice and friendly. Just one criticism, these beds does not reflect the quality of the hotel. They need to be improved.
