We booked spontaneous last minute for new years. We had an amazing room and view. The staff was incredibly friendly! The bed was comfortable, even the pillows. The view with the large windows is a big plus for sure. From just the friendliness of the staff alone, I would visit again!

The location was perfect, especially being close to the famous harbor. The behavior of the employees, especially Amal and Evita (the day receptionists), was warm and kind. Stayed for one night during a business congress in Düsseldorf. Open and bright hotel. The diner buffet was good, the after diner at the bar was even better. The room was spacious, but what really made the room special was the bathtub. The bathroom and bathtub were only seperated from the rest of the room by a clear glass wall.

I felt reassured that Japanese was spoken there, so I decided to stay here as my first lodging of the trip. I had an experience that was no different from a business hotel in Japan.

The facilities are old, the bathroom floor drain does not drain at all, and the front desk has not repaired it even after reporting it... There is no air conditioning, no detergents, and 1,600 RMB a night is not worth the price... Not recommended!

This hotel is very artistic and I really like the paintings on the wall. The service is warm and friendly and the room is comfortable.

After repeatedly requesting a refund of 20 euros for the parking card, they didn't answer my emails and didn't return the deposit. A mistake by the receptionist who didn't deposit the card. The hotel says it will refund it in three weeks, and the money was never returned. Disgraceful.

very good, old fashion school hotel. yet, all the facilities have been upgraded to meet today's regulatory requirements. I enjoyed water based heating radiators in the room. Many other hotels these days opted to install efficient ventilation systems that blow a dry hot air. The old heating system is much better if compared with that one of this new technology.
