Easy to get to the train station and kind staff. Breakfast was good, it was nice that it was until 11 on the weekend.
Breakfast is not that good, elevator takes forever to come. Room is a bit small.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
We booked a family room but there was very poor WiFi connection, so we asked the receptionist for help, they changed another room for us at once, good service!
Everything was clean, breakfast was good. I would like to stay there again
Clean, cooperative staff and good location
The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay

Rooms clean, space enough to be comfortable, clean, beds and bedding clean and fresh, bathroom with all amenities. Air Conditioning very good, Bkfst in dinning room just great with everything you can ask to start the day
Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was superb, with a varied buffet and a great selection of teas. The room and bathroom were perfect. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly
Good location, but keep in mind it's right in the city center, so there's street noise. However, it's quiet enough at night. The room was small but had everything we needed. It was very hot even without the heating on
I stayed in Düsseldorf in December during Christmas. A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms, and the breakfast was a very pleasant surprise — it was excellent! The hotel’s location is fantastic
We have been coming to this hotel for the last twenty years, for Medica. Though people have left and come, all of them were always nice and very professional. specially the people working now a days at NH Kö
I would especially like to mention your staff member Ilona — she is very pleasant, professional, communicates wonderfully with guests, is polite, and helped us with resolving several issues

Parking bit of a hassle (big parking space across the road is now closed, parking underneath hotel is €15 and bell doesn’t work), otherwise lovely to be. Great air conditioning in rooms and comfy beds
It’s a great place to live in the hotel. It’s super quiet and clean. A new hotel and the price is pretty reasonable. A little bit far away from the center but acceptable
Room is small and no coffee kettle but rest all satisfying..breakfast was better than Holiday Inn..staff is good. Location is also calm and beautiful
Although it's really small, it's quite comfortable to stay in. There's a restaurant right downstairs.
Friendly staff .breakfast was good. Location is also nice. Bus stop is near by . Good parking place. Just rooms are average..no coffee cattle in room..small rooms. No double bed for couples
Good location, helpful staff and comfortable room. The hotel is just beside of tram line which you can take it to city center directly.

I felt reassured that Japanese was spoken there, so I decided to stay here as my first lodging of the trip. I had an experience that was no different from a business hotel in Japan.
Spacious room, Japanese style contributes to a special atmosphere. Convenient location close to the central station.
It's okay for business trips abroad; the price-performance ratio is acceptable.
This is a very good hotel!
It was clean and had a bathtub, making it perfect for a long stay!
I highly recommend it if you come to Düsseldorf!
Best Receptionist ever. Cosy room very. All in all was a good experience.
Good location very clean very helpful staff.

Very small rooms but ok. Price very high but Dusseldorf always is mugging people for MEDICA. Cleaners very noisy in the morning, loud talking. Great location with helpful supermarket. Reception staff were perfect.
Private residence on the occasion of a Class reunion.
Nice double room, very clean, good and friendly multi-lingual staff at the reception and in the Service.
I had a wonderful stay at Das Carls Hotel Düsseldorf as a solo traveler. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city
All went good. Only note was that during cleaning they moved my things and leave it differently I stayed 5 night
Very nice hotel. Excellent location, cosy room with a coffee machine, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was very good. There is a big parking nearby.
Good location, staff pleasant, room was ok clean, a little warm but air con tower provided in room.

The staff is friendly and attentive: we were able to change rooms on the second day due to a rude neighbor. In conclusion, value for money: Excellent
Good. Can‘t complain, certainly not for the price. Good value
In the room: a small bottle of water, two Nespresso cartridges, and two teas per day; a fridge, safe, and air conditioning. The room is a bit small but adequate for sleeping
This hotel is very artistic and I really like the paintings on the wall. The service is warm and friendly and the room is comfortable.
At the entrance, you'll find: flavored still water (mint, orange, cucumber), dried fig, prune, banana, and green apple
Great place and very central they don’t have a parking house though

What a wonderful place to stay; close to the Düsseldorf airport and yet so close to an historical beautiful small town with good restaurants, a bookshop, and the Rhine nearby.
everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast service was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold foods. Transport to the centre of Dusseldorf via train was €3
The staff is very friendly and will help you efficiently to make the best of your stay. Public transportation is close by and a few nice restaurants as well
Really lovely building. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice modern rooms. Good breakfast. The only slight downside is the rooms/corridors aren’t very sound proofed so it was quite noisy at points.
Nice hôtel, sympathic person. The room was confortable but the bed was not from good quality !
A beautiful building, very well restored in a nice part of Kaiserswerth, a suburb of Dusseldorf. It is a very nice alternative to staying in Dusseldorf center. The hotel has a variety of rooms some more basic than others

The location is a bit far from the city center, but the station is right downstairs, and you can take the 707 train directly to the train station and Japan Street, so it's still quite convenient
Because the best team in the world - CSKA!!! ?
Friendly staffs and quiet location
The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. A small bathroom and the main disadvantage no air conditioning but the room was pretty comfortable with the small fan they provide
A good value for money and a good location if you like to see a normal neighborhood but convenient to get around
It is about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and also about fifteen minutes directly on the streetcar to the downtown so it is easy to get anywhere

The location is very good and parking is convenient. There are many delicious restaurants around. The room is clean, tidy and well laid out. The hotel staff are warm and friendly. There is also a smoker friendly balcony.
Super clean and brand new apart hotel. Staff super attentive, kitchen appliances reassemble a full kitchen at home in a small edition with good appliances
Bathroom amenities small but if average quality and room with balcony a good solution 2 minutes walking distances from famous Kö! Would recommend for solo travels ! Best regards
I booked this hotel to attend an exhibition. The transportation is very convenient, the rooms are good, the facilities are complete, the area is relatively large, and the breakfast is rich
Excellent stay! The staff at the reception was super friendly. Bets location for visiting, 10 min walk to the train station, 10 min walk to the downtown. I would definitely stay again

The decor is very elegant with a chilled atmosphere. The bedroom was comfy and very clean with a good selection of complimentary drinks in the fridge. We will definitely recommend and we will be back
Great location and to top it the Christmas market was right on the doorstep. Although the Christmas market seemed never ending. All staff super friendly, breakfast good quality and plentiful
Excellent hotel in top location. The hotel could not be more central and the price is very affordable for the area. Overall, the rooms are very clean and the views are pretty nice
Excellent city hotel in a prime location with very helpful and friendly staff.

Really, really impressed with this great little hotel! Excellent service, good location, couldn't fault it!
Everything was great... excellent value for money... very satisfied, we stayed there for 4 nights.
Excellent stay!
The hotel is located only a small walk from the Königsallee and public transportation is right around the corner which makes it a perfect basecamp to explore Düsseldorf
Stay in Stage 47 was very pleasant. Room was very comfortable and clean with all facilities. Staff is professional and friendly. I also requested early check in and room was available without additional charge
The breakfast was good freshly baked breads, around 10 kinds of fresh jams, vegan butter, fruits, meats, dried fruits and nuts, cereal, different types of coffee!
Loved this place and 100% recommend it!
Thanks to the staff and team
A good variety of wines and champagne was kept in the room in case you'd want a drink and did not want to go outside (they were reasonably priced)

I have always used Ctrip to book hotels for business trips. The service attitude is very good. If there are any problems, they will be solved patiently. The customer service responds quickly
Each staff member we spoke with helped us storing our bags, finding a place to eat and getting the best rate for transportation. Our room was comfortable and clean
Please try the Italian restaurant next to the gelato shop and pharmacy. The food is excellent and they have a menu in English!
As a business traveler the hotel is a good option
A little tight of a squeeze some mornings but not a big deal. Very quiet inside the hotel and in the area. The bus line is right outside the door and walkable to many places
The hotel is great, everything is as described. I was pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, 24-hour reception, really tasty breakfasts. I liked everything very much

Probably the best hotel I've ever been. The staff is extraordinary helpful and friendly. The rooms are outstanding and the dishes in the restaurant are worth to be certified with a Michelin star.
I have stayed at this wonderful hotel at various times over the past year and can most heartily recommend it to those looking for something more personal that a classic business abode
The unique British country hotel atmosphere, furniture and decorations (hence the name) were extremely comforting after prolonged stays in other more sterile hotels
my kids visited me on several occasions (they too loved the place) and the staff were quick to find easy, flexible solutions for all those little aspects that pop up when a family is around as well as treating the children like proper guests (something I seldom experience in Germany)
So if you need all the mod, techy cons of a business hotel - this is NOT for you! If you desire something cozy, friendly and personal with a good splash of anglo-saxon charm - then this hotel could be the home for home you're looking for
Visit here
Excellent little boutique hotel highly recommend.

The hotel was wonderful . Location was quiet wit easy access to public transportation. Lovely rooms comfortable bed . Helpful staff . Overall a very good hotel. Good value. We would definitely stay there again.
Great location, absolutely charming, wonderful old villa. Makes you feel at home.
I travel a lot around the world and usually stay in 5-star hotels, so I was curious to see how my first stay at Hotel Villa Achenbach in Düsseldorf would be. I have to say, I was deeply impressed
The front office team could not have been kinder, every interaction felt genuine. For me, it was a truly wonderful experience, I felt completely at home and can only highly recommend this hotel
The interior and atmosphere are beautiful, everything was kept perfectly clean, and even the products in the bathroom showed great attention to detail
We stayed at the top. It was so cozy and elegant interior. Such a beautiful hotel i have ever stayed before.

Aside from the breakfast being a bit disappointing, the hotel is reasonably good value for money, and there's a supermarket across the street.
Very friendly and helpful. Well-equipped rooms. Very nice bathroom. To recommend for a night, or for exhibition, or concert, or, or, or.
Good Transport Links.
Breakfast had a bit of everything and was nicely presented. The price/performance ratio completely exceeded our expectations. 8 minutes by Uber to the hairdresser for €13, perfect!
We were at the hairdressing trade fair this weekend and ended up here. We were extremely satisfied! Online check-in, friendly staff, super modern, perfectly adequate room

Very nice, yet affordable hotel in Duesseldorf close to the city center and the Rheinterrassen. Staff was extraordinary friendly and the entire place looked clean and in good shape
The room was clean and neat, and the receptionist was very helpful with all my requests. Thank you for such a wonderful service.
The rooms are very big although a little old fashioned, but they are clean and well equipped with a good shower and a mini kitchen. It’s a quiet area but very close to the tram to Messe and the staff are very friendly
Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Easy access to the trams and close to the Old Town. Also nice restaurants close to the Hotel. Will stay here again.
Very friendly staff, very good breakfast and the rooms are very clean, highly recommend this hotel
Brilliant location, lovely staff, clean rooms with plenty of amenities and nice little treats aka sweets on the bed and a bottle of water! Next time I’m in Düsseldorf I will definitely book here again

amazingly friendly staff, have helped with every need. super good location if you need to go to Congress Center. great food, althonlittle pricey but worth it
Beautiful little hotel on the Rhine. Rooms were spacious and well laid out, very roomy, and everything we needed for our stay. Didn't eat there but the food looked amazing. Very nice view of the Rhine as well.
The service was attentive, friendly and respectful. I asked for a change of main course, from meat to fish. A truly delicious meal with excellent service
If you get a chance, definitely try the restaurant and ask for Selva. He has been working there for 30 years and is amazing!!! I come here at once a year and one of the highlights is to see Selva in the restaurant
A delightful location to enjoy the river. I cannot comment on the rooms, as I didn’t stay in the hotel. The events room was beautiful. The tables were laid with tablecloths, candles etc

Good hotel on the city. Parking at the parking garage is about 300 meters. Good breakfast. Beds are fine but pillows to soft. Very friendly reception. A bit expensive due to the exhibition in the messe.
Cozy hotel with nice breakfast, good bed and big room.
However upon arrival late friday evening there was a big party/event right next door. But the reception changed our room to the main building when we called without hessitation. Very nice service through out…!
Good location. Walking Distance of inner City and pub streets. Pleased with extremely Clean Room and enthusiastic welcome bs staff. Best the thing was the ability to Check in at 11am!
Simple but everything is clean and nothing is broken, very positive experiance. They allow dogs, and all the staff are super friendly. Codebox for key allows for late arrival
Been there twice in last 2 weeks, and it will be our choice again next time we are in Dusseldorf. First time we asked for a room at the annex (and got it)

The hotel is in a fairly good location, with direct access to public transportation, it is just 15 minutes away from the main train station. With the same line you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes
The location of the Trip Inn Schumann Hotel is a plus. It is close to some attractions and offers good access to public transportation, making exploring the city relatively easy
The front desk staff is very friendly! Convenient transportation, it is the terminal of U76, and it is very convenient to transfer to the main station! It takes 50 minutes to get to the Dusseldorf Exhibition Center by car, and there will be no traffic jams! There is a Chinese restaurant two stops before the terminal, which is delicious and large!
Though the location is less thans optimal (20 minutes from the city centre bij public transport) there are plenty of restaurants in the area
The breakfast is very rich with bread, fruit, sausage and various drinks
