Nice location in Little Tokyo of Düsseldorf. Friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was good and you have many choice. Nice bar and the have family board games.

We reported the issue to the reception in the evening, but were told that there were no available rooms. What was more concerning than the problem itself was the indifferent attitude of the reception staff

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. I can really recommend this hotel. Very clean, modern and spacious.

To ensure the issue would be addressed, I personally reminded them again and provided our room number. I’m glad I did, because it later became clear that no record of our complaint had been made

Since I have a muscle disease a good bed is important for me. Also alarm security in the bathroom. Next year we will be back and already looking forward to it

In Germany, I have never seen such a good service then in the restaurant and lounge from habib. It’s the people who make the difference and who make it special !

Has direct entrance from terminal or train station. Very easy to access airport, just a couple minutes by walk. Hotel is clean, nice, staff is very kind and helpful. There is nice restaurant and Lounge to eat something

We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine

Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups

The location was also very convenient, close to shops and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others

But we decided to get our car out around 10am at Sunday morning, because only on Sunday parking is free in front of the hotel! Yes we where able to park directly in front of the hotel: although spots are taken quickly, when lunchtime gets closer

What I really liked about the room is the fact, that it can become totally dark! We stayed with a 7 months old baby, so being able to get the room dark is quite important in order to getting the little one to sleep

Room 911 had a bad smell, likely from the drain. It's conveniently located near the subway station. However, drinking water, toothbrushes, and toiletries were not replenished throughout my 4-night stay

We had booked 115, but unfortunately someone was still in the room so they upgraded us to Schloss Jagerhof Suite 207, which was outstanding. The Jones Brasserie was really nice as was the Lounge/bar in the evening

It is very suitable for morning and evening walks. The luxury shopping mall King's Avenue is on the right side of the door. You can go shopping at any time. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are online

Arrived early,aloud to book in with no extra cost. Modern hotel, with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The only downside was the size of the towels. You won't get a better hotel for the price

Good rooms with comfort bad, hot water and good heating. No refrigerator, TV can't connect to Netflix or any other stream service, even with HDMI you can't connect.

AC could be more silent but again that’s common. Comfortable beds, possibility to purchase a coffee mug from the room. Haven’t tried the breakfast but form colleagues I’ve heard it was very good

Rooms so small you couldn't swing a cat but in close proximity to the airport. With cheapo room-rates it's a good choice if you need to stay overnight for an early flight

Taxi from hotel to airport is €12 which is too expensive for 2 mins ride. Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Everything else was very good.

The hotel is clean and the service attitude is very good. It takes only five minutes to walk downstairs to the Rhine River and the Rhine Tower. Two bottles of water are provided in each room.

The shower also deserves special mention - good pressure and one of those wide shower heads that just worked well. I'll stay there again when in Dusseldorf for sure

The room was dirty and alot of dust. I have been in Novotel Paris in the summer, it was perfect hotel so clean and big room. This one so bad. But the train is so close to the hotel that was the only good thing.

Stayed for one night during a business congress in Düsseldorf. The diner buffet was good, the after diner at the bar was even better. The room was spacious, but what really made the room special was the bathtub

It was in the middle of the room, you could see through the glass which made it uncomfortable for my child when I was showering. For a couple or individual it would be okay but I was traveling with an adult daughter
