The hotel is right near the train station, so transportation is super convenient. It's a bit noisy around there, and the safety isn't the best, but there are plenty of places to eat. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

Very good over all , except there’s a lot of homeless , and drunk persons in front of the hotel and train station at all time day and night , but the police and security are available all time .

The room was dirty and alot of dust. I have been in Novotel Paris in the summer, it was perfect hotel so clean and big room. This one so bad. But the train is so close to the hotel that was the only good thing.

Beautiful hotel, which feels like a palace. Great location, easy to reach. Quite, but spacious, perfect for any business or special event, or simple overnight stay. Modern (yet quirky!) clean hotel.

Stayed for one night during a business congress in Düsseldorf. Open and bright hotel. The diner buffet was good, the after diner at the bar was even better. The room was spacious, but what really made the room special was the bathtub. The bathroom and bathtub were only seperated from the rest of the room by a clear glass wall.

We booked a family room but there was very poor WiFi connection, so we asked the receptionist for help, they changed another room for us at once, good service!

We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

Good hotel with good location. Hope that can give free parking or lower price for parking for the guest. Unfortunately we have doubled charge for city tax that we have to pay. The reception had not rechecked with our booking. I just realized when my spouse complaint that his card charged a lot for parking (3 nights 64,5€).

Nice service 24/7 pizza and a nice little self-check out supermarket with limited options of course but still good. TV is the biggest upside with chrome cast available allowing YouTube, Netflix streaming from your phone.

Very nice hotel. Simple yet easy to use and good check out time. Unfortunately it was unclear up front that the parking was €15.50 per night so please be aware of this. For those using EV charging, the rate is €0.60/kW (June 2025) and is a 22kW charger.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The bathroom was clean and had its own AC, nice touch! The bar was open 24/7 and has a pizza menu, it was great for after the concert I attended, because I was hungry! Lastly, parking costs 15€ per day.

A very cozy and stylish hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and spoke excellent English, so there was no need to worry about not speaking German. The room was also very warm and comfortable. The overall decor had a holiday atmosphere, and it was conveniently located near tram, bus, and subway stations, making it a great place to stay if you're passing through.

I felt reassured that Japanese was spoken there, so I decided to stay here as my first lodging of the trip. I had an experience that was no different from a business hotel in Japan.

The facilities are old, the bathroom floor drain does not drain at all, and the front desk has not repaired it even after reporting it... There is no air conditioning, no detergents, and 1,600 RMB a night is not worth the price... Not recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Das Carls Hotel Düsseldorf as a solo traveler. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. This hotel is very artistic and I really like the paintings on the wall. The service is warm and friendly and the room is comfortable.

After repeatedly requesting a refund of 20 euros for the parking card, they didn't answer my emails and didn't return the deposit. A mistake by the receptionist who didn't deposit the card. The hotel says it will refund it in three weeks, and the money was never returned. Disgraceful.

I chose their Techno room type. The room wasn't big, but it was perfectly adequate for one person. The room was very clean, but the soundproofing was a bit poor; I could hear people chatting in the hallway. The location is a bit far from the city center, but the station is right downstairs, and you can take the 707 train directly to the train station and Japan Street, so it's still quite convenient
