Rhythmic gymnastics team arrived for a competition on Friday. We occupy the hotel for two nights. There are 14 of us and they offer us 2 rooms in the hotel and 5 rooms on the ground floor (motel type). Good breakfast at 13 euros per person, both sweet and savory with renewal of products as soon as they run out.

It was a nice hotel, inexpensive, and easily accessible to the city. It was clean, too, and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

Everything was uncomplicated. Clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

The area around the hotel is very beautiful, we were really thankful for visiting that side of the city due to our stay in the hotel. The hotel was also nice and clean and beds were comfy. I would definitely choose it again!

All OK. Hotel is a bit old fashioned, carpet on the floor, but OK. U-bahn takes handy to city center or to Exhibition Center. Basic breakfast, no lobby bar anymore or possibility for dinner in the evening. Surrounding area is quiet. Excellent wine store around the corner.

It's very hard these days to find a high quality hotel that also feels special. Most 5 star hotels today are owned by a few holding companies and have the same modern but cheap and impersonal aesthetic. Breidenbacher, however, brings me back to the days when going to a hotel felt special, with great service, great amenities and location. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Possibly to have Continental/Japanese/German/ breakfast. Especially JP breakfast is offer Miso soup, Natto, Shimesaba and rice every morning. Free WIFI is not belong to hotel. If this room cost over $150usd a night I can't recommend it. Probably the worst pillows I have encountered in 26 years of travel. I paid $575usd a night. So, they have no problem price gouging you.

My reservation was for one night. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were many restaurants around, and it was only a 2-minute walk to the bus station. The only downside was that there was no elevator, but they agreed to keep the luggage at the reception, so I only took the needed items.

Low cost hotel in walking distance to Central Station. Its a B&B and there are plenty of restaurants and take aways in the neighbourhood. Extremeley clean and the friendly service is exceptional. You walk around 10 minutes to the station.

We had a room at first floor, near Breakfast room. The room was nice, very high ceilings and you see, that it’s really old house, but it’s interesting. Location to center could be little bit better.

The hotel offers everything you need. It's about a 20-minute journey to the city center, and the hotel is well-connected. The breakfast could be improved. The bathroom was adequately clean, and ultimately, we were satisfied.

The facilities are a bit old, and it's about a kilometer from the subway station. The room itself is quite spacious, and while the breakfast selection isn't huge, it tastes decent. The room key is an old-fashioned, large brass key. 🔑

This hotel offers great value for money, it's very affordable with free parking. It's an older apartment, so no breakfast or room service. Overall, I'm satisfied. It has a balcony with a view of the German countryside. Supermarkets and gas stations are all a short drive away.

A brief overnight stay for just over 400 yuan. It's much cleaner than other Chinese hotels of similar nature. The only downside is the lack of a drying rack for clothes, which I hope they can improve. Absolute king of value for money!

it is a little far from the city centre. it was affordable, so no complaints about it. i think the cleanliness was a little out, my neck has pimples after sleeping on the pillow. other than that, the toilet is clean.

Simple no frill clean hotel with basic amenities. Self checking can be a bit tricky but the lady at desk is super helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing is that there is no AC or Fan and it was not possible to sleep as it was 23 degree hots. May be adding table fans in room can be really useful. I stayed only once at Hotel Maxim Düsseldorf City for just 3 nights, but everything was very good. The single rooms are quite small but sufficient for one person. The breakfast was very good and ample. The staff at the reception and kitchen were very friendly and helpful with anything you need.

Had a great stay at Hotel Aleksandra. The room was just right for me as a solo traveller and the price was very reasonable for this area. Breakfast was included which was very basic but was at least something to start the morning off with. You can get free coffee or tea from the front desk all day which is an added bonus! It's okay. For a budget hotel you'll get a nice but small room and 1 towel (rest you need to pick up from the lobby). There's no breakfast (at least I didn't see it). It's quite close to the city center but overall there must be better places to stay in the same budget or slightly more.
