The Location was ok but its a pretty small room and no wardrobe. The staff was extremely friendly.

Functional and very loud The rooms are basic and functional. The lobby is the only place to work on your laptop. But the music is incredibly loud. For a little bit more quiet work environment, they make you pay for an additional room/ meeting room.

Location is excellent for visits to BASF and Henkel in Holzhausen. Service is very good as well. Please note that you should request housekeeping service explicitly. Rooms are a tad bit small, but ok. No upgrade of rooms for loyalty guests so far.

Great place for a stopover. We have enjoyed various moxy’s before and the quality is maintained throughout. The rooms feel fresh and nice, well kept. Quite a lot of food options. Coffee is always available. Ease and comfort of staying is a plus.

The room was nice, air-conditioned, clean, and the bathroom was very comfortable. It's just that the water in the sink is small enough. In addition, it faces the street. If the window is opened, it will be noisy if the light rail passes by. Breakfast is also good, clean and hygienic. Apart from the German-style saltiness, there's nothing wrong with it.

The hotel was – despite the "Zentrum" (city center) in its name – 20 minutes from the city center (which is quite a long way considering Düsseldorf's size). Nevertheless, it was easily accessible by tram. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, the room cleaning was very meticulous, and the furnishings were simple but luxurious.

A delightful location to enjoy the river. I cannot comment on the rooms, as I didn’t stay in the hotel. The events room was beautiful. Overlooking the river. The tables were laid with tablecloths, candles etc. The service was attentive, friendly and respectful. I asked for a change of main course, from meat to fish. No problem whatsoever. very good, old fashion school hotel. yet, all the facilities have been upgraded to meet today's regulatory requirements. I enjoyed water based heating radiators in the room. Many other hotels these days opted to install efficient ventilation systems that blow a dry hot air. The old heating system is much better if compared with that one of this new technology. This was a basic place to stay for an exhibition trip. The location is excellent, with both the tram/metro and train station conveniently nearby. Cleanliness was a bit hit-or-miss, and the place had a rather unpolished, 'authentic' feel to it, somewhat reminiscent of a European independent film.

The elevator is very small, so I would rather walk up the stairs with my suitcase. The room I was given was very small at first, and it didn't match the pictures, but after my insistence and the help of Ctrip, they changed the room. Thanks to Ctrip for being online 24 hours a day.
