It's always good to stay at your Hotel for INTERPACK: great rooms, extremely comfortable and great restaurant. One suggestion: please add Laundry Service, as it is very useful when talking about business travels.

I visited this hotel this week for 3 nights. It is absolutely charming and welcoming and only 15 mins from Dusseldorf Airport in a semi- rural location. Stayed for 2 nights, i discovered the room cleaning was not provided by the hotel, but only upon request, and needed to be asked, never happened in hotel of that level, nobody told me that at the check in. Remained 2 days without it cleaned. No coffee machine and water boiler in the room. Very strange for a 300 euro per night hotel room. At the check out they did not even apologize for that issue.

For and event I was attending it was perfect location, only 5 minutes driving way. Rooms are nice and clean, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. It is quiet area and there is a free parking. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

I was looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately there was no hot water. The hotel itself is very clean, and the location and transportation options are not bad. The hotel was originally a small palace, or perhaps an annex to the Bonn Palace, now the main building of the University of Bonn. Therefore, its interior is quite luxurious, and its location on the Rhine River, near an old fort, offers beautiful scenery. A minor drawback is that there are steps leading from the garage to the reception desk; the elevator doesn't go directly there.

Four pleasant nights. While the room didn't have a river view, it faced the sun, and the aroma of fruit trees wafted through the window. The breakfast napkins were starched, and the guests, seemingly mid-level or above from businesses, had excellent dining manners. The cleaning staff was very friendly and excellent! The elevator had a vintage feel, making the ride unique and enjoyable.

Very good hotel with very professional service. Situated beautifully along the Rhine river. The staff is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. Only thing that could improve: there is no EV charging on the premises (but two blocks away there is). Not a huge problem but they could do better nowadays.

The room was dirty and alot of dust. I have been in Novotel Paris in the summer, it was perfect hotel so clean and big room. This one so bad. But the train is so close to the hotel that was the only good thing.

Location, room, service, and breakfast were all excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator in the guesthouse was out of order. I was immediately offered a luggage service and free entry to the sauna, which I thought was very thoughtful. The breakfast is superb. A wide variety of dishes and extras, such as waffle batter for making your own. The room was very large and well-equipped.

I stayed in the annex hotel not  main hotel booking and would have been a better experience as I had to cross the street  to go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Really good customer service. Sauna &pool awesome. Breakfast awesome.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, with complete facilities and a Chinese restaurant within a few minutes' walk. The guy at the front desk was very polite and enthusiastic. The room was newly renovated and clean. The underground parking lot below the hotel is operated by a third party, and the parking fee is 12 euros/night, which is a bit unexpected.

The rooms are nice and clean. But it lacks a lot of amenities you will get in other hotels. Comparing it with other four points hotels i have stayed in europe, even the basic facilities are not being provided. No toiletries except body,handwash, no iron , no water bottles, coffee/tea, no kettle.

The best sleep I had in any hotel ever. I would leave 5* however after forgeting to check the matress brand i sent mail to hotel to provide with which never happened. Happy to raise star if provided with info 😀

Luxurious rooms, wonderful food, excellent staff. BUT the wifi is almost non-functional, in my room on the 2nd floor and in the lobby. this is unacceptable for a hotel catering to conferences (I came for business travel). This impacted my stay and should be easy to fix!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was located near many restaurants and shops. Also, the train station was just a 10 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good, but the hotel’s cleanliness is questionable. I found hairs on the bed, which strongly suggests the bed sheet was not replaced after the previous guest checked out. Even if it was replaced, the housekeeping team needs to pay much closer attention to cleaning and inspecting the bedding properly.

Well actually fine, but this hotel just looks so weird. The room looks fine but not really clean. The pillows cover was broken and many hair on the bathroom floor and wall. The water cooker was not working properly. The glas were dirty and no tea or coffee on the table.

To be honest - the best place to stay in Düsseldorf. Especially if you have a small family and you are looking for a luxury accommodation directly in the city center. The service is fantastic and the rooms are spacious!

The hotel is right outside the main train station, practically next door. The hotel service was impeccable. The lovely staff mentioned there was no business center, but they could print documents for us free of charge. A four-star hotel at a five-star price—is it because of the view from Münster? Stayed for one night during a business congress in Düsseldorf. Open and bright hotel. The diner buffet was good, the after diner at the bar was even better. The room was spacious, but what really made the room special was the bathtub. The bathroom and bathtub were only seperated from the rest of the room by a clear glass wall.

Every straff member we met was very friendly and helpful. Small but functional rooms. Convenient central location. However, the shower is in transparent glass on all sides; not everyone feels comfortable with being seen by other guests in the room. Some noise can be heard from people talking outside the entrance in the evenings. Carpet both in the rooms and in the corridors need to be cleaned.

Nice hotel and good service. The only setback was that front desk told os the kitchen was open until 9.30 on Monday night which was not the case so we had to go out for dinner. A pity since the restaurant is really nice and we also had 20% off there.

Rooms are small but modern and well equipped. An opening window allows fresh air. Service was nothing but super friendly. The only negative point is the roadworks/construction work at the entry which makes parking very difficult. But you can park in the parkhouse next door and they sort it out for you. The hotel is a bit far from Cologne Central Station. While access to tourist attractions isn't great, it's close to the subway station. Being away from the city center means it's very quiet at night. The room had almost no amenities, but I was able to borrow a kettle, plates, and forks from the front desk. The room itself was very clean.

It's the only hotel Ive been in Europe that doesn't have a kettle and even a free coffee sachet 😞
