Although the hotel location is very near the train station, the hotel facilities all very old, mattresses and pillows all very old. Not very pleasant stay.

The staff are fantastic here, convenient location, comfy beds and clean rooms. I would recommend better pillows is my only criticism.

Great hotel in the heart of Wuppertal with its own parking. Rooms are clean, spacious and recently renovated. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Entry is by key card only, which feels very safe. Some rooms even look directly onto the Schwebebahn—a unique touch. And the lounge is a perfect spot to enjoy a beer or two at the end of the day.

It's a great hotel. Good sized rooms and bathrooms. Nice and quiet. There is a gym on the 2nd floor, mainly cardio machines. Breakfast had a good choice. No food in the evening, which is a shame. It does a few snacks but no dinner menu.

Very quiet hotel on a public transit route, not far from the main train station. Check in is via screen with a virtual assistant. The hotel values conservation efforts, so hall lights are automated, and everything is digital, so there is no paper waste. The lobby is modern and appealing. The location was perfect, especially being close to the famous harbor. The behavior of the employees, especially Amal and Evita (the day receptionists), was warm and kind. The welcome drink with various options helped me relax and recover from my tiredness. The hotel's hygiene and facilities added even more to my positive experience.

Relatively recent hotel within reasonable distance of the old center. Facilities ok, but shower floor had permanent stains and cracks. Breakfast is the most challenging part. Too crowded both for the number of seats, but also resulting in long wait times for coffee and everything else.

Hotel is in good location near to train station and shopping area. We had a triple room which is clean. However washroom ventilation fan not working also air conditioner not working, we told hotel but no technician fixing it. Hotel reception Miss Victoria was nice and offer us free breakfast as compensation.  It would be good if there is kettle in the room form boiling water.

It was a very comfortable stay for a family with child and dog. Room was cosy. Breakfast was very nice and nutritious . Downstairs table football for a small family game was also fun.

Service was excellent in Reception, Bar and Restaurant. Dined in restaurant twice, once 7 people and once 3. Food was good both evenings and service was very good. Second evening the steaks were over grilled but replaced quickly and without fuss.Cannot ask for better service. Not our first visit and will not be our last.

Beautiful…. We use this hotel for work sometimes as the rooms feature our beautiful Keuco product in the bathrooms. It’s great for our customers to be able to use them personally. Stayed for 2 nights, i discovered the room cleaning was not provided by the hotel, but only upon request, and needed to be asked, never happened in hotel of that level, nobody told me that at the check in. Remained 2 days without it cleaned. No coffee machine and water boiler in the room. Very strange for a 300 euro per night hotel room. At the check out they did not even apologize for that issue.

Very close to the metro, in a quiet area, quite a few cafes and restaurants nearby. The cafe downstairs with buffet table breakfasts is wonderful. Don't miss it. The hotel was originally a small palace, or perhaps an annex to the Bonn Palace, now the main building of the University of Bonn. Therefore, its interior is quite luxurious, and its location on the Rhine River, near an old fort, offers beautiful scenery. A minor drawback is that there are steps leading from the garage to the reception desk; the elevator doesn't go directly there.

Four pleasant nights. While the room didn't have a river view, it faced the sun, and the aroma of fruit trees wafted through the window. The breakfast napkins were starched, and the guests, seemingly mid-level or above from businesses, had excellent dining manners. The cleaning staff was very friendly and excellent! The elevator had a vintage feel, making the ride unique and enjoyable.

Very good hotel with very professional service. Situated beautifully along the Rhine river. The staff is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. Only thing that could improve: there is no EV charging on the premises (but two blocks away there is). Not a huge problem but they could do better nowadays.

Excellent hotel quality and very friendly service. Any issues were promptly resolved by hotel. Highly recommended. BF was excellent and so were the swim pool and sauna.

Functional and very loud The rooms are basic and functional. The lobby is the only place to work on your laptop. But the music is incredibly loud. For a little bit more quiet work environment, they make you pay for an additional room/ meeting room.

Location is excellent for visits to BASF and Henkel in Holzhausen. Service is very good as well. Please note that you should request housekeeping service explicitly. Rooms are a tad bit small, but ok. No upgrade of rooms for loyalty guests so far.

I stayed in the annex hotel not  main hotel booking and would have been a better experience as I had to cross the street  to go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Really good customer service. Sauna &pool awesome. Breakfast awesome.

The room was nice and clean however, there is no fridge in the room. The aircon was not working, when we tried to call the reception multiple times to help us fix the issue but no one pick up even though we called multiple times. The parking lot is at the mainbuilding and we stayed in the other building which is across the street and doesn't have the reception desk. It says there is parking provided...

The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the main railway station and the staff are friendly. I got a room upgrade for being Accor Platinum which was appreciated. When I checked in, however, I asked where the bar was and the receptionist laughed. There is a bar and a restaurant but they aren't in use, they only service breakfast. Apparently this is a new concept that I should have been made aware...

The location was good, not far from the city centre with a tram or bus. The hotel was clean but the phone in the room wasn't working. We had to call the reception using the number on trip.com.

I have to pay 3 euros more without any reason It was written that I have to pay 3 euros city tax on trip application and at the reception they said that it is 3 per person so I have to pay 6 euros although I was just one person :) Any way the hotel is very hood in general

No fridge or minibar on the room, It is quite important. Noise from highway, bed too soft. Breakfast ok, but really average. Diner was fine, beer very expensive about 9€/0,5l but very tasty. Carpaccio weak, steak great, chocolate desert perfect. Parking 18€/day. From my point of view 3* max.

We stayed to attend a show at Skaters Palace. For this, the location was perfect — less than 1km walk to venue. No air condition in the room, but outside it´s on the weekend nights very noisy, so you can´t really open a window to the front.

The rooms are nice and clean. But it lacks a lot of amenities you will get in other hotels. Comparing it with other four points hotels i have stayed in europe, even the basic facilities are not being provided. No toiletries except body,handwash, no iron , no water bottles, coffee/tea, no kettle.

Well actually fine, but this hotel just looks so weird. The room looks fine but not really clean. The pillows cover was broken and many hair on the bathroom floor and wall. The water cooker was not working properly. The glas were dirty and no tea or coffee on the table.
