The breakfast was excellent. The friendly and competent service is also recommendable. I really did enjoy my stay and will return for other stays in the future.

It is a well equipped, big hotel complex, conveniently located in walking distance to central Hagen. Interior is a bit aged, but still in good shape and clean. Hotel staff are very friendly.

Next time I book a hotel, I really need to check when it was last renovated. This place is so old, it smells musty, the sink was disgustingly dirty, and even the tissue box was broken. Avoid at all costs. The breakfast was very mediocre too, and the smell was really off-putting. I was supposed to stay three nights but couldn't even make it through one.

The hotel location is very close to the train station. Tis hotel also very convenient where it serounded by few restaurants as well as grocery stores. Definitely I will stay here again if I visit to dusseldorf.

Nice hotel to stay at and is in a nice place near the main station

Hotel is good, room service is nice, staff is kind. Facilities are generally in a good condition. Unfortunately, it only has one elevator, so, please avoid to use it during the peak hours. Also, dining hall is quite small, you may have to sit outside at the bar area. 😂

Hotel is located at other side of Rihn river, opposite to Cathedral and train station but is less than 20 minutes passing close to Kolm view building. It is a nice walk, crossing Koln know steel bolted bridge watching Cathedral and train station. Hotel is nice and complete for its range and price. It has a nice and safe sub-parking. There is a Budge Ibis Hotel close to this Ibis.

Very overpriced hotel, you get average economy class hotel, but you are paying like for a lower class hotel. So it's my only pretension, location is good, hotel has a underground parking (also not cheap 19 eur for 24 hours), workers were polite, rom was cleaned every day. Will i return to this hotel again? May be, if I wont find something cheaper.

General Impression The location right next to koelnmesse entrance east is great. The staff was friendly. While not 100% quiet, you did not hear other guests too much. There was shower gel residue on the shower walls, and I managed to catch a massive amount of dust with one of my shirts somehow - I believe from under the bathroom mirror, as I laid it on the sink...

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. Service is excellent and amenities are 5 star. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and toiletries are all excellent qualities. Small refrigerator is full of sparkling water bottles, soft drinks and chocolates and all free to consume. Plus Coffee machine with 4 or 5 types of coffee flavors complete with milk or creamer, and also different tea sachets, and chips...

1. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may not be ideal if you plan to explore the downtown area frequently. 2. Check-in is only available after 3:00 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient. 3. The service was just average — staff were not particularly warm or welcoming.

Probably last time i'll go to this hotel. You can park your car on site for.... 24€.... I took the car and parked on the street for 5€. Sauna only open from 17h to 22h....and you need to pay for it 9.50€... All these things were not mentioned. There is like a self checkin, which is fast but nothing personal. Check out is on a computer that works half, so a staff member needs to stay next to that computer...

This hotel is very new and well-equipped. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Europe. The transportation is convenient overall, but if you use public transportation, you should be careful when you come back at night. You will pass a very dark park. The nearest supermarket is 14 minutes away on foot. If you need anything, you can buy it when you pass by the supermarket and bring it back to the hotel...

Easy check in, parking was secure and good value for the middle of town. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean and felt classy.

Centrally located and room is well sized for a family - not large and not small. Perfect for a night stay. Toilet was clean and enough towels were nearly arranged. An oasis of peace, a well-kept park (currently affected by construction work). A good package deal. Always a pleasure to stay for a break. Unfortunately, the town of Bad Driburg itself isn't attractive. Excursions from there include the Hermann Monument and the Corvey World Heritage Site (open only from April).

Went there for a 3 day corporate meeting. The rooms are very nice, meeting rooms as well. The place has an indoor and outdoor pool - very nice and heated. Food is very good as well. Nice old place.

Had our stay here whilst exhibiting at the ADAC SIM expo. All the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The rooms and public areas were kept very clean and tidy. The room was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities - robe, slippers, toiletries, water, tea/coffee. The bell girl was very helpful and I felt safe as a solo woman! Note that there are not curtains but instead blackout blinds that are controlled by a remote and then a sheer cover for the daytime. (no room service except for breakfast)

We had a great stay in this hotel! It was one of the places we stayed in during our honeymoon trip and they were so nice and they upgraded our room and even left us a personal handwritten note and played a little song when we arrived. The room's interior was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and the bathroom was clean and easy to use. While parking reservations aren't possible, it's available for €12 per day if space is available, which I think is a reasonable price. The hotel is very close to Düsseldorf train station, and the room was clean and spacious. However, for some reason, when I checked in, they didn't assign me a standard room. Instead, I got a special room with an extra bed that looked very much like a hospital room. I had to go back to the front desk and request a normal room again before they gave me one.

The location was perfect, especially being close to the famous harbor. The behavior of the employees, especially Amal and Evita (the day receptionists), was warm and kind. We were in a group tour so it was not our choice. We were supposed to get a queen bed. We were provided with 2 separate single beds, very firm and uncomfortable. No use complaining, it was booked days before so no excuse. At least the room was clean. The TV had no Netflix and no way to change the language nor cast my phone to it.

The hotel is right near the train station, so transportation is super convenient. It's a bit noisy around there, and the safety isn't the best, but there are plenty of places to eat. I'd recommend it for a short stay.
