Easy to get to the train station and kind staff. Breakfast was good, it was nice that it was until 11 on the weekend.

Breakfast is not that good, elevator takes forever to come. Room is a bit small. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked a family room but there was very poor WiFi connection, so we asked the receptionist for help, they changed another room for us at once, good service!

We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

Stayed with family before Christmas, it was quiet, walking distance from the centre and public transport outside the hotel. Big choice of breakfast and the room we stayed in was big for all of us.

Friendly staff at the front desk. There’s no pool (in case you see the pictures from old reviews). Our room was great. You can hear the tram but not enough to bother us. The hotel is right in front of the Arena and near tram station.

Location is perfect for traveling on the train, the room was clean and nice. If you want any disposable items, you need to ask for them on the reception, also extra 50 euros for a deposit from credit card. Perfect Hotel, Vera clean and friendly

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The rooms and lobby was very clean. I have to tell the service was fantastic, because we booked 2 twin rooms for family of 4. And the hitel staff gave us a conjoined room with door in between. Which was so comfortable and my kids loved it.

I recently attended a reunion which took place at Hotel Bad Minden. The service, attentiveness and friendliness of the hotel staff was incredible. The food was excellent with a wide range. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately because i had to leave early so did not stay the night, however based on what i experienced, I can defiantly recommend. I was here for a worktrip with my job. We stayed here for 4 nights and i have very few complaints. The only thing is that the breakfast did not have that much selection. The rooms were really Nice, with comfortable beds and netflix and YouTube available on the TV. The bathroom was clean and great quality, especially the showers. Can't tell much about the hotel rooms, since I was lucky and got a special apartment but that is mind blowing. The breakfast is not enormous but of b very good quality and you don't have to eat suspicious eggs from big bowls but an employee will actually cook you some fresh ones. The gym could be modernized, but all over I can't complain.

The airport is very convenient

Rooms were clean and well presented. The sauna and steam rooms were clean and open at reasonable times. Parking is multi story but a little tight. Breakfast is a little expensive but lots on offer for the guests. The restaurant doesn't have a great deal on offer in the evening but there are many restaurants nearby to satisfy all your cravings. Perfect if you are driving or passing by. The hotel is stylish and spacious. Service is great. Not idea for families or with kids. You do need to venture out to get into town via tram. It is a great hotel to stay overnight when you have a flight to/from Düsseldorf. The hotel has a great park sleep and fly arrangement. Very nice hotel. Simple yet easy to use and good check out time. Unfortunately it was unclear up front that the parking was €15.50 per night so please be aware of this. For those using EV charging, the rate is €0.60/kW (June 2025) and is a 22kW charger.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, it had a built-in speaker so I could play my music (honestly my favorite feature). The bathroom was clean and had its own AC, nice touch! The bar was open 24/7 and has a pizza menu, it was great for after the concert I attended, because I was hungry! The hotel is centrally located in Dortmund, a perfect base for the Christmas market, and includes a generous breakfast. The rooms are spotless. The wellness facilities are a nice bonus. We will definitely be back.
