I was looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately there was no hot water. The hotel itself is very clean, and the location and transportation options are not bad. Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, spotlessly clean

The hotel is a bit far from Cologne Central Station. While access to tourist attractions isn't great, it's close to the subway station. Being away from the city center means it's very quiet at night. The room had almost no amenities, but I was able to borrow a kettle, plates, and forks from the front desk. The room itself was very clean.

It's the only hotel Ive been in Europe that doesn't have a kettle and even a free coffee sachet 😞

We stayed here for one night, because we were attending a concert in Cologne. The hotel was close to the venue, so for us, the location was perfect. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed/pillows and a nice shower. The staff member who checked us in was a little distracted and didn't give us all the information before wandering away... But his colleague helped us, and the check-out was very easy...

Stayed for 1 night, before heading back to the UK. Only booked it on the day - was just looking for somewhere with a car park. Free parking outside but I opted for the secure underground parking - a bit pricey at 25 euros. Lovely room which looked like it had been refurbed recently. Fantastic bar area - great selection of drinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with a best buffet breakfast ever. The room we had, had a shower in the bedroom what means little privacy after you shower. A separate bathroom with toilet would have been better. We stayed for 2 nights and we had to pay €25 a day for parking underneath the hotel, what in my opinion should have been free and a courtesy of the hotel.

We stopped off for one night heading home from a European Road trip. The hotel is modern and stylish in a pleasant location, all staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the breakfast was equally as good with a large selection of food to suit everyone. Highly recommended.

Stayed for one night during a business congress in Düsseldorf. Open and bright hotel. The diner buffet was good, the after diner at the bar was even better. The room was spacious, but what really made the room special was the bathtub. The bathroom and bathtub were only seperated from the rest of the room by a clear glass wall.

very nice personnel, nice rooms but there was no bathroom door, there is a clear wall in the shower and you could see right through the other wall from the other side. also no full body mirror and barely any space to hang up clothes.

Very distinctive decoration style

Good location for my business trip. The gym could use an upgrade and better equipment and also when I needed a place to work when I had to check out they did not lay me work in the restaurant. Found it very odd and as I was there 2 nights a poor example of customer service

Luxurious rooms, wonderful food, excellent staff. BUT the wifi is almost non-functional, in my room on the 2nd floor and in the lobby. this is unacceptable for a hotel catering to conferences (I came for business travel). This impacted my stay and should be easy to fix!

Lovely stay in Köln Lovely stay in Cologne. The hotel was great and in a good location, easy for local transport connections. Staff all helpful and friendly. We were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

The hotel is right outside the main train station, practically next door. The hotel service was impeccable. The lovely staff mentioned there was no business center, but they could print documents for us free of charge. A four-star hotel at a five-star price—is it because of the view from Münster? It's okay to stay here while attending an exhibition

The best part of the stay was the desk attendants ( Olga and Constance). They did everything they could to make the stay the best it could be.  Overall the room was way overpriced for what it offered. The room was lacking many of the standard amenities that other hotels offer. Even to the point you have to request room cleaning and hope to get it. We stayed 10 days and never received a room cleaning...

The airport is very convenient

Rooms were clean and well presented. The sauna and steam rooms were clean and open at reasonable times. Parking is multi story but a little tight. Breakfast is a little expensive but lots on offer for the guests. The restaurant doesn't have a great deal on offer in the evening but there are many restaurants nearby to satisfy all your cravings.
