My son and I only stayed one night, but it was a very clean hotel, and the receptionist (Ms. Lee) was very nice and friendly. We slept very well, and the breakfast was the perfect finishing touch. I stayed in this hotel as I was on a short business trip in the city. The location is perfect when working in one of the nearby offices and the city is easily reachable via tram/ U Bahn. The breakfast was plentiful and quite good. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but there are plenty of places to eat within a short walk. Some of the staff didn't speak English, but communication at the front desk was generally possible. A unique feature of the hotel is that you can drive right to your room.

I didn't take photos of the Superior room, but it's definitely more spacious than the standard room. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, which I actually prefer. The hotel is very close to the Chocolate Museum and right by the Rhine River. In the mornings, lots of people are out walking and exercising, so the environment is quite pleasant.

Just an avarage airport hotel. Rooms are clean, big but slightly outdated (but wellmaintained). Nothing in the surroundings, you have to take the airport shuttle to airport. Subway tram into town is 25 mins walk. Decent hotel if price is good.

Hotel is in good location near to train station and shopping area. We had a triple room which is clean. However washroom ventilation fan not working also air conditioner not working, we told hotel but no technician fixing it. We come to this hotel every year, and we can see the facilities in the room degrading. The were fine around 2016 to 2019, after covid lock down, when we were back in 2023, still good, and 2024, fine. Till this year, 2025, the toilet flush is half broke, shower head is not in good condition. Breakfast service is shrank, no more take away coffee cups.

I booked a room at this hotel as a family member underwent surgery and was having rehab at the centre next door. I had to leave quickly and booked a room the day I left. My room was okay, but the price was 250 Euros. When queried, staff said that was because there was a soccer game at the stadium next door. Very expensive!

Very good location for Schalke fans. Unfortunately, coffee was only available for breakfast upon request, vending machines were out of order and staff were overwhelmed. The bathroom only has a bathtub with a high entry for showering.

The hotel is very centrally located, just a few meters from the pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, because of this, people from the drug scene also hang around in the area, but that's sadly the case in every major city. At the hotel itself, however, there are absolutely no problems. I stayed there during Essen spiel. The mini-fridge in the rooms do not cool anything at all and might as well not have existed.
