The hotel is opposite the train station and is easy to find. If the room is close to the street, it will be close to the train station and a little noisy at night. There are also many restaurants and a commercial pedestrian street nearby. The supporting facilities are not even as good as those of Home Inn in China.

Recent renovations mean that the rooms are very fresh, spacious and clean. The restaurant is still Subject to some work, so windows are covered meaning you miss the nice view to the trees outside. Easy to walk to Zentrum area in less than 10 minutes. Some parking at rear of hotel but covered spaces are unusable due to the hotel refurbishment ongoing.

The room was quite small for three people, and the extra bed provided for the third guest was uncomfortable. We also noticed some small stains on the bedsheets, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the parking facilities were sufficient and convenient. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and quality of food.

The Steigenberger Park Hotel is wonderful. The staff are amazing, especially the staff on reception. It was nice that it was close to the conference hall. It wasn't too far from the city center either. It was within walking distance. I also liked the free drinks that were replenished every day.

The service wasn't perfect - at least for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was refilled too late. The service staff was perhaps a little too limited. All in all not bad. Price and performance did not match 100%. However, I would definitely go there again.

I am a regular guest at the innside Derendorf Dusseldorf hotel. Every time I stay there, I appreciate the modern and spacious rooms, the friendly and attentive staff, and above all Pietro, the restaurant manager. Modern rooms with large TV (not smart if I remember well, or at least couldn’t get it to work, but that’s common in hotel TVs), free minibar is a very nice detail. Clean rooms. No privacy in the bathroom at all so no good to use with others. The mattress was uncomfortable. Service was good and staff friendly and willing to help.

This hotel is super close to my main office so I used. Firstly the mattress was horrible, I have stayed in many different hotels and never had this bad one. Plus towels and the bedding was provided only for single use. Even though I booked for one person I normally received double size so it was really comfortable, but I felt they optimised everything too much and missed the convenience.

I’m not sure about the fares because my company always pays. The rooms are great. The staff is usually really friendly. This time I stayed over the weekend for the first time: awesome! So quiet. Such a great breakfast! I highly recommend.

The room was very nice and big. Be aware that the Bathroom has no entry door , so if you are with someone you dont feel comfortable enough to see you taking a shower than make an agreement of when you will shower. Also the room cleaning seems not to include a fresh bed linen every day. Aside of this for this price it was a good hotel.

The hotel is in a really nice, quiet forest location, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. The surroundings were definitely the highlight of the stay. However, the rooms were quite old and outdated, and unfortunately not very clean. The sink in our room was also broken, which was disappointing. It was a bit confusing where to park. All outside spaces where taken and no sings to direct for underground parking. You could also put more signs in the underground parking to direct guests towards hotel entrance. It's a shame there is no EV charging points especially there is underground parking. The Schloss is beautiful, love this place. Have been coming here more than 10 years frequently. Amazing buffet, and rooms are beautiful. Also during lunch time there is pianist playing live. Accompanied with 3 different restaurants. An Italian, 2 star Michelin Vendome, and the lobby restaurant of the hotel. All three serve great food. The Vendome is a must visit when staying at the hotel.
