It was clean, renovated, and dog-friendly. The location wasn't ideal for dogs, but that's typical for centrally located places. Very flexible and a very, very nice room. I'd gladly stay again.

The place to stay is great. The staff is very friendly and caring, even sometimes they call to make sure everything is fine (for example, when you return after midnight). During the three days of my stay, I did not find a single sin (although, I am not picky). Everything is clean and well maintained, including the restaurant and the pool. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfortable.

Good hotel with decent rooms. The people at reception were helpful. Preferably ask for rooms which do not face the Rathaus-galerie as the other side rooms have a problem of sound due to vehicles all night long. I'm genuinely writing this review after staying and taking pictures. My experience was that the soundproofing in the hotel is just okay; you can pretty clearly hear people talking or watching shows in the next room. The facilities feel like a light renovation of an older hotel. It's not really new, but not old either. The price is decent, and it's about a twelve-minute walk from the main train station...

Excellent location—just a 5-minute walk from Düsseldorf train station and only 8 minutes to my company’s office, which made life incredibly easy. The hotel is basic but good, rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom is a bit outdated but clean. Only the wifi did not work (good). Breakfast was also very nice. Price/quality was really good!!

Super hotel, right in the centre of the beautiful town. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of food to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They have an underground car park for which there is a charge.

The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay.

Muenster Stadthotel Great location, close to the downtown core, as well as a nice walk to the Schloss and the University. I did not park a car here. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, and fully functional both when crowded and uncrowded. (In the elevator they have an expected timetable for breakfast busyness.) I took advantage of the quite nice sauna a couple of times. Would recommend.

In general, we had a nice stay. Only unpleasant moment was breakfast time. Compare to the number of room, breakfast saloon is very small. Long queue for a coffee (front of ONLY ONE coffee machine). There is not enough place to sit and get breakfast. It might be as a reason of peak season (Christmas time). However, it was still unpleasant moment.

And one of the advantages of Intercity hotels is that you get a card which allows you to use the local public transport for free during your stay. The hotel is close to the train station, but quite far from city. We booked a single bed, it shows the bed size 0.8m-1.3m wide, in fact, I think it is only 0.8m, which is really small. we understand that during the busy week (Anuga and Marathon) is high price, but it's not really worth for a single bed here.

Overall it’s a safe place to stay. My understanding was that parking was included for hotel guests and it wasn't.

Always good hotel and good location

The room was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities - robe, slippers, toiletries, water, tea/coffee. The bell girl was very helpful and I felt safe as a solo woman! Note that there are not curtains but instead blackout blinds that are controlled by a remote and then a sheer cover for the daytime. (no room service except for breakfast)

The four-bed dormitory room has a private bathroom and a hairdryer, but towels are not provided. The Wi-Fi is very stable. You need to make your own bed and put on your own duvet and pillowcases. There is a storage cabinet under the bed, which can only hold a 45-liter hiking backpack. There is a bedside lamp, but no charging outlets; neither of the two USB chargers works. This seems to be a relatively new place directly next to the Atterhöhle-cave. It has modern conference facilities, a decent restaurant especially for buffets, very spacious and modern rooms as well as a bowling alley. The only downside was that they had to close the outdoor terrace at 10pm despite no real neighbors next door. Otherwise highly recommended

The hotel is very quiet, even though it is close to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, everything is a bit dated. But we felt comfortable. The room was big and clean. But there was no air conditioning. It was very hot during the day, but it was cooler at night. It's hard to imagine that there are still hotels without air conditioning in 2023.

We were given 4 bed (2 doubles) room in 4th floor for our 2 nights family stay. To get to our room in a lift you must to use physical metal key (given together with room key) but reception never bothered to tell us what extra key is for... otherwise lift will get you to second floor only, as there is no button to press for 4th floor. Stayed for 2 nights while in Cologne, check in was very pleasant and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big enough , shower room was also very clean. It took me around 15 mins to walk from the station to the hotel which was all on the same level. Great location only 200yds from river and 5-10min walk to bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

My stay here was very short but it was absolutely great! It was very near to the Bielefeld station. The self check in is very smooth. The rooms were absolutely clean and tidy. Loved my stay there if I have to halt again at Bielefeld this would be my go to place.

The location is brilliant if you come to ski as the lifts and rental places are a 5 minute drive, otherwise there's not a lot of indoor activities, were you with children. We stayed at the Hapimag resort last weekend and enjoyed the upgraded/renewed appartments. Perfect location in Winterberg with close proximity to the city center and sportanlage. The renewed appartments are very cleean, solid and excellent beds. The houses could use some new paint on the outside
