Kalimera Village in Hersonissos

Just fantastic value for money good food we had a room with balcony that i would recommend any one booking because the view is idyllic Daily cleaning throughout hotel The room itself was a little soulless, but the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It would be helpful for a little more info on arrival, but we found our way.

Good quality service for both accommodation and food. Room service was always checking the room to make sure it is clean with fresh towels. Great bartender service, shout out to Dimitris and Nikos. Welcoming reception and beautiful place all together.

Great place with stunning view. Rooms seems a bit small, might need some repair but you don't go on vacation to sit inside but enjoy the place. Don't recomend for older people because it's quite steep road to the hotel but if you get a rental car, no problem at all. Companies deliver cars to the hotel and there is decent parking space. The food was good, have no complains. You could get drinks all day. Cocktails at bar were great and the service was excellent. Bartender was very fun and always made us smile. there was often live music or a DJ in the evenings. I really loved that Hersonissos Village isn't far from Limenas Chersonisou with a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainments. You could just walk there. The closes beach is just 450 m away. If you enjoy planes, they are flying above the hotel quite often but the noise won't bother you at all because cicadas were louder :D We got used to them quite fast.

Everything was nice. Perfect food tasty. Meet some nice people. Staff was nice to us and help fool. Pool and sea was the best along with the view. Definitely one of the better vacations we had so far. I hope we will go back again next year to enjoy some more

We have just returned home from a fabulous week stay at Hersonissos Village. The hotel is lovely and typically Greek. The room we had was lovely, spacious and well maintained! The food was absolutely fine, always plenty to choose from and fresh meat cooked on a grill infront of you every evening. The drinks were fine, again plenty of variety all day long and the cocktails on an evening were also very tasty. The main pool area was beautiful and there was always plenty of sunbeds available, it is cleaned and the floors mopped every morning. The view from this area was absolutely stunning, so much so that we got up extra early every morning just to take in as much of it as we could! The second pool area was just as nice with padded loungers and 4 post day beds. The bar was open every evening with music playing and a warm atmosphere, there was live music too and Greek dancing. Theres a perfect little shop onsite too that has everything you could need from toilettries and snacks to souvenirs to take home. The main points of this holiday that stood out to us were, 1, Extremely friendly and helpful staff in Reception, Restaurants, Cleaners and Shop staff. 2, Clean room with extremely comfy bed that was maintained to a good standard every day. 3, Clean communal areas and pool side. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. 4, Onsite shop. 5, Food and drinks variety and availability. 6, Stunning views! The parts we felt need improvement or that could cause issues would be, 1, The very steep bank you have to walk to get to the hotel. I have mobility issues and my god was I pleased I had my smart crutches or I wouldnt have made it up the bank! 2, Air conditioning needs an overhaul and needs installing throughout the main building! It does get very hot in there, especially the dining room with the open grill! 3, Theres alot of mention about the bar staff being great however our experience wasnt so good, we found Dimitri to be very rude and snappy often pointing and clicking his fingers to direct his customers where he wanted them to stand. 4, The gym is poor, most machines are broken with other poor equipment. Please dont go here expecting the Hilton, but for those that appreciate Greek simplicity, you will love this place. We would go back tomorrow!
